Second time Ive used Rob - excellent service for reasonable fees. This time a Windows update crashed my rather dated computer. Had an email conversation to identify problem on the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend no less and learned that a reformat and reload was needed. Technically I could have done this but did not have patience or time. Dropped computer off on Monday, picked up on Wednesday - reformatted and all my programs loaded and set up. As seamless as it gets!
