Pat has serviced our two PC units for years. He makes a home visit each year and goes through both of our computers cleaning out all the unintended stuff that gets implanted in our machines as a result of everyday use and diminishes their performance. Providing this in-home service makes me much more comfortable with a trusted service person. Plus my equipment is unavailable to me for just a couple hours. Taking my equipment out of my house to a nationwide servicer would be a several day process and leaving it in the hands of service people I do not know is out of the question. Pat is available by phone and can usually get here in short order if there is an equipment problem.

Everyone seems to know someone who knows a lot about computers and it ends up that they do, but not to the extent required to solve a wide range of problems. Pat Meade, however, is that person who really DOES know a lot about computer technology and can recognize and resolve most issues. I highly recommend Pat for knowledgeable and dependable service.

This company is a data security risk. I buy lots of used stuff and I always check it to make sure the company I am buying from handles data securely. Recently ended up with the info for an entire company. (company owner notified and data securely wiped from what I had.)

Pat did an exceptional job of cleaning up my 32bit XP machine. He had all of the old stuff still around to make it go fast again. Do not be scared by Pat’s higher than average hourly rate. He is fast at what he does. On my last service I felt his price was 30% under the competition.Exceptional job...Exceptional price. :-)

Prices are all ridiculously high. Service is mediocre. Bad place to purchase a PC from as well. They will attempt to sell you an overpriced Dell product. Not comparable to other options in the area price and service wise.
