Weve been getting some indoor air issues, dusty air, etc. With the hunker down order, Id been researching how to get cleaner air - basically, the best thing to do is get a quality vacuum.Found Bells Vacuums and cant believe Id been driving right by it for so long. Its waaaay more than Oreck inside.Spoke with them at length about vacuums and features, engines, suction power, filtration, it was a great conversation and I ended up buying a vacuum.Vacuumed the entire house, and I can actually smell the difference in the home. Its amazing.Recommend that you ask them about bagged vacuums, a bag will always capture more dust and dirt than a bagless.They keep my warranty info in the store and I would work through them for warranty service. Great place to shop.

Wonderful place, hard to get to tho

What a wonderful experience. I went in, told the amazing staff what I was looking for, and he immediately pulled 3 vacuums that were best suited for my business needs. They told me the pros and cons of all three so I can make an educated decision. I will definitely recommend them time and time again

The Bells have been very pleasant to deal with over the years. I most appreciate them covering under warranty a casing that broke. I love how they do the annual tuneup. I use my vacuum nearly every day and love having a good vacuum in top shape.

I have purchased three vacuum cleaners and maybe 5 air cleaners from Bells. There service is great and the brands they sell are reliable. Just upgraded and bought our first Miele. Never thought they could make a vacuum that is actually intuitive but they did!

We went to Bells today and had the most amazing help from Monte. We were needing new filters for our vacuum and had some other questions. He was so helpful and kind, and we were done in a matter of minutes, thanks to his expertise! We will definitely return! THANK you so much!

Been here tons of times, they’ve fixed my vacuums, help me decide on the right buy, etc. small family owned shop does free estimates. They were kind enough to throw away my vacuum FOR FREE, after the FREE APPRAISAL, for my issue. I kinda assumed it was unfixable in the first place, but turns out they COULD fix it, just downside replacement parts made it not cost effective.They were very kind and professional, as usual, and I will continue use them for these reasons.THANK YOU BELL FAMILY!

I always though Oreck vacuums were good vacuums. I bought the basic model at the Oreck store in Anchorage. It cost me $249. After only one years use, I had to replace the roller which cost about $45. Even though I was told that the vacuum came with a 6 year warranty, of course the roller was not covered. I have had to replace the belt 3 times. I am very disappointed. My vacuum before this was a Hoover. It lasted 14 or 15 years with almost no problems.

Took non working Sears Cannister Vacuum in on Monday...got A text it was ready on Wed for $49. Over the top service and friendly folks.
