They did very high quality work, even on my dog hair covered cloth back seat. Price was great and the staff was friendly.

I had an appt to get my car detailed at 730. I arrived and there were cones up. At 735 I called and they said to just go around the cones. So I did. I dropped my car off.( the lady there was very nice by the way). I had been told it would be about five or five and a half hours. It ended up not being ready for eight hours. When I called at one thirty to check on it, since no one had called me to tell me it was ready, they told me they didn’t realize it had a third row of seats( it doesn’t!) and that it would take a few more hours. Again, no third row seating...it’s a Nissan Rogue. I arrived and was still waiting at three thirty...then they finished and quickly showed me the front and the bag in the back that they put my stuff in. Honestly, I was in a hurry (since they had taken almost three hours longer than they said) so didn’t look closely, like I should have. I got my car home and started looking at it and was so very disappointed. 200 dollars got my front console wiped (but not the vents) my bottom part of my seats were cleaned but not the back or tops of them. There was a ton of dirt still and would not say it was worth more than fifty bucks. The only reason I gave it two stars was because the ladies at front/checkout desk, were nice.

They were fast and curtious. They did a good job. Prices are reasonable. Multiple options are available.

Good price special since they off towel dry and hand clean rims, BUT it they dont do a good job then its not worth a trip back. Did a quick wipe on rims not really cleaned and towel dry didnt do car roof which is panoramic (full glass) so had to clean it myself.Might go back just for car wash and most of car towel dry but not expecting a full dry. Wont pay to clean rims again since they dont really clean them. Called them twice and no one answered.

Only washed half my vehicle Did not finish the towel dry the Guy was too busy talking on his phone. Overall very very poore quality wash. Have been coming here for years.

Poor customer services. Wash Machine locked up causing us to be pushed into the car in front of us. The Manager and couple employees came to our car and stated we would have to exchange insurance with the car we were pushed into.... When we got out of the car wash no one came to see if there were any issues. After complaining and fighting with the manager we were able to set up a claim. They finally agreed to pay the claim.

I will drive all the way across town just to get my wash here. I leave happy every time and if I have an issue with anything theyre eager to fix it for me.

My husband took our truck to get washed and they said they could get the bugs off too. They did not get the bugs off the front, they only washed what they could reach on the hood so only part done, they did not dry the back windows so now they are all spotted. The back tailgate is still a mess, and there is still dirt on the back quarter panel. I would not pay $25.00 to have my car washed at this location. Dont waste your money!

Not clean at all! Horrible service. Owners refused to talk to me, hiding behind the poor high school kids who tried to help.I should have looked at their horrible reviews before going there!

Dropped my car off for an interior detail at 8am, they called at 10:30 to let me know it was done. My car went from looking VERY “lived in”, including dog hair, to brand new. Great experience, would recommend it.

Ihave come here for year and service has gradually gone donehill. I was the 2nd car in line and I was here for over 50 minutes for a vacuum, wash & dry... Terrible service and a terrible job done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

They have a lot if add on charges. We didnt check out buggy grill before we left. At our next stop, I noticed it was still pretty bad. I wasnt driving back there, so just wont go there again. Did a good job vacuuming and general was was ok.

I’m not even sure if they even serviced my truck. It looks the same as it did when I brought it in.I inquired as to if it was cleaned and the response was, “You only get a dusting.” I purchased the top service package. I’d hate to see what the lowest service package would look like.Don’t waste your time or money.

Paid more to have detailed vacuum and to clean out cupholders you couldnt tell they did anything. Staff was rude and no one was there not sure why the sloppy job.My radio I could write my name in the dust, so much for front row wipe down which it to be included in their service.I have used them alot. Truly depends on who you get, quality of business has really declined. Called owner (carol) and she said to send pics which I did and heard nothing back. She said shes in TN.Carol also told me to have her workers do it over. However her employee refused as he told me I know it was done and done good because I did it myself.So needless to say I paid alot, unsatisfied and left without car getting done or anything made right.Would not refer.

They were great my truck interior was extremely dirty they spent a significant amount of time cleaning it up and also cleaned the interior windows they were very friendly and helpful I highly recommend them for any automobile cleaning needs.Randy

Rick I. has really let this place fall apart. I stopped by June 8th 2019 to buy the best car wash they had to offer and it was a big disappointment! The staff took a very long time to complete the wash and i thought to myself if its a great job for the $18.00 the wait would be worth it. NOT the case at all.....my car was a mess and i would never take a vehicle there again. Rick you really need to stick with Reality work or reinvest some money back into the car wash and staff to make it shine again! So sad to see this car wash go down hill.

