Great experience. Front desk was very personable, helpful and diligent about keeping me informed. Repair was done in a very timely manner and the lead repair man was friendly, informative and made it a point to visit me face to face to answer any questions I had.

Minor work needed to be done. Was told it would be a month or two before I got my car back. It was there less than 2 weeks. Andy kept me informed at all times. Oh!! Congrats on the new baby Andy! -Thank you for your hard work! I’m very happy!!

I will keep this simple, Leno is by far the best service advisor I have ever had involving my car. He kept me informed at every step of the way and delivered on time (which is surprising considering the parts shortage). I knew the shop was swamped and it would take time but he made me feel like I was the most important customer. Leno you the man!!!! I will only ever use them.

There are certain areas of the car, like the alignment that was not ever completed correctly. They used an outside company for that. The computer programming they used Kia of Anderson for, however the day we got it back it had 5 ERRORS Show up in the first day. Parts that were put on the front of the car stayed on for less than 48 hours, superglue hold better than this. I’ve since been in touch with my insurance company. I’ll need to contact this companies TWO OUTSIDE VENDORS to get them to correct what wasn’t done correctly. Also noted above “Parts that were put on the front of the car stayed on less than 48 hours”. Apparently they care about the bad rate they got, just NOT FIXING THE ISSUE!!! My car is STILL missing that piece. But I’ll get in touch with the two subs and get them to do what should have been done to start with.

I had front end damage and you can not tell that there was anything wrong at all. Fact - it looks better now. The customer service is phenomenal! They kept me well informed every step of the way! Great job!

Thanks to Jarvis and the entire staff at Caliber Collision that work to put my car back looking like new after I was hit by a drunk driver. The up dates by text was so helpful and I was never worried about how things was going I knew what stage my car was In from day one up until I picked it up. If you guys got my dads approval you did an awesome job and he went over my car like he was a pro and could not find anything wrong, not over spray of paint on my wheel walls, no bleeding paint, lumps, or bubbles. My insurance sent my car to Caliber after someone slammed into the front of my car. I received a loss settlement statement the next day which devalued my car by A LOT. It seemed like they did not even look at my car. Things like brand new tires were listed as 33%, and they failed to list most of the luxury features of the car. I had to personally go take pictures of all the features they missed, and dig up receipts for tires and recent engine work. The worst part was they took off a huge chunk because they said the engine was shaking. Ummm no doubt, someone slammed into the front of my car so hard it knocked it out of park and down the road!! Do NOT let your insurance company send your car to this company. They clearly do not care or are not competent.

I unfortunately hit a bear and the front passenger side of my vehicle was pretty torn up. No engine damage, just all body and paint replacement and work. They did a wonderful job, was done a day earlier than scheduled, worked with my insurance company and gave me daily text updates! Lino was awesome and explained everything on the day of drop off and again with what was done on day of pick up! Will hopefully never need to go back as I dont plan on hitting any wildlife any time soon, but will return if the need arises! 10/10!

A deer hit my car (yes, it hit me not the other way around) causing damage to my finder right signal light. When I took my car (Skylar) to Caliber Collision, the lady at the front desk was most helpful! She called enterprise for my rental pickup and drop off and she stayed in contact with my insurance company! Not sure what her name is but she is awesome! Now to the repairs! Jarvis Jarvis Jarvis.....he is AMAZING! He walked me through everything when I dropped my car off, kept me updated on every step throughout the repairs and during pickup he made sure I was satisfied with everything before I left! I recommend him 100% ! He is professional and quick! So far the quality is amazing! They have the best staff and I will return if I ever need to!

Im 20 and have never had to take my car in to be fixed before. My parents live in different states since Im in college and this place was amazing. Lino worked on my car and explained everything really well. I felt great about leaving it to him and I wasnt nervous at all after he talked to me. He kept me updated along the way and I got my car back not only a day earlier than expected but in perfect condition! (It even smelled good) I really recommend Caliber and Lino specifically. Hopefully I wont need them again but if I do Ill defiantly go back.

