Here is why Im giving them this low rating, it was indeed great location to Disneyland, however we were on 1st floor and whoever was right above us comes in around 12:20am and I have no idea what the heck they did but, all they do is walk around all night and the floor squicks and wakes me up, I swear they never sit down. Maybe they live up there or something. Here it is 1:08am and they came in at 12:21am and they are still moving around. Go to bed please...
I would recommend this place to anybody nice rooms. The staff is friendly and very home like atmosphere.
First thing, no complaints for the staff, house keeping service, nor or the valet parking people. All were courteous and quick. The hotel as a whole may use some updating. The carpets in the hall and rooms reminded me of Days Inn. There was no air circulation in the bathroom, and the shower head had no water pressure. There were also a lack of wall plugs surrounding the beds or sofa bed in the room.Being Wyndham VIP, I will not be staying here again.
Peacock suits was nice. The pool area was very cute. I had no issues. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Even when I was doing my laundry in the guest area and the machine ate my coins, I want to the front desk, explained the situation, got my coins back from the front desk and they sent someone from maintenance up to fix the machine very quickly. I enjoyed my stay. Only thing, I wish is in the one bedrooms that there was more than 2 sets of all the utensils, plates etc.
I can’t understand why this resort it’s 5 stars! All the staff were so friendly and happy all day every day!! We had a great stay and would come again. Very good location! Valet service was fast!
There is no washer and dryer in the room like other Wyndham owner properties. The laundromat on-site is not included in the hotel fee. The laundromat hours are the same as Disney, so theres no good time to do laundry. They STILL have not returned my safety deposit from a month ago, but they had no problem charging me to park. Do not go here. The automated reply is not going to give me my money back.
I stayed here twice and its always in good shape. Rooms are clean spacious and comfortable. Everybodys friendly and welcoming. Definitely havent stayed any place better in this area.
Nice place with ridiculous fear of the COVID-19. You must sign a policy that states if you get caught not wearing a mask, you must pay a big fine. Valet parking is required. No smoking anywhere on premises. The small outdoor pool is covered with a roof, so no sun bathing there. However, there is a sun deck on the roof.
Great amenities and location. Walking distance to Disney and Gardenwalk for shopping. Absolutely loved the sun deck and pool. The concierge wasnt as knowledgeable as we would have liked but the front desk girls made up for it. The were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.
I’ve stayed here for my last three visits to Disneyland, it’s about a 20 minute walk to get to the parks if you take Disney way. There is a nearby 7-Eleven. And I just discovered that there is a Starbucks pretty close if you go into the Worldmark hotel.
Pros: close to Disneyland and they have a shuttle. Restaurants and takeout very close by just around the corner. They park for you..CONS: The room was small and cozy but somewhat outdated. TV control was difficult to use. Spent too long trying to get it back to cable channels. Room had no USB plug for phones so be sure to bring charger. Bathroom did not have a fan. Coffee was not good but Starbucks and 7-11 are around the corner.
Guest services and staff as a whole are super friendly and helpful with whatever you need. They offer incredible service, as well as suggestions for things to do around the area. Room was clean and any extra amenities were only a phone call away. Reasonable priced stay and great value and location.
Very nice sun deck, two tvs in room in case whoever your with doesnt like scary movies they can go in the other room, oh and pool table and valet parking!
It was quaint. The ceilings were on the lower side. Pool was pretty good
Rooms were modern and spacious with cool amenities typical with many other suites. Room key did not function properly so had to have 3 room cards remade which was a hassle since at the 3rd floor away from elevator. The flapping Peacock Suites sign upfront made it difficult to identify the hotel which is why various Uber drivers kept missing the hotel parking. Staff were very friendly.
The one bedroom unit only had a mini fridge, toaster and sink. We like the option of cooking for at least part of the time and were unable to do so. Also there were only two dishes, glasses and silverware do we were constantly washing dishes.
Okay... people at the front desk were very nice and helpful but the people to help us with our language were very lazy and seem like they didnt want to help. The room that we booked was OK but it was very small and the beds were not as soft as I thought. I used to like coming to this hotel but I think next time we come to this island were going to book another hotel lot closer and pay a lot more for a lot more for the price.
