The first time I made a purchase from Anaheim Glass I spoke with Buzz over the phone to place my order as well as in person when I arrived to pick up my order.. He was amazing! Very professional and very helpful. Due to the experience I went back to Anaheim Glass to purchase another piece of glass. The gentleman that helped me was extremely rude! Later I realized that what I had ordered was not what I payed for. I looked up another glass company on Google maps and found Orange County Glass on State College. I spoke with Michael and explained what had happened with Anaheim Glass. It was after hours by this time but he fixed the issue. I recommend Orange County Glass. If your looking for professional work and service!

Anaheim Glass was fantastic in helping me get a window fixed! I called in and the staff (Tim) was so helpful in getting me a quote, and went as far as to find ways for me to save money on the service. They got me a quick appointment for the repair at far cheaper than anywhere else in the area!Julio came to my house to do the repair well within the time frame that they gave me, and he was friendly and very helpful with my (very old) wooden frame windows. He had to pry it out and everything, but was very kind and quick with his service! He went above and beyond with helping me get a window that was painted shut unstuck as well. I would 100% recommend anyone looking to get a window repair to call Anaheim glass!

These guys are awesome! I live in south Louisiana and my car is in south California. They ordered the glass for me and set up a time to have windshield replaced. There were no problems with anything and made the process smooth as ever. These guys are true professionals and I would recommend them to anyone in that area.

I’ve been waiting for 5 weeks for a glass door. The first door arrived and it was to wring size. Then the glass was supposedly in. I was scheduled for an appointment. The same day I was told no the door wasn’t in. I have to wait ANOTHER 10 days. Add insult to injury, when I called to straighten out the confusion someone at the store was very unprofessional and rude.

Danny was great to work with. Very polite and accommodating. He also has his boy working there and he is quite pleasant on the phone.

The reason I choose this business in particular was because they were so polite every time I called. Professional, respectful and very quick and sufficient how they handled my request. Anaheim Glass is great! They replaced a window in our home that had been leaking. Even with the heavy rain weve had lately, no leaks! They were reasonable, professional, and dependable. Weve had them replace our auto windshields too, and every job has been remarkable! We wouldnt use anyone else!

Excellent!! We had a glass broken on an old pane window. Tony came out within 30 mins of calling. He was courteous, clean and speedy. Solved our problem and exceeded expectations.

Stopped in and spoke with Buzz about purchasing and installing a shower door. He was very helpful and price was reasonable.

This is the worst store among those I have contacted to quote the price.I talked to a guy name Buzz and I asked him for quotation for Glass top of Dining table. He sent me an email saying I have to do the pattern of the Dining table, if he does it, it will be another $125. I called him today to set up appointment, he said it will be next week and asked me if I will pick up the glass when it is ready. He told me if he delivers it, there will be another $150 delivery charge. Other stores I contacted, price they quoted me included the delivery. This store is ripoff place and they increase price once they know you want to do it. It is a common sense that they should deliver so we know if it fits to the table before we pay. If I could, I wouldnt even give them one star.

I liked the way Julio came and installed the new window, no mess, and didnt take a long time, good service.

Gave me a price to fix a broken window just the glass like 200$, when the guy showed up he was like thats a 500 $ repair, but I could do it as a side job for 300$, if u dont go through the company
