I had never had a need for someone to repair a computer for me. I was hesitant to trust someone and Im glad I chose TJ. He listened to my not so technical explanation of my problem and said it would be a couple of days to get it looked at. Within a week, I had an estimate to repair and had my computer back just like I was told at the price I was told.

My screen did the dreaded blink, blink, black. I was horrified and called a big box store and they told me they could help in two weeks. (!!) I called local - Integrity Computers and they took me that day, fixed the problem and I had the computer back the next day. Very thankful and happy! No further problems since then.

Spent hours with Microsoft trying to get my sons xbox working again. After all of that they told me I needed to send it in for repairs. They wanted to charge $180 plus shipping. Integrity Computers is great. He was able to fix the xbox for way less and in half the time. Would definitely go back.

My computer crashed and I thought everything on it was gone and that I would be faced with buying a new one but Integrity was able to find a part to repair it. In addition they cleaned out a huge amount of old mail and junk that was making processing very slow. For a very reasonable charge, a fraction of the cost of a new computer, I have a great computer again. I appreciate having a resource to repair electronics in this throw away society. Had a problem with my desktop rebooting whenever i accessed a new program, I took the desktop to Integrity computers in Ankeny and was met by the owner. I told him of the problem and he indicated he would check the computer out and get back to me the next day. True to his word, he got back with me the next day, told me of what he found, the cost to repair and got authorization to repair, and I had my computer back the next day. this was definitely a five star experience.
