Great equipment, great staff, great price.

I rented some equipment that proved ineffective after I got home and started using it (my choice of equipment was bad). The manager graciously allowed me to rent different equipment and credited the price of the first rental towards the second. The second item worked perfectly for my job.

Good tools to rent at reasonable rates!

Rented a lift from Andover Rental Center, Nathan and the other employees were absolutely wonderful to work with, very professional, courteous, completed the paperwork and showed me how to operate correctly and safely, hooked me up got the job done and returned the lift, the lift worked perfectly, never been more satisfied.

I have a small business and cant afford to drop 1000 on a peice of equipment Everytime something comes up so I got to the pros that know at Andover rental! They get me what I need and its at a great price, they always have a smile on their face only rental place around to go to in my opinion!

Andover rental is the place to go for rentals. The staff is helpful and the equipment is maintained and functional. I always grab one of the free game of bowling compliments of Andover rental, before I go. You can usually get in and out of this place in 10 to 15 minutes.

Fair prices and OPEN on Saturday!!! Not to mention; I got hung up in Wichita traffic driving from Goddard, called and spoke to one of the gentlemen behind the counter and they waited 15 minutes past closing time to let me get the lift in. Who does that nowadays? Great service guys, Thank you.

Best/Newest equipment available for rent in the Wichita area. The equipment isnt breaking down every hour like some of the other rental places around. Great group of people and awesome customer service.

Changing my review from a previous three stars to five. Ive always had great service with Andover Rental. Recently had one incident that left frustrated. The owner/manager/supervisor (?) contacted me, unsolicited, and wanted to better understand the incident. After a short discussion he went above, and beyond, to win my business back. Great guys who care about the consumer. Im a normal home owner, not a large business type, with the usual low cost rentals. Cant say enough good things about Andover Rental. I will continue my business with them as long as I have needs.
