I’ve been before and they were decent, but will not go again. Didn’t listen to what I said and gave me the worst cut I’ve had.

Very nice women that work here..i took my 2 boys ages 4 and 5. They were very patient with them. They let them help vacuum up their mess after their haircut the boys loved that. I wish I could remember their names to recognize them but they are in the pictures. I highly recommend this place for young boys haircut. Even for children with ethnic hair. The lady took her time combing it out gently and did a great job cutting it.

After getting my haircut at this place for 11 years I asked to get an appointment over the phone after having trouble with the online appt system and I was told that I have to use the app and do it online. I’m not sure why they can’t take an appointment over the phone and frankly, you get a different hairstylist every time you go there because the stylists quit every three weeks. If you can’t do the courtesy of accepting an appointment over the phone….I’m done.

After “checking in” and waiting 80 minutes, we received a text that we only had 15 minutes more to wait. We checked in at the desk, waiting 30 more minutes and we’re never called. Our name was listed “on deck” the entire time. It’s such a shame they can’t get a better system. We like Haley as a hair stylist, but will not return because of the terrible service!

Fast friendly service, took my son and daughter for their haircuts and we were seen quite quickly. Generally men go here but my daughter had her hair done by Taylor who is amazing. If you are female and want a stunning haircut see her. Most of the other employees are used to cutting mens hair, Taylor is capable of cutting anything you put in front of her with ease. The environment is welcoming and the prices are reasonable. Good experience all around.

Leslie gave up on helping my 4 year old get a hair cut. He has had many different people cut his hair and it has never been a problem. When she used the clippers he laughed because he said it tickled. She said if he cant hold still she wouldnt finish. She tried using scissors and he looked around at me and then another customer and she quit and said she couldnt finish. My son has never had a problem with anyone else who was willing to be patient with a child. Now his hair has a big chunk missing and my son doesnt understand why he didnt get to finish. We will never go back!

I absolutely love this place. Nadja is not only an incredible hair stylist, she is very professional and always works her hardest to insure the customer leaves satisfied, and confident. She knows exactly what she’s doing and is such a pleasure to talk with. It is the perfect place for any man to get their hair cut with the assurance of leaving with exactly what you want, and a very unique environment. I HIGHLY recommend Sports Clips, it’s an awesome experience!

We waited 2 hours on the wait list only to when it’s finally our time and we walk in get “kicked out by the system”. They said a client was 5 minutes away and we could wait for them to arrive. Went in after 15 minutes only to have them say they were going to get us in after 2 client now. I watched these 2 women stand at the front counter for 25 minutes talking with no clients before we finally decided enough was enough and left. Obviously these women have absolutely no work ethic. Make better choices in your stylist sports clips these women just lost you 3 clients.

Girl was nice and sweet but I can’t come back unfortunately she didn’t cut it right I get military haircuts and I don’t know if she didn’t hear me due to the mask or what, but I don’t believe she understood where I was coming from... On the top, I get a one in a half and a zero in the back and sides when I went to my hometown Sports Clips the woman that cut my hair always used a spray bottle and cut one in a half on top with water and scissors, and a zero in the back and sides and the zero going up high in the back... I didn’t get that, so I will be going elsewhere’s. Sorry.

The haircuts are good. Got skipped in the queue for some reason. A person requesting a specific stylist jumped line over three others waiting for first available with no explanation from the staff. Seems to me if you have a specific request you are willing to wait for it, not the other way around.

Hadnt had a haircut in almost 7 months and I was lucky to get Caitlyn, and she did an awesome job; also, she didnt make me feel like I was being a bother. Ill be back, and will definitely make an appointment with her!

Dallas was very nice to me. She took very good care of me. She showed me some products that I decided to purchase and if I lived in the area I would continue to come back; however I was just visiting. Give Dallas a pay raise. She did great. The store looked clean and I felt comfortable.

While waiting for my sons haircut to finish I witnessed Lisa informing an elderly lady that they only cater to men’s haircuts, in those exact words and then stopped talking. The woman seemed confused but also wanted a haircut so only then did Lisa continue to say she could do it but there would be no curling or styling. I read her tone and choice of words as not wanting to service this lady. If that was not her intent then she needs to be retrained on relaying that information. Professionalism was not what I witnessed from her today.

You always feel welcome when you walk in there, everyone is very happy friendly welcoming you like their family. They know all about you, Dallas Cut my hair few times, she knows exactly how I like my hair cut, that is a very special touch when it comes to customer service. I don’t have to tell her every time how I want my hair cut. I will recommend all my friends, coworkers and family members to go there. KH

Awesome staff- they listen to you and cut your hair the WAY you like it cut. Yes they also make valuable suggestions but in the end the haircut Is done the way you want You want it done. The lady that cut my was very talkative which was nice, it wasn’t a boring time at Sports Clips. I would highly recommend them to all.