Peacock Suites is always a comfortable place to stay. The staff are friendly and the rooms clean. My only issue is the parking area. They do their best and I applaud the staffs efforts to make things as smooth as possible.
Amazing place to stay. Very quiet. Professional valets. Nice pool. 1 mile from Disney. The best shower I have ever had in my life. Great suites.
Great hotel, even for kids... close to shopping, food and Disneyland. Theres a pool, with reservations needed, and a jacuzzi for the adults. Valet service isnt optional, but they can pull your vehicle for you in less than five minutes. Friendly staff, always service with a smile.
Love the suites. Staff is very polite. 5 minutes from Disneyland.
The staff service here is amazing. They truly know how to personalize your stay and make you feel special. Their rooms are comfortable, and kitchenettes are way better than a typical hotel room. They’re located about a mile from Disneyland and conventions. Perfect little spot.
Love the hotel room and the services, best tour of the property I had ever had of my life from Bell Service aka Alla, amazing and very helpful. He made our stay comfort and we recommended to anyone that stays here.
The Room was great. Although the rooms were a little small. The Room didnt have a dishwasher. The Room was really clean and all fixtures were nice. The toilet had the strongest flush Ive ever seen but it didnt use too much water, it was very efficient. I didnt like that we had to valet park everytime. I would definitely come back again.
This place is nice the room is clean and comfortable. Theres 2 queen bed, large window makes so many light. 2TV, dining zone in living room, kitchen zone. Fast service. The pool is working by reservation. Parking is for 13$.. I enjoy this place. It was nice and quiet 4 days in it. It s not far from Disney park, but its closed now(
It was a beautiful room and the pool was open for reservations along with the laundry room. I wish they wouldve opened the rooftop deck by reservation as well. Would have liked to enjoy the sun, you dont get any at the pool.
Not a bad place to be the people are very nice
I had a great time at this suite i would give it an 11 so friendly so clean and i would stay again.....it was worth the drive from central cali
HORRIBLE Customer Service. We did book through AirBNB but the room we booked was totally not what we got and they had no desire to fix it. Instead they over booked their hotel so they would not fix it. The rooms are so small for 4 people do not stay here. The pool is tiny as well. They will put a $310 hold on your credit card when all you are paying for is 5 days of parking. I recommend if you are going to Disney with kids stay at a bigger room as this is smaller then my bedroom at home. They try to sell you on a time share presentation, as soon as you get here haha that is funny when you show you guys can not even get the room right. Sorry we were considering the time share, but if this is how you treat owners.....
Nice and decent accomodations. I do recommend.
Great place to stay very clean, well maintained. Employees were very friendly. The Upkeep was immaculatant. And close to convenient stores
Friendly and helpful staff, our room was quaint and fairly luxurious for the price we paid. If I go back to Orange Ill likely stay there again!
Comfortable and clean. Close to freeway and relatives who live near here. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Heidi and Jennifer and front desk gentleman were very courteous. They provided everything we asked for. Covid restrictions made use of grill not possible but that was the only downside. Not their fault. We have stayed here before and will come back again. Recommend highly! Pat Cheloha
The staff at this hotel is amazing, super friendly and met every need they possibly could. The valet service is top notch and the hotelvis very clean. So why the low rating? This place is in desperate need of sound proofing and comfort upgrades. The furniture is all very stiff, including the beds, the pillows are marshmallows that smash to nothing, the windows are single paned so you hear all the drag racers at 1 am on Katella and the road construction that starts at 4am. Not to mention the thundering herd of cattle on the floors above. We stayed for 4 nights and there was not a single night that we got a complete full nights restful sleep. Would I stay there again because of the service? Absolutely. However I will probably not stay there again if I care to get any rest and sleep.
Positive: Close to Disneyland and the ballpark
Pretty decent place. The mandatory valet parking is kind of a pain.
For a timeshare Suite, Not impressed. Very small room with an almost non-existent kitchen. Part of the issues, although not safety problems, are covid-19 related. Employees were polite and efficient. Mandatory valet parking. Fantastic location for Disneyland, dining and shopping within walking distance
I lived here with my daughters God father and it was the most excellent place to liveService was the very best and in tune the guest. The were gorgeous and big than my entire house of 4 bedrooms.
