Waste of my time and money. I understand that not everything can be fixed. But not only did they not fix the function of my CD player that wasnt working, when I got it back, after weeks, none of the other functions were working either... its completely wasted my money, time, and now my device is completely useless. Also, their interactions during covid were not professional, and standoffish. I understand the need for a change in protocol to keep people safe, but it doesnt mean you have to lose all customer service etiquette.

These guys are top notch! Thanks so much for fixing my dryer. I was considering throwing it out and buying a new one, but Ken offered to diagnosis if first for a very reasonable fee. All said and done? The diagnosis and fix cost 5x less than replacement. Th labor was very reasonable and the parts came in quickly. I was hoping only out for a week and it was back in my rental unit. I appreciate the precautions they are taking with COVID. Even though they aren’t making house calls, don’t hesitate to take your appliance into the shop. Very impressed!

Ken repaired our LG front loading washing machine. After getting info from me he was confident that he knew what the problem was and could fix it. He had to take the top and front off to access a connection to the thermistor and he did not take long to complete his work. We had a load of laundry going before he left and the problem was resolved. My wife and I were happy with his work and the price was very reasonable. A job well done and great service!

Kens Electronic Services came recommended by the corporate Samsung repair department after I first followed Corporates advice for a possible fix to the irritating loud noise coming from the appliance. It didnt resolve the problem so I called Kens and they came out, diagnosed the problem and initiated a suggested fix. The noise came back but wasnt sounding when Ken or Chris were on site. They stuck with it and discovered it was the fan for the ice maker making the noise. The ice maker had been turned off since forever but its fan continued to run. Happy customer!

Rather than provide a service for a small job you get abruptly told to buy your own tools and fix it yourself, zero explanation at any point. Ken also has very weak customer service skills. Do not waste your time with this joke electronics repair shop and take your business elsewhere.

Brought my very expensive flat screen in that would not stay on, thought I would have to replace it. Ken’s fixed it in about a week and for a great price. Couldn’t be happier!

Ken is definitely not a people person he is very condescending and has poor manners. Hes been sent to me twice under warranty and made a 3rd appearance when the parthe ordered arrived. After his first visit I was sent someone else to plug in wires that he neglected to do. On his 2nd visit he came in shoes on inside and wasnt the least bit conscious of the rucked he was making. He said he was going to order parts and be right back then vanished. This 3rdvisit when he returned with parts he ripped the fuzzy protective foot off the bottom of my washer and pushed my washer/dryer too far into the wall. He also clumsily knocked my toilet loose and didnt tell me. Its small quarters but you would think he could show some integrity. He is now claiming my problem is the outlet and requesting I get an electrician out here and ONCE AGAIN talked condescendingly to me assuming I know nothing about electricity. The 2 other times he talked down to me were snippy comments asking if I read my manual. YES I DID and you were wrong Ken I CAN PUT JEANS AND A SHIRT IN AT THE SAME TIME.

Forget the other reviews. Bunch of millenials complaining the world hasnt been served to them on a silver platter. Ken showed up off hours for my dryer repair, exained the dangers of washers and dryers to a home if not maintained properly.Kens follow up visit to replace parts once again came after hours for him, and his labor and parts costs were extremely reasonable. Ken is an honest repairman, I have never had any customer service problems with him.Figuring anyone who had customer service problems were an entitled problem customer.
