Best nail salon in Anchorage area. They are so patient and truly take their time on my nails. They ask several times if I like the look of my nails; shape, color, etc. Ive had gel polish last over a month without chipping or breaking. They really do a stand up job. Plus the ambiance of the salon is very welcoming, soft, and enjoyable. I recommend making an appointment although they do accept walk ins as well, it may be hard to be seen same day if you dont make an appointment.

What can I say about this salon except that they amazing! The ambience is relaxing and tranquil. A perfect escape to a busy day to get pampered! The services are excellent and the staff always goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and catered to in every way. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Best nail salon by far in Anchorage!

I have to say this might have been the longest and most detailed manicure Ive ever had! The lady was great! She spent so much time trimming my cuticles so they turned out perfect. I dont have long nails and sometimes feel like I get ripped off since there isnt a lot to work with, but she was meticulous. I also appreciated that she applied probably 5 coats of nail polish to make it nice and opaque. I will be back!

Everyone is so nice here and they do such fantastic manicures and pedicures! They always take great care of my friends and me. Come check out happy hour on weekdays for their specials. Highly recommend L a Nails over other salons in the area. They also provide other services but I will definitely be a repeat customer

Best pedicure I have had in months!! I was in town on business. I live in Baltimore and cant find any place for a decent pedicure! Treat yourself and go here!! I feel totally pampered and my toes are very happy!!

Super nice nail technicians as well as clean interior. It might be a little hard to find, as the sign isnt clearly visible from the street--but definitely stop by if youre in the neighborhood. Great service and reasonable price.

Looked this place up on Google and it definitely deserves all the stars. I was a bit confused on the terminology of the nail procedure I wanted done but technician worked it out with me just fine. She was super open to trying out something different with my nails and did an amazing job.

Very clean and cute. Great music and great massage chairs. Reasonable prices. The nail tech I had is very good as well. You can also book your appointments well in advance. Bottom line - my new favorite place!

Stumbled upon this place while I was in the area with no intent on doing my nails but I am totally glad I did! This place is clean and the staff is very very nice (and they speak great english). The best part was technician did my nails exactly how I wanted it. Even went as far as helping me pick the perfect color. I feel like they actually care about the work they do and not just getting you in and out. I definitely found a new go to spot. They are a little hidden but super easy to get to and definitely worth it!

This is my go to nail salon! Ive been to several trying to find that right one being that I live so far away. Today I got there before they opened, the manager/owner Im not sure greeted me at the door and let me in. I appreciate that. The service has always been great here and the service is superb.

This is by far, the best nail salon Ive been to in Anchorage. I dont have experience with many of the nail technicians but technician was amazing. I have been coming here for the last few months and every time she does amazing!

The best nail place ever. Everything is great. They are always on time and if they are not they call and let you know. When I initially went to L a Nails, my nails were destroyed from another salon and after a few months my nails looks fabulous. I get regular manicures and they last for two weeks and even then people swear I have gel nails because my nails looks so fabulous. The price is also very reasonable compared to other salons.

If youre looking for a salon that wont drill your nails to death this is it! This place is fantastic everyone is curious, professional salon is beautiful and relaxing.I will definitely be telling everyone I know about this place

This place is the best in Anchorage. My gel polish never lifts off, even after 3 weeks. (I shouldnt let them go that long, but, life). I recommend them, theyre clean and friendly!

Bad customer service, the caller who’s a guy does not know how to answer phone lines in a polite way. They speak their own language in front of the customers, clearly they are talking bad about the customers, they complain & aren’t happy at all times when assisting black people. Highly rude and unprofessional service. Do not waste your money on this place.

I have been here twice already and I absolutely love it! They are so great at what they do. Super friendly and know exactly what I liked.

After spending over $200 including the tip, the only thing I was impressed with were the massage chairs my wife and I got to sit in during our pedicures. Will not recommend this shop to anyone and am surprised that they are still in business. If I was able I would give this place negative stars. I would like to think that ANY shop is better then this one.

