Getting a couch delivered that I bought online from Home Depot. It was scheduled to be delivered on the 23th of November and that someone from Reddaway would call me to schedule the delivery. Never got the phone call and the delivery was 3 days early and of course I was not home to accept. I got the sorry we missed you note on my door and called to reschedule. I scheduled it for the original delivery date of Monday the 23rd between 1pm and 4pm and had a confirmation for delivery on the 23rd. Find out monday that the couch is not going to be delivered because no one called Reddaway to confirm the appointment even though I did that the previous Friday. So now its supposed to be delivered from 2pm to 3pm on the 24th. I go online and check the tracking number and it says delivery for the 24th at 1pm and I purposefully scheduled for 2-3 so I would be home from work. Horrible customer service, very bitchy lady working the phone at the Anderson location. Had to call them again to fix the time for when I will be home. Would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone....
