Welcoming, professional, attentive -- all three employees I encountered today exemplified exactly what I have come to expext at AT&T, in person or on the phone. They listened, and clearly answered my questions. I needed a new SIM card, which was done quickly. Also, I needed information about one of the new products, and the answers I received helped me make an informed decision.
I got a new iPhone after using Android products for many years. When I first got the phone I left and thought I could figure it out on my own. I had a very hard time, so I went back to the store and asked for a tutorial on how to use my new iPhone. Riley and the team there were so helpful and patient. They taught me everything I needed to know and took the time to re-explain things to me again and again. I am older and have a hard time with new technology, but they never got frustrated or annoyed. They were completely helpful and kind. I wanted to post this review so they can be recognized for their great work! Thank you Riley and team!
Came in with mindset that I was going to not get great customer service; however, Assistant Store Manager(Angel Pleitez) was able to turn a frown upside down with me. I being a 3 year customer with AT&T haven’t had smooth interactions with average associates who helped me. Definitely would rate higher than the 5 star if I could! Angel demonstrated to me above and beyond attitude, disclosed proper information and answers all my questions with confidence. Coming from my own personal life working a highly customer driven job I saw myself in his shoes. I definitely see myself coming to him again and again for any future questions/ transactions! Thank you Angel for hard work I highly appreciate you!
The person who helped me was extremely pleasant and loved interacting with my baby throughout the interaction! Was very quick and efficient about what I needed and got me out as soon as possible (pleasantly and respectfully) when my baby got fussy! 🥰

We went in to look at IPhones and was assisted by Andres. This guy is amazing!! He was very patient with all of our questions. He was able to get us set us with exactly what we wanted and he saved us money! If I ever have a question in the future, I’m going to Andres!! Give this man a raise!!
A sales rep was helping us within a min or two of being there and no it wasn’t completely dead in the store. She answered all of our questions and didn’t make us feel stupid for asking or for the content of our questions. Very friendly and easy to talk to. We got everything we came in for: new phones, chargers, and screen protectors.
They have the best service of all locations I have visited. They are always helpful. You can tell they like their work and this promotes excellent customer service
My daughter and I went to this location earlier today. We stood at the front entrance for a minute or so and not one employee greeted us or told us theyd be with us shortly. We entered the store and a long haired male employee walked right past me twice with zero acknowledgement. Another customer who had been across the store on his phone was who he decided to pay attention to. My daughter and I stood at a table for about 10 minutes when another gentleman came in and stood in the entrance for a couple of minutes. Same treatment we had. Zero greeting and zero acknowledgement. However, a few minutes after he arrived, another lady did and she seemed to receive the 5 star treatment. Blonde haired employee stopped her service with another customer to greet her and long haired employee who had by now finished with his last customer walked right to her and started helping her. I said to the blonde girl that the black gentleman and myself (Alaska Native) had been waiting first and she gave no response. No other employee did either. That they chose to help the white girl is blatant discrimination and AT&T should train their employees better.
Im happy I went to get a phone from there. The customer service there was great.
I had a tentative appointment with Nicole and when I arrived she was taking care of customers so Anna Lise stepped in and checked in with Nicole and resolved in a timely fashion. And while we were waiting she help me with some technology questions with my Fitbit then gave me water because I was quite thirsty everyone was very courteous, friendly and on the ball.Becky M.

Best cell coverage. While on vacation in Michigan. My GCI cell had no service while on country back roads. My grandson had ATT so thankfully his Google maps worked so we didn’t get lost. I switch to ATT when I got home.

Shanone is a customer service employee at Tik. and due to the complexity of my account he physically came to the Dimond location where he worked with the staff and me there to figure out my issue. Got off from work and head straight down to this location. Driving there thinking I hope someone will help me ASAP when I get there and not get left sitting outside like the last time for someone to call my name for an hour. Got there and this super energetic employee was able to help me right away. Cody tupper-Wilson literally one of the most genuinely happy human Ive ever met. He got everything done and set for me so quick i left there happy. Cody deserves some pay time off. I was unaware the wrong phone line was insured. The cheaper iphone se was mistakenly insured and the new more expensive iphone 11 was not. The 11 broke we went to get it replaced with insurance and were told it was not insured. This is not what we wanted originally as the se is a cheap throw away for my son compared to the new 11 that was supposed to have the insurance. The at&t store basically said tuff luck after being a customer for nearly 2 decades.

