I purchased my windows at the height of the pandemic. Yes, windows were delayed, but very pleased with the results. The installation workers were prompt and efficient.

The service and commitment from this company is zero. I’ve been waiting six weeks for windows to be installed. Called today to get a status update I was told it will be at least another two weeks. They tell you one thing when ordering. When Peter came to measure he said they were running about two to three weeks out. I’m now looking at eight weeks and I’m not confident of that estimate. Avid this company at all costs!

Worst customer service. Extremely discriminative employees who didn’t believe i could be a homeowner in newport beach. Used inappropriate language. I cancelled my appointment and still was being harassed by others in the office, they seem desperate. POC do not come here! You will get treated exactly how i was.

I always heard of CDW on the TV. The famous words we will not break even a potato chip. I went to a home trade show. I approached the vendor CDW and the sales person gave me a demo and mentioned potato chips. I knew I was at the right place. Made the appointment and rest is history. Long story short, today we had our French door and window installed. From the the first visit to the install. Every thing was perfect. I will be replacing some more windows in the future. This is the only place I will deal with. Exceptional staff members and I Highly recommend them.

This review is specific to Pete Stone and our consultation with him. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, made the appt easy, and showed us the product up front which my husband and I appreciated. He didnt scrimp on the window quality after we told him what the budget needed to be. Instead, he worked with us and made sure we got the best quality windows on the market. Cant wait to get the process started and have the new windows installed!

If i could give a negative review I would. absolutely the worst customer service. Almost 1 year after install and I still have scratched windows. The costumer service department has made me waste hours and hours of calling them to schedule one after another appt because they cant seem to get their S*** together. Do not use this company you will regret it.

Absolute worst company to deal with, dont be deceived by their advertisements all over their installations are botched and management is a nightmare

Windows are windows but the service is horrible. Never expect them to be on time. Expect excuses and delays. Service gets worse every time I have to deal with them.
