Wife took the vehicle in for an oil change earlier today. Later in the day, I noticed the gap between the hood and the headlight. Turns out the hood was bent with force to close it. Didnt have this issue or gaps before the oil change. Will be going in to the shop this morning to talk about this. Never going back to JL and will recommend others not to. Definitely check your vehicle before you pay for the service should you choose to use any quick lube shop.

Took a couple hours for me to be done. Was surprised about how good of a service they were, they opened all the doors for me, and got me coffee, a little pricey, but well worth with the service! Took a bit to pay, because they had to reboot the system, and they did forget about the military discount, but, they are letting me get half price for my next oil change for forgetting the military discount! Overall, great service, very enthusiastic about there work. Definitely will be going back there!!

Went in for an oil change and the guys were all very nice. It took an hour for me to get in and out which was a little longer than expected given there was only one person in front of me. Services are a little pricey, but overall I’m pleased.

The gentleman where so kind and helpful. They where quick and let my kids and I stay in the car, which makes life so much easier some times. I would definitely recommend going to this location for an oil change.

Theyre always nice to me. It was upsetting that they couldnt change my tires for me the last time I went though. One of my tires had a small flat area. So I understood it was their policy. He directed me to get a new one. But didnt to give me more information. That the tread has to be the same. So I bought a used one but couldnt use it, when I went back to do the change. I waited for a couple hours only to be told it was another policy. Let me say, it was a learning experience.

We just dropped in and got in line. They changed oil and filter. They also did there courtesy checks but I declined any topping off. The staff was friendly and happy. When we were done shopping at Costco the car was waiting to go. It was perfect. I will do this agian in 5k miles.

Wow. I was surprised by how nice and courteous everyone was here at Jiffy Lube today… great experience thus far! Was really happy they could take care of my Class C motorhome with zero issues. Complimentary coffee and water is icing on the cake.Speedy service with a smile… What more could I ask for?Would certainly return—and definitely recommend to others.

I normally get great service here, but I dropped my car off this morning and had a recently opened can of Vanilla Coke in the cup holder. Whoever worked on my car decided to pour it out in my cup holder and leave the can upside down floating in it. Won’t be back.

Finally I find a place with happy, hard-working, people who are competent and have the utmost customer service skills. They noticed something that I didnt know after I had my water pump replaced at a shop I used to use to the tune of about $1,000 they told me did I needed quite a bit of coolant. This saved me a major repair ahead of time and I did not take it well that the shop who had replaced my water pump on a car with a supercharged engine head failed to put in the fluid that I was charged for. I will return to these people. And they were good enough to tell me other services that I need and when I asked them if it could wait a week or two they answered my questions professionally and happilyI feel very good recommending them.A big thank you to everyone who helps service my car on May 13th

Jiffy Lube?! Not sure what’s Jiffy. Over an hour wait. This is by far THE slowest oil change place I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Pretty sure I could have drilled for oil, refined it, taken a long lunch brake, a small vacation, possibly rebuilt my engine in the time I could have done all that in less time than this oil change. First time and last time to Jiffy Lube, ever.

The customer service here and the quality of work is superb!! I will go out of my way to go to this jiffy lube specifically. Daniel is a phenomenal manager- has lot of potential! His crew is always professional and hardworking, you can tell that the guys take great pride in their work and customer satisfaction. I wish I could do more than this review and offering a solid THANK YOU. I refer all my friends to this location and they’re never disappointed.

Went in for an oil change today. Staff was friendly and had great customer service. They informed me about other services that were recommended based on mileage and time, but never pressured me to spend my money on any of them. Had a little bit of a wait time, but that was only because there were a number of people ahead of me. Once I was in there, they were very fast!

I needed a oil change and Jiffy Lube and their associate Ah-Yen was very professional. He had clear answers for all my questions and did not waste time. A nice guy and extroverted like you hope a mechanic is going to be.

I like the customer service I get from here everytime I go. They take car of my car and let me know what needs to be fixed. Always a good vibe from the workers. I dont mind the long wait as long as I know they welcome you everytime.

