They fixed everything perfectly, matched the green, and detailed the inside and out! Fantastic job.
They knocked my bumper over during the repair. And installed it with a scratched up bug shield. Never checked it. When I got home my dirty engine cover was in my back seat. They never installed it. I called to tell them and the Rep I talked to laughed because he knew the bumper fell over. When I went back to get my new bug shield installed they ordered the wrong one. They couldn’t even close my van sliding door . I go down the road and it shows it’s open. They have yet to apologize for anything. Terrible quality work. There is no customer service or quality these days. The sad thing is I have been going here for years with no issues.
I will start off Angie’s communication and updates were amazing. However the lady that works the front desk not so much. I feel like I was expected to leave my vehicle and take a chance that Enterprise had a car ready for me. I have a large family and kids in car seats I needed a vehicle that sat 6 people with 2 in car seats. During my check in process several employees were complaining how Enterprises was messing up all day and and sharing their frustration with one another. I was not going to leave a vehicle to take one that would not fit my family. I would have simply rescheduled until I could get one. The lady that worked the front desk was difficult and kept saying you’ll need to talk with them. It wasn’t till a manager came out because I was just going to leave that she called. I had to wait almost an hour because they didn’t have one but waiting on one to get an oil change. She then continued to make comments under her breath the entire time I was waiting for Enterprise. The repairs seem to be fine but the paint job is subpar at best. They did not blend the paint in. It’s definitely noticeable where the new paint is. Honestly it’s not the end of the world but they request reviews so here it is.
This was the best experience that I’ve ever had when it comes to dealing with my car! They were kind, professional, and kept me in the loop of the process. I would HIGLY recommend them.

Riley and Sons did an awesome job with our Blazer following a collusion with a deer. The vehicle was done when they said it would be, and the work was fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. The night we picked up out vehicle, traffic in Anderson was very heavy due to a fatal accident on I-69. My wife and I could not be there by closing time (6pm). Two staff stayed over a bit so that we could get our vehicle. Best body shop in central Indiana!

They fixed a door on my Camaro they fixed it 2years ago but wasnt right I took it back two years later no question ask they replace the skin on the door repainted and it looks great .
They messed up the suede on my front seat hey I want to know if they do that it cant be fixed and its a 2017 I mean everything else about it is brand new but I cant fix this piece of suede and it only cost them like $983 to fix the van and I they charged me my $500 deductible and the insurance $1,800 and then called the insurance and said theres more wrong with it so they got another check which I dont know how much it was for got another check so they did great work though they did do great work I just I think Ill look for someone else if something else happens. But overall they did do a fantastic job on the body work and Im really pleased with the outcome they did a great job and looks great the repairs are great I have no qualms how about that whatsoever staff was very friendly very nice.

Staff was very rude and stand-offish. Just flat out said no, no, nope. While my mother was trying to explain to her that the insurance was paying for a fee. Just out of the hospital and had to fight with rude employees who just want to get you out the door as fast as possible. Made a bad week even worse. Bad service. The mechanics are great though.

Matt was awesome. He kept answering my emails even when I was upset about my insurance company not paying them so I could finally get my truck back. Matt kept the line of communication open and updated me on the progress. I was in an accident that wasnt my fault and they not only fixed my truck to look brand new they let me use a loaner car in the meantime. I will be back for future needs.Paul

While I never had the need to work with their body shop, their mechanics are very skilled! Best quality work in town.
They guy there told me he could have my vehicle done by Thursday if i dropped it off on Monday the same week. I got a call from the insurance company on Wednesday (1 day before pick up) NOT Riley to tell me that it would take an extra 4 days to get the vehicle repaired. When I asked why, they said the paint takes 4 days. I called Riley and they confirmed saying they only work a few hours per day on a vehicle and the paint would take an extra 4 days. If they pushed it they could cut it to 3 days. When I complained they said they could not promise me when they would have it done (even though they promised me to have it done Thursday) but would work to get it done Friday. IF I get my vehicle back Friday I would gladly change my rating.
Staff members are friendly and knowledgeable . They do great work in a timely manner.

Needed my frame straightened, said they could do it, they put my on the schedule for September 3rd 2019, had the car towed up there costed me $114, got a call every week saying they couldn’t get the car in the shop, this week 9/25/19 they basically suggested me coming to get the car which costed me another $114, $228 waisted If you can’t do the job say we’re to busy, you even had me on the schedule!!!!
My car got vandalized so i took it to Riley and sons. They did a great job repairing the vehicle. They have good communication and had it done in a timely manner.
