We use Northern Waste for all of our properties. They are always able to be competitive on price and go above and beyond the normal scope of service. There have been multiple times they have surprised us by taking care of things before we even ask about it. Plus they are really easy to get ahold of if you need to speak to someone.

I typically stick with my supplier/ vendor/partners for ever. AK waste has been doing our removal for many years with minimal issues. I then received a added bill for the 2-3 yard dumpster being over the top (like 4 in a couple spots). We built our own dumpster and volume it is just under 2.5 yards. We were paying for 3 yards for each pick up. So for years I have been paying for 3 yards and getting 2.5 pulled and they charged me for the overage?? If we ever had a obstacle in the way of the dumpster because someone forgot they were coming they would just turn around and drive away. Not call and let us know or get out of the truck and ask someone to move a vehicle...just drive away. we would have to call and find out what happened. When I was approached by Northern Waste they gave me a quote far less then AK Waste. When I asked AK Waste about it they said they could reduce my bill. They could have done this long ago but apparently being a constant faithful customer does not count for anything. Seriously happy with Northern Waste and there ability to communicate like they appreciate the business and treat there customers like customers not something less.Great company and glad we made the change.

Ive used Northern Waste for almost a year now, and they have been awesome! They handle my residential, as well as, my jobsite disposal needs. They have a great staff, competitive prices, and hands-down the best looking trucks and equipment out there.

Northern Waste Is nothing short of amazing. Their rates are very mindful of the average joes financial situation, and they dont flip flop around and change rates, or have hidden fees which is our absolute favorite. We have our dumpster inside our locked gate so people cant just go dumping trash willie-nillie, and not only do they accommodate us for that; sometimes when were running late to open our business the driver actually sits and waits for us to haul the dumpster out!