First impressions are everything.I recently got rear ended, and thankfully it was only paint damage. A friend of mine who deals with detailing and paint restoration recommended I go to Caliber because they have an awesome paint guy.I walked in and told the receptionist that I just needed a quote for painting the rear bumper. She told me that they would have to schedule me an appointment because they only had one service advisor. The next available appointment was 8 days out.Just for a quote? Come on guys, I understand if you are busy and shorthanded. Ive been a service writer at a dealership before. This quote wasnt even going through insurance (which I told her). I might have understood if she wanted me to come back in a few hours or even the next day just because their one service writer was covered up. But 8 days later? It only takes a few minutes to work up a quote.So I went down the road to A+ collision and they had me a printed quote in 5 minutes.I have never been to Caliber before and Im sure my friend was honest that they do good quality work but in this case Im not going find out.

I was in an accident at my place of work and his insurance company recommended Caliber Collision. A couple other people I know also recommended them. So when I brought it in for service I was told it would take 10 days. I was extremely excited to receive a text on the fouth day saying that my vehicle was ready and that I could come pick it up. They are extremely reliable and do great work, I will be recommending them to everyone.

Handy was my auto-man he and the caliber team provided an amazing experience, they took my mind off of everything and made it like the accident never happened! There is a sign clearly posted on the entrance door for all to wear a mask on entering yet not one employee was wearing one. They did do a good job on the repair but kept extending the pick up date.

Caliber Collision is very professional and the quality of work is exceptional. My wife had a fender bender. Any type of wreck is stressful having to deal with insurance companies and rental cars. I took my 2014 Toyota Corolla to Caliber Collision for repairs after an accident. Handy was the associate assigned to take care of the Corolla. He informed me of what all was expected to be done at the time the Corolla was dropped off, and he kept me posted every couple of days on any issues, update on parts received to complete work, and any timing issues if there looked to be a delay. After picking up the Corolla he took the time to explain what had been repaired in detail.Crystal was the associate who booked the appointment and she was very polite and efficient on timing when sending needed documents. She was quick and had my paperwork and information ready to go upon pick up.I would highly recommend Caliber Collision for any work or repairs needed!

Improper record keeping, unprofessional service manager that will hang up on you when you ask for correctly dated records. Finally had to involve corporate, and Regional manager to get the information I am seeking. My vehicle was returned to me with multiple issues that were blamed on prior damage. Upon asking for proof of this prior damage in the quote / diagnostics they could only provide fault reports dated 15 years before my vehicle was manufactured. Save yourself alot of headaches & stress, and go to a different body shop.

