Our luggage was late getting into Anchorage Ted Stevens International airport and had to be delivered to us later. We told them they could deliver it to my wifes work as it was closer and eaiser to find the our home address and the could do it any day during the week. We received a call on Sunday morning that our bags had arrived and they could deliver them today around 6 p.m. around 11:30 I received a text that they were leaving with our luggage. They arrived approximately 1 hour later. The delivery driver was great. Brought the luggage right to our door, was very polite and just a great person. Fantastic customer service. Thanks for the prompt service, you guys are GREAT 👍

We used BAC Transportation during our recent visit to Alaska, on three separate occasions. For two days we had a private driver for the entire day, and the third was a two hour transfer. All three situations were amazing, from the staff who answered to the phones to the drivers themselves. For the two full days our driver was Sylvester, and he went above and beyond to make our journey enjoyable, and was accommodating to our needs. He was much more than a driver, as he made many scenic stops along with way. For the 2 hour transfer we had Barbara, who was equally as amazing, and made a stop along where we took a photo we will be using for our Holiday card. I would highly recommend BAC for any transportation needs throughout Alaska. They took a lot of the stress off, and made our family vacation more memorable by being part of it.

What can i say about BAC Limo and Transport Services, other than the best service we have ever received,from literally picking us up at the airplane door and escort us to the limo waiting for us on the tarmac of the Ak international airport, nobody at any airport in the US does that.We traveled to AK to get married and they made it so much more special for us with all of our travels during our stay.I will highly recommend to anyone who travels to AK,thank you Charlie and the wonderful team that made our stay so much more special.The Medinas.

They provided car service from the airport to our front door. It was so nice taking the side door off the plane onto the tarmac into a private car! Very clean and polite! Fast. I would recommend them to all.

The driver was waiting for me outside baggage claim.First time to Alaska and not able to rent a car so staying in one area, while I’m here.From my research they were by far the best reviews and the best to talk to over the phone.When I got here I did not want any sort of hassle finding transportation to Girdwood or booking someone that was going to be late or not show up.While it was expensive, the peace of mind of getting to my destination and then drivers knowledge of the area and overall communication was great.Thank you

Four stars for the nice large van they picked us up in along with a very professional driver. Would have given five stars but they were 10 minutes late for our pickup which made us arrive late for the check in time for the trainFor the price we paid (they had to charge us for an hour since this wasnt a standard hotel to airport transfer but instead a 15 minute drive to the train station) we expected an on time pickup.

Private tour to places we chose to visit. Also suggested ideas.Even helped us do something that, since we had no rental car, we took the opportunity to pick up some groceries! Very helpful and professional for myself, wife and son.

Alaska Airlines misplaced my suitcase. BAC delivered it a day later, and arrived right when they estimated they would when they telephoned me.

My sister rented the H2 limo for her 12th birthday. Her and her friends had a blast! Driver drove safe and was very friendly, even with a bunch of screaming girls. The 4 star review is for the delivery of my medical bedside toilet arriving home only. This is not for the departure and arrival of any luggage when I got to Taiwan and nothing showed up. I am still waiting for a response from the airline about that and being reimbursed for the cost of having to call the lost baggage number I was charged for every time that I had to call. This was a trip of a lifetime for my husband and I. Having BAC Transportation welcome us to Alaska and BAC wish us farewell was nothing short of perfect. Charlie and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Not only with our transportation arrangements but they also help set up all of our excursions for the week which were first class just like BAC! BAC limousine is always on time and has fantastic customer service. Their drivers are courteous and diligent.

If I could give these people less than one star I would. Spent over 3 hours trying to secure vehicle for my wedding day which is supposed to be the most special day of our life. Deborah who answered the phone initially, while was trying to be helpful, unfortunately had either just started working there or had zero training. With every question she had to put me on hold and go ask someone else for the answers and get back to me. Finally she sent me a quote and when I call to give my credit card information (of course it goes without saying, I was put on hold yet again) she comes back and tells me the vehicle is already rented to someone else. I asked to speak to the manager. Another gentleman gets on the phone and explains to me the vehicle is not available and says he get me a bus. Reluctantly with no other choice I agreed to go with it only to find out they were going to charge me close to $240 more for the bus. I explained to him I dont think it is right and the least they can do is honor the price they quoted me for the first vehicle. At that point he explains that he doesnt have the authority to lower the price and needs to ask his supervisor. He puts me on hold for over 10 minutes. After coming back online, first words out of his mouth are oh I thought you hung up the phone already. After putting me on hold AGAIN, a third person comes on the line and introduces himself as the manager and tells me the vehicle was never available to begin with and Deborah should have never quoted me in the first place. So because of this mistake he said he was willing to give me $15/hour off. Forgive me but somehow I dont think thats doing me a favor. After spending hours trying to arrange transportation it was all just a big waste of time. Do your self a favor and find a different vendor. You go with these guys and your special day will be a big disappointment!

We booked a van to pick us up for a morning flight. I called the night before to confirm the pick up and they told me that they would not be picking us up bc they canceled night pick ups. I inquired with this gentleman when were they going to inform us that they were not going to pick us up and he said nothing. I asked for my money back and he said that i would have to call in the morning. I called the next day and spoke to Courtney who said she is not authorized to give me a refund. I asked when that person would be in and she said later today. I called later that day and still no manager. I have been calling and waiting for the past 2 weeks for someone to call and or be in the office that could provide a refund with no luck. I would not use this company again and I would not recommend this company!!

This is the company that brought me my luggage that was lost at the airport. They were fast, easy, communicated their delivery status and were friendly when dropping my things off to me.

Poor customer service. Everytime I have called the gal who answers talks and acts like she is high. Asking questions and having a conversation.. then pause.. then repeats the question like she never got an answer.. very odd. They quote way to high for their services. Charge from the time they leave their shop till they get back to it, which some limo places do, but their shop must be far out. I will stick to the other limo or even taxi services around town.

Horrible company! Bad customer service! Charged extra time for no reason. Charged credit card with no authorization. Do not reserve! Beware, very shady and dishonest, money hungry company that do not value customers.
