Chuck was very helpful in finding us a home. He helped finding us a home big enough for the family we have and at a good price. He was very helpful with any questions we had and willing to help out as much as possible. Poor guy even got sick during the time of helping trying to get a house and was still helping as much as he could. Very responsive but also not bugging us constantly. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for a home. Extremely friendly guy!

Chuck assisted me with finding my parents a home. We looked at house together and when we found some my parents may be interested in, we looked again with them. He was patient and always responded back to our questions timely. When we looked at homes with huge red flags, he would very simply say, I can’t sell this house to you. We liked that we felt we could trust him.

Chuck sold me a wonderful 3 bedroom house. With my budget, he was able to get me a house for $56,000. Originally the house was $60,000 dollars.
