Blue Arctic residential curb side service is outstanding! Reliable, helpful and great customer service! The bear cans are really tough. Ours has been knocked over multiple times and bitten without failing.

We switched from Alaska Waste and could not be happier. The bear cans are much better but more importantly so is the CUSTOMER SERVICE! glad to be working with a locally owned company. We’ve never had an issue and when you do call, a real person is there.

Weve been using them for 3 years now and they have always been so nice and attentive. We have missed getting our trash out to the road a few times and they have come back to get it for us without any hassle. This morning we forgot again and as I came out to see if we missed them I saw that the driver of the trash truck had gotten out of the truck and got our trash can, rolled it out to the truck and made sure our trash was taken. SO kind of him.

These guys are truly fantastic! Aside from being a dead reliable service provider they have some of the best customer service in Alaska. Time and again my experience with Alaskan utilities providers has been subpar. Blue arctic waste is a significant departure from this experience and I am grateful for them.

A few times, I have forgotten to put my trash out and they have come back or accommodated an off day pick up for me! I switched to Blue Arctic from the big guy in town due to a series of issues with them.Why? My neighbor is one of their customers and I saw the difference in the care they took when servicing their home. If a can got knocked over when putting it back down, the driver got out to pick it up. If their can wouldnt shake empty, the driver would get out and make sure it was taken care of.These are relatively small effort things that made me believe Blue Arctic values their customers more than their competitor and take more pride in their work. So when I was tired of dealing with issues with another servicer, there was no question who Id take my business to.Had a small issue on my first pickup day that was rectified not only the same day but within an hour. Might have even been 30min. Amazing customer service!Speaking of customer service, you know what happens when you call Blue Arctic? A person answers. Every time. No more waiting on hold in the queue like with my last servicer.Give them a call to switch your service. They were able to drop my cans the same day my old servicer picked up my old ones, so I was never without a bin.TLDR: Blue Arctic values their customers and takes pride in their work more than the big guy in town.

I love these guys and girls. Very customer service oriented, and the drivers are so nice! Never switching to another company! They always pick up the first time I call and I never get put on hold for a crazy amount of time. So happy we get a choice now, and its awesome they are local too.

Blue Arctic is amazing! Seems foreign for a garbage company to make you feel special, but I would suggest the blue cans a million times. I hate to admit this, but we arent always the best at remembering to pull our cans down Monday night or Tuesday morning. The little Blue Arctic Fairies do the impossible and hike up the driveway to save us from the trash overflow that comes when you are forgetful on garbage day. I keep waiting for them to ring our doorbell to teach us a lesson, but they silently pick up our slack.This is the kind of local business you want to support! The BEST bear proof cans. We live on hillside with plenty of bear visitors. Who loves their local trash company ? We do. They go the extra mile(s) for us .
