This is by far the best full service car wash I have ever had. The people preparing your vehicle were thorough. On the backside I was pleased to find next to no bug remnants and dirt. At other places it is people not caring about the initial spray down which is 90% of what is required for success.

I ran my car through the wash today & signed up for the monthly package, I was so impressed with how easy it was to use the tunnel kiosk and the attendants were helpful on and professional. The car looked gorgeous, the self serve vacuum bays were easy to use and I love the floor mat beater machines! Highly recommend, the highest tier package is less expensive than the previous car wash I had a membership with and the results and amenities are far superior

Love this place quick and easy car wash at a monthly rate. Never hand out air fresheners like they are supposed to but other then that $25 a month keeps your car looking amazing is well worth it. Air fresheners are given out to monthly customers, but never really get one ever...

Whenever I am in Ankeny, I try to make it a point to stop and get my truck washed here. The price is pretty good and the quality is always good. I have never had an issue with the service and it is always quick.I will keep coming here to get my truck washed and I highly recommend that if your vehicle is dirty, you give them a shot.

Best bang for your buck right here! Monthly membership is a great value. The snot nosed blond haired kid needs a attitude adjustment but other than that, really nice place.

Great car wash everytime I go through. Even when they are really busy they are able to move the cars through pretty quickly. Have terry clothes and vacuums for your use whenever you visit. Would recommend the monthly pass.

Ive got the auto renewal ($38.00) carwash, so I can get my daily driver washed as often as I see fit. This is an excellent carwash, and when its over there is a side-drive where you can pull your vehicle to finish with provided toweling, floor mat cleaners, and vacuum hoses. If its just a single car wash you want, I believe its $18.00 (not absolutely certain though, as Ive had the monthly rate for about eight months.)

Ok. Just stopped and got my new Grand Cherokee washed. It is a very shiny black and holy cow I am so impressed. I joined the car wash club on the spot. Even with their highest priced package, it is still saving me money AND I get unlimited washes to keep my baby clean and eye catching. Thank you SO much!!! Really loved the actual people with high power prayers to spray the wheels and rocker areas! Fabulous!!

I really enjoyed this car wash. It was super busy today so there was a wait. I like that you can vacuum after you was your car for free and there are soft microfiber type rags to wipe your vehicle down with.

Have had a membership here since they opened. Had many different vehicles since then. They are always happy to get my stuff switched for me and do an amazing job every time I run whatever I’m driving thorough. If you have not tried them yet you should do so. Won’t be disappointed.

Hes tried a lot of car washes around Ankeny and says this one is the best, makes the car nice and shiny, the soap also acts as an air freshener if you turn on the AC/fan while going through.)

I like the wash, I love the microfiber towels, air and vacuum. You get your monies worth from the wash itself, but then their extras make it a great deal.

Didnt get the bugs off the front. Dont know if my car sits too low for that. But the sides are clean.

Cleaned my car nicely but the wash snapped my vehicles antenna. Sad, not sure how much thats gonna cost me to fix, but definitely wasnt worth paying 15 bucks to break something on my car.

Great mix of self service stations and automatic car wash which does a great job of cleaning everything. And lets be honest, youre not going to be able to clean as well as the auto wash does so open up that wallet, put your car in neutral, go through the wash, and get on with your day until it rains two days later and go back.

Probably the best car wash in the metro. Not exactly cheap, but as the saying goes you get what you pay for. And in this case, a very clean car.

Car has needed to be cleaned up for a while but time has been a challenge. Day off and $11 ran it through and knocked off some road dirt and bugs. Then pulled around and vacuumed it our and cleaned the mats. Not show room finish but better than it was. Easy...in and out.

Let me preface this first by saying this is the first time I have placed any kind of review on the web and second that several people told me to go to this car wash because they pre-washed the car and the car wash left no residue on their car.I purchased the top wash selection. There was 1 vehicle directly in front of me. The pre-wash crew spent a minimum of 5 minutes washing the vehicle. It was a pickup and they even hand sprayed out the bed and washed the roof. I thought great. Wrong!!! They spent less than 2 minutes pre-washing my vehicle and then I went through the wash. I went down the street to fill up with gas. The vehicle itself was clean but the wheel wells looked the same as they did before the wash. I would say poor preferential service. I will not be back!! I might send you a bill for me going to the car wash to wash the wheel wells.The only reason you got 2 stars is because the remainder of the car was very clean!