I had an open trouble ticket on an MMS issues with the online support folks for over 6 weeks with no response. Decided to stop by the store last week while I was at the mall. Ryan was the greeter & after I explained my issue he helped me instead of asking me to wait for another rep inside. He was FANTASTIC & fixed my problem in a couple minutes, he made my day! Great service! I called this location on Thursday because I dropped my phone! I chatted with a friendly employee who discussed options with me on what would be best for my next phone. I came on Friday and waited hardly at all and was greeted by the same employee who I had just spoken to the other day! So cool! I didnt have to explain anything, he remembered me and immediately grabbed my new phone and sent me out the door. Jamil was so kind and personable. 1 - finally.The midtown AT&T store rep was where I was correctly serviced. The Dimond mall AT&T Rep didnt seem to know how things work and asked for assistance, which asking for assistance is good.Thankfully the midtown AT&T understood my situation and was able to retrace Dimond mall action to resolve issue after 2 hours.I will be hesitant to return to Dimond mall store.
Went in today to get help with my account and Gordon help me! I had the best experiences I’ve had yet with his help, not only did he help me with all my questions he also helped me add a product to my account! Customer service was great (much better than Tikahtnu). Not sure why I have to special order the screen, very inconvenient and annoying. Bottom line, do NOT get the AT&T brand of screen protectors. Spend a few extra dollars for the ZAGG brand.

We must have been taken care of by a new very inexperienced salesman. Terrible experience. Wanted to charge us a restocking fee for a phone we didnt even purchase yet. Took him 10 minutes to set up the sale & over an hour to cancel it.

I’ve signed in and have been waiting for over an hour. There have been a number of people called in to get help although they came to the store and signed in after me.
Horrible experience. We waited in line to buy 3 new phones. When it was our turn, we were told only one person could enter the store. (There were only 2 of us.) There were no signs stating this, so I just wasted 20 minutes of my life. Needless to say, I will never be back.
Customer service line is terrible. i waited 30 mins just to tell me that i need to go to body guard website for a replacement glass for my iphone 12. last month i waited an hour to get help with my iphone 12 because the guy in front forgot to put my name down on his ipad. two terrible experiences in a month. i should have just bought the protective glass on amazon 3 pack for 5 or 7 bucks and not to have to wait in line.

I was told that I can get my screen protector changed in store free of cost for a lifetime due to the brand I bought. Maybe the guy who told my mom and I that was new. Walked in today and tried to explain what the previous worker told me but I guess it’s incorrect. Michael helped me and gave me a new screen for free and was very accommodating. Which I was very grateful for!
The Store was the only place where my problem could be solved. We spent over 14 Hours I’m to fix a messed up from February from an Apple store that you do business with charged us for a phone we never received. There are multiple cases opened up in our name. And with the cases multiple times we were told it was solved but it never was. we went into the store Earl had me sit down 45 minutes later it was done. Phone we were being charged for it no longer on my account. The payments they had already taken out of my account were reversed. Earl relieved a massive amount of stress that day.I spoke with his manager about what a great job he did this posting is so maybe someone contractor account and find out all the people who did a horrible job fixing our account and get a process improvement.Thank you for your time

Great customer service from Jesse and Aaron in the Dimond Mall store. Switched over from GCI. The new IPhone XS is very nice and only $5 per month for 30 months. Looking forward to better coverage and phone service while driving outside the urban areas.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. From beginning to end. The only reason they got one star is it wouldn’t let me post it with a zero star rating. First sales guy we had decided that the store was his personal platform for telling me a story about a homeless guy stealing his bike and then hitting me up for donations for his cross country bike ride. After leaving the store, I couldn’t get into the online account so I came back for help, and was told that I had to call ATT customer service. On top of that, the new iPhone 11pro that we got as part of the new service plan didn’t work, and I was told that to get a replacement would cost a $55 restock fee and I needed to take it to the Apple store to have them figure it out. Meanwhile, the Apple store is closed down due to COVID. So I spent nearly 12 hours off my time trying to get a phone to work and access my online account, and apparently I’m still 48 hours from that happening. No accountability, no solutions, no more business. Happily going back to GCI with all of my future communications and internet needs.
