Bought a house MN Home Venture flipped back in 2017. Nothing but issues with the contractor, Solid Rock. Response at first from the Mehalovichs was good.. then it tapered off. We gave up on working with them, or Solid Rock to fix the issues with their remodel job.Toilets were installed incorrectly. The bathroom floors were never glued down, theyd lift up when vacuuming. The AC was never wired.I would be vary wary of putting an offer in on a home that they represented/flipped, or that Solid Rock was the contractor for.

Wanted to buy a house, but as soon as theAgent (Vicky) found out I was working with a different agent she changed her tone, did not returned my messages after asking me to provide her with my Agents name. I understand they want full commission, but that is no way to treat a customer. Very unprofessional service.

To say Tara is good at her job is an understatement she is unbelievable at what she does. My husband and I both sold a home and bought a home with Tara. She is very professional, quick to get things taken care of, but most of all she always keeps you well informed.
