I walked in platinum blonde hair and wanted her to to darken my roots and this is how bad she jacked it up to the point I had to go home and dye it all brown. And the worst part is it was the manager Margie that did it and I still had to pay for it.

Every now and then they have a stylist thats just a little underwhelming, but the owner knows exactly what shes doing.Edit: Its under new management, and I have no experience with their new stylists.

I went to this SmartStyle for a bang trim and they did an amazing job! The staff was very helpful and kind. I definitely recommend this salon! They always try their best and it shows. The stylist who did my hair, her name was Kelly, was fantastic!

Nice little place right inside Walmart, clean, efficient. The stylist (Kelly) who worked on my hair did a great job...I got my hair colored, cut and styled...she was working alone since theyre short staffed, but she handled it all very well!

Place located inside WalMart. Walked in and was greeted by a lady named Jenny. What a Great haircut! Jenny was also very personable with conversation (I hate just sitting in the chair in dead silence). Price was very reasonable for a shampoo and haircut. I would recommend Jenny for all of your haircuts!

Even with an appointment, the lady wouldnt see us. On three separate days we came and to wait an hour and not get seen.