They insisted on a mask in the lobby but did not have soap in the lobby bathroom. The rooms were very nice.
Family friendly, close to Disney, clean, customer service was good. Bed semi-comfotable.
All employees are so nice, very clean environment.
Nice suite room has a kitchenette separate from the beds. Comes with dishes!
Great Valey service. Very fast. Rooms were Amazing!! Enough room for me n my family. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Great Water pressure lol.
The staff were all very nice and the room was great too!
Love this place, I stay here as a staycation even though I live only 10 minutes away
This is a great family place to stay. I booked through Airbnb which was very easy & convenient. Only downside is you are obligated to pay $13 dollars a day for vallet parking per car. This is mandatory since there is no street parking. The vallet staff is extremely professional and friendly. Lastly, due to covid pool, gym, and other facilities are closed.
Parking attendants are super nice and efficient
Its Ok. I dont like the parking fee.
Stay there every year great staff
We stay at Peacock Suites each time we visit Anaheim, always friendly, nice rooms, close to everytjing we need.
The room was nice, clean, and comfy. You do have to pay $15 a night to park, plus tip because it is valet only, so budget that in.
Staff was very friendly and courteous. They have made good efforts to maintain cleanliness during covid. Unfortunately the vending machines did not work and wer not stocked. The room was short on blankets but overall I would recommend 👌
We had a great trip and The Peacocks suits made our stay great
It was a GREAT place to stay!!!
Our stay was wonderful. There were plenty of activities to do. We stayed here for a Disneyland trip so we didnt take advantage of all of them, but there was a pool table, foose ball table, and an air hockey table. The heated pool was very nice, since the weather is still a little cooler. There were also TWO hot tubs and the pool and one hot tub are handicap accessible too. There was a nice big screen TV and area to relax and enjoy a movie down in the game area, which opens up to the outside. The room was pretty standard for a hotel, but considering it was a condo style suite we felt it was a little tighter than expected for our family of four. There was a nice sliding door to the bedroom, which was perfect for putting the kids down in a dark room and being able to get everything ready for the next days adventure. The staff were friendly and the gift shop had a lot of Disney souvenirs to choose from and better prices by a long shot on nearly everything there. It was walking distance to Disneyland and was just what we needed for our trip. The only other complaint that I have is the mandatory daily valet parking fee of $13. It seemed a little hefty considering we were already paying for our stay and we walked everywhere and werent using our car.
Always a good experience.
I love this place. Staff is so nice
Nice big rooms. Friendly staff. Awesome pool area
Its is very loud at night from street and freeway traffic echoes...otherwise fine
A fantastic bargain for the price. The rooms sleep a lot of kids, the kitchenette is stocked with dishes and works well for small simple meals. Great game room and pool. The beat part is the staff. Heidi, Andrew, and Shannan were all great!Only downside is the walk home from Disneyland feels pretty long, even though it is just a mile from door to entrance gate.
Clean and cozy like home. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOKING THERE.
This was an average hotel. I was honestly expecting a lot more. I understand that much of it was closed due to covid precautions but they should adjust the prices or provide some other offset. It wasnt horrible but not worth the cost.
Loved it great time
Very miss leading not what we expected at all. No pool, sundeck, gym, laundry, house keeping, wasnt told any of this when booking the room over 3 weeks prior, however they did call me 24 hrs before we were to arrive to let us know. Staff was very nice and understanding of our disappointment. Hotel is located very close to highway, restaurants, Disney.
Valet parking. Soon as we got there, they had awesome activities for the kids. Fitness room, pool, awesome gaming area. Theres a bus route that goes straight to Disneyland, and even the walk isnt that far. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The pullout mattress in the couch was brand new and felt so nice to sleep on.
Great place to stay on vacation
Very pleasant staff. Suite nice and clean. No complaints.
The rooms are to small not a lot of room to move around.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean.
The staff has the best customer service! The parking is valet only! The common areas were modern decor! The environment was clean and welcoming! I had to do laundry after the pool it was on the 4th floor! Oh yeah the have two elevators but one is accessed in the parking garage so people and my self would walk around the corner to a wall, pretty funny!!