I understand business is different due to covid. But if you rely on surface read thermometers after having me stand outside for in the sun of course your gonna have a false temp read. Got turned away because the thermometer read my sweat after waiting in the sun. Yall had my temp at 102. Out of concern I went home and checked myself and went to a friends for their read out ...nope 97.5

I had a wonderful experience from the warm greeting when walking in to the great service once I was in the chair. All of the ladies were kind and Hannah did an excellent job of cutting my hair and grooming my beard. Hannah pays close attention to detail and really wants to give the customer the haircut that they desire. I will definitely be back, and although I believe all of the stylists will do a good job-I will personally be requesting Hannah. Thank you for what y’all do.

Sport clips was a great place to take my son. The price is on the higher end for a kids haircut (20.00) I thought was high for a 1/2 inch trim. Great staffI wouldn’t return for a child’s haircut.

It was a good experience! I will probably get another haircut there. The only negative I have is that they try to up sale you on stuff. Example: “I’ll give you a better neck shave with this razor to remove the stubble from your fade but it’s going to cost you an extra 5 dollars.” In other words, you pay an extra 5 bucks for a better quality haircut. Kind of ridiculous. Still the staff was great. My haircut looks good. The wait time was non-existent. Thank you!

Won’t be back. Apparently they’re under new management and they’re really unprofessional. Haley S. decided that my two year old taking his mask off was a problem even though their own sign on their door says 3 year and older you’re required to wear a mask, THREE. I even pointed that out to her and she said he still has to wear one. We were also the only ones in the place too. But he was only wearing it to begin with bc it’s an avengers mask. I knew he wouldn’t have kept it on long and he didn’t. I was about to just pay for my older sons haircuts and do my two year olds at home but the other stylist came to me and said she would gladly do it without him wearing a mask, which I greatly appreciate. If this establishment requires TWO YEAR OLDS to wear a mask, then update your sign on your door. Especially if you’re an “assistant manager”. If it said two year olds are required to wear a mask I would’ve turned my car around. Needless to say, the best stylist have left and they’ve had to promote what’s left. My advice would be to look for management that’s a little older and with more positive customer experience. Not someone who legitimately believes I can make a two year old keep a mask on. I know she doesn’t have kids but let’s have common sense. Thank you to Nadja for being so understanding and also doing two really great cuts!

After several less than desirable visits to Great Clips I decided to give Sports Clips a try. It was a great decision. Hannah did a great job cutting my hair and made me feel like I was a valued customer.

I kept hearing about them for awhile now, so I finally went this past Sunday to get a much needed haircut.The staff is very friendly and helpful. I felt very welcomed and consider this my best experience at a barbershop.This price is pretty reasonable for the MVP treatment (haircut, massaging shampoo, hot towel, leave in conditioner and shoulder massage) for $25. This also includes a free neck and over the ear trim between haircuts.Beard service is an additional $5.I will definitely be back. Lisa did a very good job on my hair.

The manager called said hed do some investigating and get back with me still havent heard anything which proves that poor customer service runs from the top down..Stylist would not cut my hair as short as I asked nor did she understand what 1/4 beard length means had to come home and trim it up correctly myself was a waste of $5 and would not let her ever cut my hair again she also was carrying on a conversation with another customer started saying she wanted to hear the dirty jokes they tell at his work not everyone wants hear that kind of stuff and my wife was with me and how would they know who was in the lobby someone could have came in with a child. Was in a few months back and a young woman cut my hair did a great job was hoping to see her couldnt remember her name but unless i can figure out who she was and she can cut my hair i dont know if Ill be back.

Not impressed by the pessimism of the woman who checked me in .... its as if she didnt want my business were a mens salon ... we dont do this .... we cant do that .... My stepdad refer me there. Only had to wait a few minutes before my turn. The Manager Dallas was right on top of my hair. She gave my hair a total makeover. I wasnt quite sure what I wanted to do with it. She made a few suggestions and helped me along the way. It looks great and I feel 5 years younger now.All the staff there was very friendly and upbeat. The full experience...lol, was a fathers day gift from my son, he and my oldest are regulars. It was relaxing and a good experience, loved the hot towel and shoulder massage. On top of it I walked out with a great haircut.

We had about a 25-30 minute wait but mySon walked out looking fly! I gave the girl a pic of what My son wanted and she did just that! Highly recommend Sports Clips! Sign in online though so you don’t have the wait. I didn’t know that was an option!