I’ve waited a few months to write a review, because a majority of reviews are from people who are angry. I’ve waited this long just to make sure I’m cooled down from the situation.I brought my 2010 Sierra to get body and paint work completed after someone hit it in a parking lot. They quoted it at 1400$ and even after the service only charged the insurance company 1100$! That’s an amazing price. After the work was completed, it was to my expectations because Caliber Collision sets high standards and I’ve seen their work before. They completed it around 3 days early as well.Due to uncontrollable circumstances, the manufacture of my truck was having a strike, Caliber collision wasn’t able to order a decal that goes on the bed of my truck. I understood that they couldn’t control that. Not a big dealWhat made me frustrated, was that I was told I would get a call when one became available, and it’d be placed on my truck (again, not a big deal) but I never received a phone call.A few months go by AFTER the strike is over, and still no call. I decided to come to the store since it was impossible for them to call. And was greeted by the general manager, nice guy, and was told he’d order me the decal and get it put on. Again, weeks later, I never received any call or email. I decided to call, but was never able to get a hold of the rep who helped me. I was told he’d give me a call when he’d get out of a meeting 3 separate times. But never received any sort of call. Note, that I called weeks apart each time.I called once again, was greeted by I believe the same manager as before. I was told they had my decal was in storage, but they had to find it because “the parts room is a mess right now” and was told I’d receive a phone call. I waited 4 weeks before calling again, this time; I was told they accidentally used it on another truck. This made me extremely frustrated because i had waited so long just for it to be used on someone else. Was told another one was on the way.I even learned that 2 friends of mine, who both have Z71 ‘s all had there’s put on BEFORE mine even after months of me waiting.I called one last time, was told I’d get a call once he ordered the decal, just to confirm, I called hours before the end of the day. But never received a confirmation. I called around 30 minutes to closing, just to make sure, and learned that he had gone home around an hour before close and my decal was never ordered.I went to the store that Monday, told him that it’s going on that week and left. I went to the store that Wednesday, and was told that it’s on its way to the store and would be there in 10 minutes. He then asked when I’d like for it to be put on, giving me the parameters of later that week, but I would be out of town later that week so he agreed to put it on that day.Once the part arrived, he came out to place it on my truck, without a ruler, and using his hand to measure, placed the decal on. (The hand measurement tool, isn’t a big deal, I have two myself). I went home happy. Until I got home. I noticed after all of the waiting, the decal was crooked. And clear paint protectors that are meant to protect from rocks on the lower portion of the bed were never placed on either (after I was told they’d go on as well)Not this again.I finally just went to another body shop, and paid them around $120 to replace the sticker (which they did around a day later) and put in the clear protectors.I assume my situation was 1 in a 1000. I was mainly upset that after almost a year of waiting, I was placed on the back burner, the sticker being crooked, and I wasn’t taken seriously (by far my biggest peeve)This review is not a reflection of the people who repaired the damage (who did an amazing job), and the quote was doable for the person who hit me’s insurance. (I didn’t want a large quote because I knew it was only an accident)I see the owner sees these reviews, and hopes he understands I’m no longer frustrated and I still recommend his shop

I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH CHAD JOHNSON, I WAS UPSET AND AGGRAVATED. AS HE WAS TALKING HE STARTED GETTING LOUD AND AGGRESSIVE WITH HIS TONE WHEN HE JUST HUNG UP ON ME. I CALLED THE COPORATE OFFICE AND IM WAITING ON A RETURN CALL NOW. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. MY ADVICE IS TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP TO HAVE ANY REPAIRS YOU MAY NEED.:(

I was skeptical at first because the insurance company picked the place and I went to the Anderson SC location. My 2016 Dodge Durango Limited was rear ended and the whole process was a lot more bearable with this company. They were up front with me from the beginning and gave me best and worst case scenarios for a finish date and it was delivered on time. As soon as they figured out exactly the extent of the damage, they made sure the part that was not available was ordered and it was actually on back order but they managed to get one in within a few days. THEY called ME every single day with an update, unlike the place our truck was taken to earlier in the year. It was difficult to reach that other business. Caliber was on top of communications. They even left a message when I was in a work meeting and couldnt take their call as well as emailed me that day too. The quality of the work I thought was fantastic. The paint matches up perfectly. The whole area looks like brand new as well as the whole vehicle in general. It was returned to me looking as if had just been detailed, cleaner than when I first bought it. Again, for our truck repaired at a different business I wont name, the paint doesnt match up so well. All of the staff that I spoke with was very friendly and very honest and professional. As I said I was skeptical because I had read many reviews and was focused on the few negative reviews. I dont understand those. Im not disbelieving that people can have different experiences but MY personal experience was just really wonderful. I would highly recommend this place and if I ever need a Collision service again, I will Definitely use Caliber Collision. They took a bad situation and made it so much more bearable. I really appreciate so much all of the time they took each day to communicate with me honestly and they even went out of their way to make me a happy customer. I discovered when I got almost home that my left front turn signal wasnt working and they had me bring the vehicle back and it turned out it was just a burned out light. Well, they replaced that in mere minutes, had the turn signal working and that was completely unrelated to my vehicle accident and at no cost to me. Custom Collision has done an excellent job for me on 2 vehicles in the past couple of years. I am not sure what the poor review is all about, but this place deserves the highest review possible. The repairs were done skill and efficiency. The service and professionalism from the personnel have been second to none. I highly recommend Custom Collision.