Love the concept of the free vacuum with the wash, but theres 1 pretty big problem with their setup. The vacuum heads are pretty restricted and get clogged easily. I changed spots 3 times before I found one that was open enough to use. And even then, I had to pry out a whole burger wrapper first. Wouldnt be a bad idea to have them checked daily 🤷‍♂️

Staff are friendly. My 5 year old loves going because the wash attendants notice her and spray her down . she absolutely loves going to the carwash. I have had a membership since Nov. And everyone who works here are amazing !! And its always clean . Thank you all for being amazing

Wouldnt recommend them to anyone. My car had no do previous damage (which they claim it did) and was damaged during one of their washes. They did not fix the damage and they were very unprofessional about it.

Excellent car wash. My wife works on one of Ankenys, still, all gravel roads. Her company reimburses us for these washes, thankfully. For years we had been using the car wash at Tims Amoco, and it did an excellent job. I decided one day to swing into this place to ask about their memberships. Both guys I chatted with were extremely helpful and explained everything from beginning to end as it regards their wash. I went ahead and signed up for a membership and havent had a problem, yet. As dirty as my wifes car gets on that gravel road, this wash has done the best job cleaning it. If its really bad, this wash gets her car about 95% clean (Tims Amoco would get it at about 75%). The rocker panels are just at an odd angle on her car, so it doesnt get as clean. However, after talking with the manager, who is totally cool, she has the employees make sure to take a brush to them and now they look much better whenever they have to do that. Im all about customer service, and this place totally that and more. You guys rock! 🤘

Bought the package deal for my black Silverado work truck and cant say enough good things about how good my vehicle looks. I got one for my personal vehicle too and they both look great every time. Rarely a line except for Saturday morning but they also give out free air fresheners then too. They provide free Vacuum cleaners and towels to wipe down your car after. The package is unlimited so you can go multiple times too.

Don’t go here, went here twice. The first was during the winter with salt spray all over my dark blue suv vehicle, it didn’t really clean it compare to Splash auto car wash, and my white towels came dirty still drying it off. Then I went last week brought in company white truck in that was completely covered with dirt from that day of work in the fields, it got most of the dirt 60% off but had to go hand wash it since it didn’t come out clean still have better results at other car washes with the same normally dirt cover conditions. End result I will never use this car wash EVER again. If you don’t mind paying high prices and don’t work in construction or farm related work go here.

No exaggeration - this is hands down the best car wash Ive ever had. It makes my car look brand new, and the shine stays vibrant for several days after. And my tires? Oh my gosh I was blown away by how great they looked! Highly recommend. Even if you just go once, youve gotta see this place! The light show as youre going through is just a bonus. :)

I was doing a car wash in this place and the medal shield dropped over my car and it got ruined. The uncle said don’t worry we will fix it, then the owner Adam refused to fix my car. The estimate came back to be $2000 and he said notify your insurance to fix it and I AM NOT GOING TO FIX IT. He didn’t care about his customers and showed bad reference toward his words. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING THERE AT ALL, GO SOMEWHERE SOMEONE SHOWS RESPECT TO YOU!!!!

Its the better option carwash in Ankeny. They have staff here. Its a little expensive but its worth it. My car always come out clean even with the cheapest option. Not to busy here and if its busy the line goes quick. Definitely where i was my car 9/10 times.

Best place to go

I have a black truck and not only is this THEE greatest wash Ive ever had but it WILL NOT SCRATCH! It rained off and on for a week and it was still clean a week later. The staff was super helpful on explaining how it all works and what to do. Im telling everyone about it like I work here or have stock in it 😁.

I was horribly disappointed with my experience. The passenger side of my car was scratched in multiple places from the brushes. When I pointed it out to the manager, he refused to even acknowledge that his machines could be responsible. He took my information and promised a call from a higher up, but two weeks later I am still waiting. Save your paint job. Avoid this wash.

Expensive and hard to navigate path from vacuums to get in line is blocked!! The staff are unclear with instructions and act like they hate their jobs. Free vacuums for customers earned 1 of the 3 stars. The wash does get the car clean better than most other automatic car washes. This does touch the car, and does a better job getting it clean.

Overall good carwash, great location other than the rush hour traffic getting in and out of the parking lot. Free vacuums, great membership service. Does not always get your vehicle perfectly clean but it does work well most of the time. This is a brush carwash not a touchless, something to keep in mind depending on your preference. One of the better car washes in Ankeny.

Went to try the haunted car wash like advertised. Got there at 11 in halloween night. And all lights off. Nothing going on even thou it says online, on news and even on there sign out front they are open til 12. Wasted a trip to ankeny for nothing! Couldnt rate service due to not getting in. But false advertising is never good either

Went in on Saturday around 1 or so I only live about 4 miles form the car wash when I got home I look over my car and it was still dirty like I never got my car waahes at all to over priced for what u get I will never fo back and Do not recommend it to