Yesterday, I went here for Gel manicure and came out 30 minutes later a contented customer and served me very thoughtful. My gel nails still look good after 2 weeks. Sterile tools. Ill recommend the salon to my friends.

Came in yesterday and the lady who did my nails filed my real nails down so far she reached the soft part in my nails. After I asked her my nails r thin don’t file to much and half the time she wasn’t even looking at my nails she was watching tv. I’ve had my nails done a few times but I’ve never been in this much pain through this experience. She didn’t do a good job as some were crocked and she was to busy watching th she didn’t even notice she put gel polish instead of regular polish like I asked. Everyone else was pleasant but I will not be letting her touch my nails ever again

I checked this place out last Saturday because its been 2 years since Ive pampered myself. Yeah. Intense. Anyway, I chose this place because it was close to my gym and this place has the best reviews around where I live. I waited maybe 10 minutes to get seated. After I sat down, more customers came in so I got there at the perfect time. The service is amazing. The two ladies and gentleman who did my mani/pedi/eyebrows were so attentive and nice. The price is also the best Ive seen. Im impressed with the price as well as the service. I will definitely be back.

My wedding is in 2 weeks, so I went to get some white tip full set done here. So I can get a full right before my wedding and I am very disappointed. My left thumb has a piece of lint and 2 specs you can see in the acrylic. My right thumb has some pink spot on the base of my thumb. All my nails are full of a million bubbles. The acrylic is super thick. I had to ask them to thin a couple fingers that were way to thick. The lady seemed annoyed after fixing the 2, so I didnt ask her to thin the rest of my nails.

Best nail place Ive been to in the neighborhood! Really enjoyed speaking with the owner while I got my mani/pedi. The receptionist was incredibly helpful with deciding colors and generally brought really great vibes. Pretty space, great staff, incredible service, fantastic mani/pedi and so well priced for all of this. I will be back often!

Absolutely worth going to coming. First time I came I brought my boyfriend to do a cute little date, he actually enjoyed doing a mani and pedi with me lol. I did a whole lot of research/ asking friends and family for suggestions for a good nail salon to give him a good first experience. The prices werent bad either! The owner takes the time do exceeding work and she tries to remember every customers name, even if they dont regularly go to her specifically. Just finished my second appointment here and Im totally in love with my nails! I would recommend scheduling an appointment, they get pretty busy especially on the weekends. You might not get the best experience if you just walk in.

Had a good experience here. They filed my nails perfectly and i was very satisfied. The chairs are soooooo comfortable. So I will definitely return there and my friends will too.

Went with my husband to get our yearly Manicures and Pedicures, trying out different shops. The lady that did our nails was very judgmental about our choices and she did not do a very good job on either of us. We will not be returning. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Went in for a pedicure and a full gel set I waited for 30 minutes before anyone spoke to me the basic pedicure took 1 hr and 30minutes most of this time was me being left sitting because the phone rang or someone needing to pay then when someone came in wanting they’re brows waxed I was left again but this time with hot towels on my legs which I’ll admit felt good at first but by the time the nail tech came back to me the towels were ice cold and I was sitting there shivering moving forward to the full set I asked for gel she decided to do a dipping gel she said she wanted to do something different for me well the very next day as I am dusting my dashboard my nail breaks I didn’t bang or bump it on anything I honestly didn’t even notice right away so I rush in before work and she fixes it she first tried to use a plastic nail tip and when that didn’t work she used the Dremel to get the broken nail off she filed it down so deep it was hot and sore and my cuticle is still swollen when I flinched from pain at one point she sighed and seemed annoyed with me moving forward the nail was fixed and I went to work as soon as I got there putting on my shoe the same nail broke again. I called and asked for a refund but she refused saying she would take them all off and do the regular gel (the one I originally asked for!) but truthfully I am terrified to let them work on my hands again.

I have gone here several times now for manis and it was superb. The shop has a huge selection of polish. I will be telling others about it as well. Cant sing it praises enough.