Great place! Expect to take around 20 minutes for a maintenance clean, which is fine, they do a great job. They will vacuum, dust, and do the inside of your windows with an outside wash all for fairly cheap.

I saw only one vacuum cleaner, need more of those at an auto cleaning outfit. The place wasn’t alive. Car wash might be good, I didn’t use it.

Jackson saw that the wheel wells were still dirty when he went to dry the car and told us to go through again without us even asking. They upgraded the wash with tri-foam and clear coat! Great customer service! This is why I keep coming back.

I literally asked/had just the front seat of my vehicle done (detail vac, cup holders, center console and interior vinyl) done.... horrible job. Still crumbs in my center console... doesn’t even look done. Windows still have bird poop on them. It took them over and hour and when I got my car back it smelled awful!!!!!! Like horrid body odor. The staff wasn’t overly friendly either. Not good service.

Ive always had great service at Ankeny Auto Spa. I like to get the full service car wash (interior & exterior). I enjoy a free coffee while I wait. It never takes too long and the staff are always pleasant.

Not a very busy place, but still never answers the phone. Has a voicemail box that obviously doesn’t see much use.

They do good work, but severely constrained by facility which means they arent extremely quick, if you have the time not a bad wash. Pricing is ok, but there are a lot of e tras that add up quickly e.g. cup holders $5 extra...most full service washes around include this

Entered the car wash following the attendants directions when I felt the car jerk onto the track. As the young man was Rowling it off he mentioned I was loosing air from my tire quickly and he got the manager. The manger arrived rude and defensive. I had not said anything. I am an older smaller woman. I told him I was not looking for a new tire but I needed help putting on a spare. He told me he had no one to help and I should leave. I limped it a half block away and found help. The tire store said the track had split the sidewall open. The manager was so incredibly rude and the facility in such poor condition I will never return and will let people know why.

Today they were running slow due to being short staffed due to the weather. They told me about that right away, and while the wait was longer, they got me out so I could get to an appointment & get the car in the garage before the grey skies turned to rain..... oh and the best part they detailed me well without any extra charge! :-) Thanks!!!

“Full service” HA. yeah if you wanna be there for 3 hours. Busiest time of the day for car washes and you’ve got 1 kid wiping down cars very slowly while everyone piles up and people leave because they don’t wanna wait. Needless to say I will not be returning.

Biggest waste of money for a car wash!!! I wish I would have read the reviews before going. I spent $16 for the #3. The tires and rims were supposed to be cleaned. The tires werent even cleaned and the rims looked worse than before taking it there. They were hazier than before having it cleaned. I will definitely not be using this car wash again. Pretty pathetic that after you spend $16.00 that you have to spend your time to make your vehicle look nice after you get home.

Very poor... I did the most advance auto wash available $13.50 and it looks worse than if I went and did a $5 car wash... Rims were still dirty, body or car still had dirt on it... Underwash was about useless and car wash was extremely outdated... Never been to such a bad car wash... Stay away and save your money.. you can do better with a garden hose.. SIMPLY THE WORST ... Good luck viewing the website on your phone... O wait you cant

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went last Wed, Sep 16, 2015 to have my carpets done it was a bright beautiful day and was asked to make an appointment which I did for the next day at 1:30. It was a a rainy day but I wanted the interior done. got home I opened the car doors to let it dry but at 2300 I was at the car wash vacuuming water out of my car. When you pressed the seats & the floor there was water coming up in between my fingers. I have used 3 buckets of damp rid & today Monday, Sep 21, 2015 my seats, floor and seat belt are still damp. She asked me three times if I left my windows down while it was raining. SERIOUSLY? I spent $109 tipped $45 and you asked if I would leave my windows open while it rained.I will not be doing business here. She (manager/owner) didnt offer to make it right, instead insinuated that I would leave my windows down during a rain storm.Admit that your extractor was not working properly.

I travel a lot for work and a big part of that is getting covered in bugs. I went through the express wash and paid for the hand scrubbed bug removal. After going through, I noticed there were still many spots on the windshield and I stopped at Kum and go and saw I still had bugs on my front bumper. I called the station and told em that I still had a lot of bugs for paying for the most expensive wash. They had me come back and got me in right away to have the bumper and windshield washed! And to make up for the error the owner also gave me my next wash free. Great customer service.