I brought my 4-year old here on a holiday with complete expectation that there’d be plenty of men off work, we’d be waiting a while and maybe not getting the same attention as the gown ups. I WAS WRONG! I was crowded, but we were seen super quick. The hair cut was one of my favorite he’s gotten. My son was treated like the “big boys” and he did so well, to my surprise. This was my first experience at any sports clips. I had heard good things about it and was looking for a new barber shop to attend. Upon arriving, sign up/in was quick and easy. The display board clearly showed my place in line and how long the wait was. I only waited maybe 3 minutes after signing in and was greeted with a handshake and welcoming vibe. My stylist and I came up with the style I wanted and off she went. She gave me information on my hair and helpful tips to keep it looking the same way it was when I left. Overall it was a long excellent experience and I would definitely recommend it to any guy looking for a permanent shop!

My daughter is a cosmetologist.She cuts my hair every 3 to 4 weeks.She has had a troubled pregnancy and been in hospital for couple weeks.The young lady that cut my hair did a excellent job, my daughter even approved when she seen it, and was easy to explain how I wanted it cut.Will come again because with new baby, daddy my not fit into scheduleLee Davis

Had the stylist tell an obvious lie right to my face. The state of SC does not require customers to wear masks. The company might but not the state. Then she smarted off about if I wanted a haircut. Her attitude cost sport clips a customer.

Took grandson in for a haircut he had long hair and the lady was very nice even suggested Locks of Love she put it in sections and cut it off for us and put his hair in a bag. she did a great job on his undercut left it long on the top and she braided it into 2 braids and pulled it into a man bun,he was so thrilled when we left he said I just wanted to give her a hug He is 10 alsi said I want her to do my hair all the time. Thanks for making his day.

The girls were amazing! The lobby was packed when we arrived but they were so fast and efficient there was barely a wait at all. This was the first time for my boys and they loved it. We will definitely be back.

They clearly dont know how to manage the queue of people who come in. I stopped by while i was out running errands, requested first available stylist and showed on deck over the next 45 minutes 5 people came in who had either signed in online, or came in an requested a specific stylist. They went back ahead of me even tho they showed 25min to an hour wait beside their names. Totally unacceptable, I have better things to do with my day than wait 45 minutes when there was literally no one ahead of me when I walked in.

When I walked in, they let me know that they mainly focus on men cuts. I knew if they could cut mens, they could do a womens that is short. The cut is wonderful! They do not style or blow dry, but that works well for me. They were wonderful to be around.

I always get a great cut here! Nikki is an excellent stylist and conversationalist. I thoroughly enjoy my time in the chair.

I usually just buzz my hair, but I was ready for something new, so I grew it out and gave Sport Clips a try. When I got there, I was greeted immediately, and found my way to the sign in sheet. I was shortly thereafter brought back by Nicole for my cut. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and 20 minutes later, I left a happy guy.A cut/style was only $17, and since it was my first time there, they gave me a free shampoo, hot towel treatment, and massage... It was really nice, even for a guy like me who doesnt really care that much about frills.The atmosphere is sports-centric, and they had ESPN on a number of large screens. Nicole even cut my hair a slight angle to the mirror so that I could see without turning my head. Very professional, and very friendly.I was a little nervous going in, no sure what to expect, but Ill definitely be headed back there again for my next cut. I cant speak for any of the other stylists, but if you ask for Nicole, Im sure youll leave happy.

I used the app for the first time. Since we were heading to Anderson anyway I needed a haircut. I only waited a few minutes after I arrived and Lisa did an excellent job trimming my hair. I will definitely plan my next haircut when I’m in Anderson.

Molly was my stylist and I have to say it’s the best cut (MVP) I have received. Everyone was friendly and professional. I absolutely will return the next time I’m in the area.

This place is usually a nice place to hey a hair cut. The time I went in the they told me the wait would be 45 minutes, I had time to spare so i said ok. A hour and 45 minutes is how long I waited to get seen. Then the young girl I had cutting my hair was mad at the world. She didnt have anything to say plus she was being fast and quite angry with my hair cut. I dont know what was going on with her but I didnt do anything. Other than that, I will give it another try, Ill make sure to check in online, and ask for a different lady to got my hair.

My fiancé has been getting his hair cut here for the last year and have had no issues since they always keep notes on the cut he gets. Today Nadja Smith cut his hair and it turned out HORRIBLE. Not even close to what he typically gets and the fade is very choppy. Would not recommend this stylist to anyone.

Everytime we come in we have an amazing experience.. We love Hanna Burnett and Lisa.. Anderson Sports Clips is the place to go.. I would rate it at 10 stars but they only let me have 5.. Definitely a returning customer..

This place use to be great, unfortunately since they instituted the online check in the wait is somehow worse. You check in online come at the appointed time and 30 mins later you are still waiting. Then while youre sitting there after you check in your wait somehow increases from 1 minute to 22.This happens almost every time we come. Its unfortunate because the staff is friendly and they do a good job but the wait is ridiculous and the online check in only makes it more difficult.

I tried scheduling my appointment with the app, but it didnt work. Instead, I called and asked to check in over the phone. They said they would call me back once a someone was free. I waited about 90 minutes before just leaving. Still never received a call, never going back.
