Ron, Christine, Deb and the entire team exceeded our expectations during the process of selling our home! Ron met with us the day before Thanksgiving and provided a lot of information on the current market conditions, as well as the prior years in our city. We went into the meeting thinking that we’d put our house on the market in January. Ron suggested the week before Christmas, and although we were shocked by this, we are so glad we listened to him.We spent three weeks purging and cleaning, and his amazing team did the rest. They truly do make an unpleasant process very easy. The photographer took amazing pictures of our home on a Tuesday, the listing went live Thursday night, and after receiving 15 offers the following Tuesday, we accepted the best offer which was WELL above asking! Throughout the process Christine was always three steps ahead and was keeping us updated with the next steps and what to expect. Ron was always checking in with us, even after we closed and moved out of state. He never pressured us on anything, from the staging suggestions, to the listing price, even accepting an offer, he strictly gave us the facts and his opinions, always reminding us that everything was our decision. What I loved most about Rons help was that we wouldnt just walk through a house all excited about a particular room. Ya know, the fake excitement you see so many time. He actually showed us and explained to us everything he was seeing. Good or bad. He allowed us to understand things we wouldnt normally see, but what his experience has taught him.