Great place decent location for Disney. Staff friendly and rooms were clean and perfect for our needs. I’m not a fan of the forced parking fee and the bus to Disney costs 6$ per person and if you are on a ride late you’ll miss the last one like we did so for a family of 4 it’s better to drive and park in my opinion.
Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, and close to shopping, restaurants and Disneyland.
Love peacock. My family always chooses them when we go to L.A. walking distance from many food options and walking distance to the amazing Disneyland. Love peacock suites.
The best service and great rooms I would live here if I could
So friendly
Very nice and comfrontable and have polite staff and are very helpful
I enjoyed my stay here. Great air conditioning, I never knew how warm it was outside when in the room. Liked having a fridge for cold water. Bed was comfortable. 2 televisions though I never turned them on. Lots of amenities like a pool and small gift shop. There is even an open air tv room I walked by. Easy to get to the park on the ART bus with a stop right outside. Very friendly staff.
We had everything we needed, room were clean, staff was very helpful. Shuttle to Disneyland was easy and quick. Perfect vacation!
Always an enjoyable stay!
Great place, walk to Disney and easy to hop on freeway. Staff are wonderful and the king I stayed in was so damn comfortable. Layout is usable with a table to eat and sofa to chill. I actually extended my stay here once I had a spare few days.
I always love staying at this place! Not only are they always friendly and helpful but the rooms are beautiful and consistently clean and they have so many awesome extra amenities!
This hotel is a nice 15-minute walk from Disneyland. The service was excellent! We had the staff move our belongings to another reserved room while we were off exploring for the day. Everything was moved safe, sound, and neatly organized! Thumbs up!
First time here and I loved it. The staff was so helpful, the rooms were clean and the right size for us. The only drawback was not having a hotplate and the location ran out. But otherwise it was great.
I love Peacock Suites. My family comes here every year, sometimes more than once. Its lovely, quiet, well maintained, close in proximity to everything Anaheim, and the staff are always just wonderful. I love the pool and hotub area, and the renovations to the rooms and outdoor covered lounge area looks fantastic! Great job Peacock Suites as always!
Despite COVID excellent accommodations.
Valet parkibg during pandemic, wss very uncomfortable letting someone in my car touch my car
Location of the hotel is convenient. A couple minutes off highway. Its very close to Disney too. Theres a mini kitchen in room with sink, microwave and plates, glasses, fork etc. Room size is good too. Over all, its a good place for family who visit LA and want to spend more time in Disney. Its far from Hollywood though.
We stay at the Peacock fairly often. They are always so nice and professional. The front desk staff is welcoming and accommodating. Everyone Ive encountered from the housekeeping staff is very friendly, always engaging with the kids and calling the little girls princess. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, sink, and plenty of dishes. We love the Peacock!
What a nice place to stay! Close to everything and staff is great! Only give it 4 stars because the elevator was broken for a few days
The staff are helpful and nice. When we arrived, the concierge offered to help us plan our days. The rooms are updated, cozy and clean. The rooms now have calming yet happy teal blue accents instead of high energy red and peacock accents. We stayed in one of the smaller rooms. Still comfortable enough for two people. I wouldnt go with the smaller room if you have more than two people though. Down the extra for a larger suit. We utilized one of the two spas after every Disneyland excursion. Worth it. There is mandatory valet parking and a daily fee. Also worth it. You can Uber to Disneyland for $6 in about 5 minutes or shuttle ( the bus ) for $12 round trip and about an hour one way. We opted for Uber. Same price, more personal and WAY faster.
Beautiful interior design in the rooms, definitely had the comfiest stat there that night right after a good friend of mine and my brother got married. Lovely layout for the pool, exercise facilities and gaming area. The Valet parking service is grwat with friendly staff on hand as well
First class service on every level. Friendly and efficient staff that go the extra mile. Very cool place to stay.
Definitely not my favorite hotel.1. Pretty aggressive push to come to a timeshare meeting when we checked in.2. Small rooms, with bluky furniture and poor layout.3. Super low water pressure, hard to do dishes, unsatisfying showers.4. Windows dont block sound at all, literally sounds like the window is open. Lots of noise at night. These are all little things, but they added up for us. Staff was nice, everything was clean, didnt ruin our trip by any means, but had hoped for more.