I had my car washed at the Ankeny Auto Spa and later noticed there was a sticky residue all over my whole entire vehicle as if the soap hadn’t been completely removed from my Jeep when rinsed. I’ve never seen anything like that so I decided to return and ask them what would cause that, hoping that they would rather apologize for the inconvenience of having to come back within a week to have my car washed a second time and give them the chance to correct it and give the good customer service I expect in order to keep a client. Instead the women noticed feathers that happened to be stuck to my car bc EVERYTHING had been sticking to my car! And had the nerve to say “well first of all did you hit something, bc there’s feathers stuck everywhere” followed by the young man she had come out who said “I would recommend our highest choice car wash and even that I’m not sure will remove it, I’ve noticed the same stuff on my own car though” followed by them both agreeing it had to be from a sap tree or outdoor element!They took no responsibility once so ever. My truck was clearly covered EVERYWHERE as if sprayed down with a substance, it was in nooks it wouldn’t reach if not sprayed down. I am certain it was from whatever substance they used to wash my car.I didn’t argue, I left went to Splash car wash on Ankeny Blvd, paid $8 for a regular wash and my car came out much cleaner:)It’s cheaper and I had a much better experience so I guess I’ll take it as a blessing and just will never return to the Ankeny Auto Spa car wash EVER again!!!I would have given 0 stars but had to select at least one to post this review!#sorry, not sorry!!!#Customers are your business and should be treated better!!!

The two main kids that helped seemed pretty nice, the old bald guy didnt know if he wanted me to go left more or right more then annoyed he couldnt tell.1 star though is because the truck was filthy after pulling away, with soap all over my truck. Bugs everywhere still horrible and wont return.

Its good if you want a quick wash but be careful because they use brushes to wash your car and those can hurt your paint.

Kids working there so not great. Just ok. Good thing its not too expensive

The interior vacuum was hit and miss. When I pulled up, the kids did not want to get out of their lawn chairs and the tire shine they applied looks like the poured the bottle on the tires. Very disappointed

Took my truck there yesterday paid for high service only to get half of it doone right they touch up spots after I told them. Firgure I would give another chance so took wifes car there today did a horrible job. No windows clean diddnt vacuum anything out. Will not go back and will tell people about it. Piss pour management

Took my SUV there for the #3 wash (the most expensive) and I doubt Ill be returning. We were offered no instruction on where to take the car after we paid, and after I got home, I debated taking my car back out to have a different business wash it again. There was a large amount of soap left under and around the rear door, which I ended up wiping up myself because I didnt want to leave soap sitting on it. There was still dirt left on the back end. I watched the car in front of me get the inside of the doors wiped down, but because it was busy my vehicle did not get the same treatment. Overall, unorganized and mediocre work.

They didnt vacuum out the trunk as requested and back of the car still dirty. Wouldve stayed to have it rectified, but we already waited an hour and half

My car looked clean when I left but as soon as I got home I noticed a bunch of spots that dried weird even though I paid for a towel dry. Also paid extra to have bugs removed and still had more than 10 spots where they were still on the windshield/grill. If I do go back I wont get the $26 option again.

Went to Auto Spa yesterday to have the interior and exterior wash. Before getting out of my car I turned off my radio so my phone would not disconnect from it. After my car was finished, I got in my car and the radio had been turned on. So of course I had to reinstall my phone connection. Not only that, they had reprogrammed all my radio stations! And the wash left soapy streaks on my car. When I got home I called them. I told the lady I had intentionally turned off my radio so it would not disconnect from phone and they not only turned on the radio, but also reprogrammed all my stations. She didnt care. No apology or anything. Needless to say, I will not return. They have no right touching any of the gadgets in your car! Not even the radio!!!

Dissapointed. I bought a groupon deal for an interior and exterior car cleaning, and even upgraded to the highest package. While the service was prompt and refreshing, the work done on my car was completely laughable. They didnt wipe down ANYTHING on the inside of my car, which was even included in the lowest price point setting, and my wheels were still completely dirty. Would never go there again, nor recommend it to anyone else.

Didnt get all the dirt off the exterior. Didnt get it dry. For $17 didnt even clean the floor mats.
