Nice guy but limited selection and high prices. Better than Lowes or Home Depot and much more knowledgeable about pests. I have them a 3 because I am a Pest Control guy and used to the big chemical companies like Univar with huge selections and low prices for certified technicians. Just didnt want to drive to Spartanburg. If youre not a technician but just a resident I would rate them 4 or 5 for the knowledge that they can provide you.

Have been waiting outside for 30 mins after 9 and still no one has shown up. And its a wendsday they are open on wendsdayS.

Idk what me and my girlfriend did to the guy working there ....i got there right as they opened when we walked in he looked at us like what do yall want ....i asked him about a rodent trap he pointed to one....i said i dont think its big enough and asked if he knew a place were i might could get one because I just moved here and dont know the area...he hit me with a hard NO.....So then we purchased some $150 pesticide because I got a bug infested property to remodel about to start the man seriously acted as if he didnt even want us talking to him very unpleasant.....and akward. Maybe he had a ruff night idk...if i even go back id hope for a better experience

I am giving this great review for anyone that may be at their wits end with this year’s flea infestations. I called and spoke with Kevin and he gave me a detailed list of the proper products that I would need. When I went in to buy these products he gave me detailed instructions on how to use these products. I had results within 24 hours and am now flea free! I even had more product mixed up to combat them again but because I have no more fleas I am just going to use it as a precaution. I am SO glad this store is within 15 minutes of my home because I will be a do it yourself pest controller from now on.

The man working there was more interested in selling a plan with the exterminator, wonder why the sign says diy.

This shop is a must if you have pest problems or want to prevent pest issues. They are there to help and their knowledge is amazing. Products are professional and priced right. We are lucky to have this shop so please patronize them.

This store is in an unassuming building on Concord Road, so you might have to look twice to see it, but its totally worth it! Ken is friendly, very knowledgable and has made excellent, appropriate suggestions when Ive been in there. Great products, great service, locally owned! Highly recommend.

The items I have purchased from this place before have worked out very well. I have nothing to compare, the prices are a little bit expensive.That guy who was working yesterday wasnt very friendly or personable at all.