I ended up needing more done to my car than I expected when I pulled up because of the high mileage & due to the pandemic, I had missed some servicing. So I spent almost 4 hours waiting but everyone was so friendly & professional. Ah-Yen that checked me in & cashed me out is a customer service Rockstar- he treated every customer like they were Norm from Cheers. Doc, the manager, thanked me for my patience several times & gave me regular updates. The attitude of the workers was upbeat & positive & most importantly, my car was rolling like a cloud when I left thanks to Daniels hard work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everytime I go to Jiffy lube the staff are AWESOME ! They are always pleasant and friendly with a smile. They explain to you what they are about to do and why. They also let you know what you may need to get done under the hood to save the life of your car. Never been to a Jiffy Lube quite like this one. The professionalism, knowledgeable staff and the sheer kindness from them all makes me want to go back anytime in DONT need a tune up ! Awesome job guys ! Keep up the good work !

Just took my car in for an oil change and they were great! Due to covid you sit in your car instead of the lobby while they do it and they were quick! 😁 they checked all my fluids and wheels and lights also! 10/10 would recommend 👌

Just stopped by Jiffy Lube to get my tires swaped. There was two guys standing in the parking lot smoking but nobody can help me with my tires I guess they dont do tires anymore went next door to mides they took care of my Problem in 45 minutes. No more Jiffy Lube ever!!!!!

Just told me that the lift wasnt working My problem could have been solved with a floor jack to stop a slow leak in my tire and he refused to do the work he told me they would not have the lift fixed for a week I have worked as a Mechanic the tire machine was still working y turn away biasness i have been using them for 10 years guess thats over guess I will go next door to Midas.

They didnt fill the washer fluid and when it was brought to their attention they make you go back into the line. So now Im waiting about 45 minutes so far. Hopefully they filled the other fluids. Its not a case of you get what you pay for either their prices are the same as other places.

For just a simple oil change, everything was done in a quick and professional matter. The staff were very polite during the entire process and ensured everything was going smooth through the whole time I was there. Employees gave me several options that best fit for my vehicle and budget. Highly recommend

10/15/2020. I came to get my oil filter changed and I thought they were all very nice. They recommend high milage oil and that made the price slightly more expensive than advertised, but I like using it anyway. They automatically turned down the tire rotation since everyone is putting winter tires on. Super nice guys.

Took truck in for oil change and let them know that I was going camping. They suggested having my front and rear differential fluids checked and filled. Left to go camping pulling trailer. Truck began over heating. Then drive back home. Truck starts making noise from under the hood. Come to find out from a true mechanic my entire front differential is now needing to be completely replaced found with no plug and bone dry..

Jiffy Lube on Tudor is the only place Ill take my car. Theyre always nice and provide quality, quick service.

Today 6.23.2020 I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The crew was very knowledgeable and very nice. I thought I may have had a rock in my breaks and John was very nice to inspect them for me. He went the extra mile to take the dirt off the inside of my rims! I highly recommend this place to anyone. They are very trustworthy people!

Went in for an oil change today. Somehow they racked up to 100$ in charges for things I did not ask for. Gave me my bill and asked if I had any issues with the service. I just left. I specifically asked for only an oil change. Nothing else. Don’t go here if you don’t want to be charged for things you didn’t ask for. Or if you have anxiety and can’t stand up for yourself after being screwed over.

I had to get the oil changed in my rental car. I called before and they gave me helpful instructions. I think even with waiting with 2 cars ahead of me, I was out in under 40 minutes. Everyone was very nice. One guy even cleaned my windows while waiting. I will definitely go back.

The staff here are friendly, its pretty bust on a Saturday or Sunday so I would suggest making an appointment as there could be a wait if you drop in. Fairly priced but very accommodating, they even allow fundraisers on the premises for local clubs. Great place to have your vehicle checked out at!

