I searched online for a carpet cleaning business. I was impressed with Power Clean Carpet Cleaning website information. I called and talked with a person who informed me Warren and Sons are receiving the calls and business for Power Clean Carpet Cleaning.I requested an appointment. I received a date but could not receive a scheduled time. I was informed someone would call me on the appointment date and approximately 30 minutes prior to appearing at our home. I did not like the scheduling process but agreed to it. I wanted a scheduled time. Later, I called and requested a morning cleaning opposed to an afternoon cleaning. I was told it would be annotated.On the day of my scheduled cleaning, Aaron called and a time was scheduled. He arrived 5 minutes early which was absolutely wonderful. He arrived wearing a mask, which was absolutely wonderful. He introduced himself. I asked him to explain in detail the cleaning process he would use on our carpet. He explained it well. He looked at the carpet in each room. He also verified the cost, including the 10% discount prior to beginning the work. He brought in his cleaning equipment which included wall protectors to prevent damage to our walls from his hoses and cords. I asked Aaron if I would notice a difference after he finished. He said, “I doubt it because the carpet looks clean.” I knew that and truly appreciated hearing him acknowledge it. Even though our carpet was clean, I believe he did a thorough cleaning job. His communication was professional and I will use this business again. Thank you Aaron for a great job. This final information is out of Aaron’s control... the payment process. The business accepts credit card payment but Aaron had to call and give the credit card information to another person. With fraud and scams being what they are and with me being responsible for safeguarding my credit card, I really don’t know where he called or to whom he gave my credit card number, expiration date and CVC to over the phone.

I had Warren & Son come and clean the carpet in my apartment upon moving out. They did an amazing job. Id been in the apartment for three years and there was slight traffic wear and a couple of spots that Id been unable to get up myself. Juwann was waiting patiently outside my building when I arrived and got right to work. He asked questions about any areas I felt he needed to concentrate on. Its a small apartment so he was done quickly but he did a very thorough job and Im very happy with the results. Juwann has a friendly demeanor and is professional and easy to work with. I also spoke with Deb at the office a couple of times and all my questions were answered quickly and efficiently. The price is competitive and the work ethic I encountered is excellent. Tony from Warren and Son came out at 4am to clean up after a heating pipe busted in my house. He arrived quickly and got right to it, and did an amazing job as well! He did it fast enough to prevent any further damages awhile still being sure to do quality work. The upstairs carpets in our rental were (are) bad; I’m talking matted, stained, wrinkling, and smelled like stinky dog. (If this were our home, we would have ripped out the carpet immediately!) We asked our rental management about carpet cleaning and received the name Warren & Sons.When we found time to schedule an appointment, Warren & Sons could come out within days. We scheduled just the living room cleaning since that was the biggest priority and worst room. The company gave us a heads up to find a UV blacklight since I mentioned all the pet issues left behind by the previous tenant(s). OH, GOOD LORD! The carpet lit up like a Christmas tree. Every few inches, pet stains, and Lord knows what else was glowing.Keegan arrived on appointment day to do the job. He had his work cut out for him! The enzyme cleaner needed for all the pet stains doubled the original quoted cost to have the carpet cleaned. It wasn’t great news, but we weren’t all that surprised, and it was absolutely necessary. Keegan was professional, kind, informative, and thorough.We did experience some large wicking spots as the carpet dried. I called the company, and Keegan came back to fix it free of charge, and boy, were we thankful, appreciative, and relieved! He was able to lift 98% of the large visible spot that had surfaced. There are still tons of areas that glow under the UV black light even after the cleaning, but Keegan explained this happens, especially if stains are left for long periods. We have no idea what went down before moving in or how long some of these pet stains have been here. There was an improvement because the carpet doesn’t stink anymore, but it truly needs replacing. End of story.We will be making a future appointment to address the master bedroom carpet. We were satisfied with our first experience with Warren & Sons, and I have already seconded a recommendation for them in a Facebook group for the area.

We had a huge sewage disaster from a main line sewer backup that flooded our finished basement, which houses thousands of dollars worth of our possessions. They helped mitigate the disaster and pretty much kept it from being a complete loss, and then spent literally days cleaning it up, and then coming back and recleaning and steam cleaning and sterilizing everything to make it safe for us and our baby. They did a really phenomenal job, and their professionalism and service were top-notch. They really fought to save our house and we are very grateful. We only have our lives back up and running again thanks to Warren and Son.

I left a review a couple of weeks ago about how great of a job Kenny and Warren and Sons did with replacing some of our carpets and the amazing service they provided. However I wanted to take the time and leave another 5 star review saying how much of a fantastic job Tony did. We recently had to replace some carpet in our hallway due to one of our bathrooms flooding. Tony came out the very next morning and the work he did was incredible. The carpet replacement was done seamless to the point you can’t even tell that we had a piece of our carpet replaced. I really appreciated how Tony took the time to make sure everything was done to perfection and made sure the job was done right. In my experience Warren & Sons is the best in town! Deb is always so quick to get my scheduled carpet cleaning with in the next couple days! When ever I need an emergency clean for a quick turn-over she is always on top of it.I have to hand it to Arran! When ever he comes out he is super friendly and professional. He is quick to determine if we need a standard clean or a gold treatment. He never complains or push back when we ask him if its okay to make it a gold treatment. He spends the right amount of time to clean our carpets and makes sure the carpet are not left soaking wet... he always helps us by turning on the heat if it is not during the winter months. And he makes sure to turn off all the light and lock the doors behind him!

The woman was rude on the phone.She talked up their “urine treatment” over the phone which is what I was after as our tenants had dogs. They did a black light service, then the tech mentioned forgetting something at a previous place. They did NOTHING to a two spots we had in the carpet. We Paid an extra charge for this addition service, then never got the service. They said carpets would be dry in 4 hours,,after 24hrs with the heat to 75 the carpets were still absolutely DAMP!Called to try and make it right, left a message and never got a call back, so my husband called. As soon as he said our last name the woman hung up on him.Do not recommend this company.

I originally contacted Warren & Son for a minor carpet repair and cleaning. After discussion of the prices via email I asked to go ahead and schedule the cleaning AND the repair. The lady told me the available days and times and I confirmed Wednesday the 8th. Wednesday comes and the tech shows up only for me to find out hes only doing the repair. Learning this I call in to ask when the cleaning is going to happen only to find out they hadnt even scheduled the cleaning! So not a big deal, I schedule the cleaning for Friday and she tells me she has to find my paperwork later because her desk is a mess but they will arrive from 11-12 and call me a half hour prior. I got to the house at 10 AM on Friday in the event they would be early. Well 11 came and went, so did 12 and nobody showed up or even called. I called their office at 1230 after waiting a little longer only to have my call go to voicemail as they take lunch from 12-1pm. I left a voicemail asking for an update and if anyone is coming, and nobody has called me back since. Completely wasted my time and couldnt even follow through and get back to me Im sure my appointment got lost in the mix. This is not a way to run a business and I highly recommend finding another company lest your valuable time be wasted.