This is my absolute FAVORITE vehicle serving place, all the employees are very friendly and hard working. They all make a great team, a lot of communication going on while they work and keep the customer in a great mood. I’ve been coming to the Debarr location for almost 2 years!! I HIGHLY recommend this location and company for all your vehicle servicing!! The lady that usually works in the lobby (I don’t remember her name) is super helpful and kind. OMG those guys were so on it I stayed in the car the whole time they checked on me asked me if I wanted water if I was comfortable while they did the oil change check the fluids did all the inspections that they were supposed to going in on a Saturday I thought it would be busy but it wasnt I give them double five stars Peter Edwin and especially the boss man were very polite

I took my new car here today for an oil change. The technicians here were very friendly and took care of me right away. My complaint was that they were very careless while changing the oil. I was sitting in the car as they were changing the oil and I saw the guy splattering oil all over my engine bay and windshield. This aggravated me as the car is new and I take good care of my vehicles. Completely unacceptable to splatter oil all over the place. I dont think I will be back as I would expect the technicians to be a little bit more professional than that.

The guys werent busy..so had a sign guy out on the street..soon as I pull in..they all yelled yay.. they swarmed my truck..in and out in 15 minutes.. was great

Got an oil change last week and they were extremely nice and efficient!

Don’t come here if you’re in a rush. Went here for a simple oil change and it took well over 2 hours. It wasn’t busy either. They said they’d call us whenever it was ready, but whenever my car was done, they parked it and didn’t call us.

This place is a RIP off 99 dollars for tire change over I would not recommend coming here for simple mount and balance when originally the price was 89 bucks any employee with a brain that does check in outside should have sizes down right off get go... the wait time is horrible and thats speaking of experience with tires and automotive industry next time get your prices right plain and simple not wishy washing prices...

I would give a negative score if it were possible. Last year came in at opening for a tire change left around 12:30p. About one week after first snow. This year, came in early, ton of people, and right after first snow. Didnt leave until almost closing time(5p). I swear they kept pushing me aside that I saw people come and go for over 4 hours. No communication what so ever..

Went in on a Tuesday afternoon to get my oil changed as I was pulling out of the bay my car stalled when they went to check it they said that everything was fine that there was just a sensor. It kept stalling so I took it back two more times they check the oil level said it looked fine and not to worry. A week later it got to be undrivable so I had to take it to a mechanic, come to find out either they didn’t change my filter or they put on an old filter.will never go back to this Jiffy Lube ever again!!

Jiffy lube has lost my business. I’ve been going there for the last year and everything was pretty normal. Until today, I was the first person to arrive extra early when they opened. Was checked in and on my way. Only needed a tire balance done on my raptor (oversized tires) which is a pretty quick process considering I don’t need a full tire change or rotation or anything just a balance. An hour and 45 minutes later my truck is finally done and the only thing I got was a half hearted sorry from the cashier with zero explanation why it took over 3x longer than it should have.

Great service! Got my vehicle in, few minutes later, vehicle out. Quick, simple and easy.

The person that checked me in was very polite and professional. Went to Costco to shop while Jiffy Lube was doing my oil change. When returning from Costco, Jiffy Lube employee helped load my vehicle and take my cart. Thank you for excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service, very friendly. They took out the old air filter, didnt put in a new one, and didnt realize their mistake until after I left. When I got home a few minutes later, they called to let me know. They offered to come to me to put it in but I was fairly close and headed that direction in an hour anyway so I swung by, they put it in, and refunded me the cost of the filter for their mistake and my inconvenience.

Called three times. Didn’t answer! Hung up on me the third time! Went in and no one at the desk for 15 minutes. They were standing around in the garage talking. One guy finally came out, ignored me. When I asked if he was helping people he looked at me and walked off! So I left. I’m not paying for bad or lack of customer service!

I love that they are open on Sunday mornings and right next to Costco. They are usually fast meet estimated timelines. My only issue is amount of energy and attention on upselling.

Weve been had, we got conned and scammed and the employees didnt even try. Would absolutely tell you to resist the urge to suggest Jiffy Lube to yourself.
