Im not sure it gets better than this for Disneyland. Proximity to the park was amazing! I was worried about the street crossing since there are no crosswalks immediately outside of the housing complex, but theres frequent breaks in traffic to make it easy, even with our little kids. We stayed in #3 and found it clean, comfortable, and exceptionally outfitted for our needs. We were mostly gone, but found relaxing at the end of the day very enjoyable. It was nice to have a kitchen for meals and meal prep. Also, being able to have a double stroller, pack-n-play, and high chair waiting was huge! It saved us so much space in packing and lugging. Having a dedicated room for the kids was also far more enjoyable than cramming into a single hotel room and having disrupted sleep. Cheryl was very responsive to all emails and texts and was wonderful to work with! We hope to be back soon!

The Magic Mouse townhouses are THE BEST vacation rentals for your Disney trip! The location is perfect. The condo was very close to the park and in a safe and clean neighborhood. The house we stayed at was tidy and spacious with a washer and dryer and a full kitchen. Parking was simple and it was easy to find the pool. Check-in instructions were clear and my group did not have any issues during our amazing stay. I would certainly recommend any of these townhouses!

Cheryls townhouse was perfect for our group of 5. It is about a 20 minute walk to Downtown Disneys entrance and very doable for the teens I was with. Much appreciated Cheryls attention to detail. It is one of the best stocked places I have ever stayed at, and Cheryl is super responsive for any need. Having the car parked right out front of the door made move in and out easy. We will definitely be back. Wonderful experience.

I thought it was going to be a wonderful experience just to take the grandkids to Disneyland but I couldnt imagine what a wonderful experience it was just to walk in the doors of Townhouse #3 and see their eyes widened and then run from room to room at this beautiful magical place! Everything was beautifully appointed and decorated and supplied. We had one tiny glitch with the air conditioning that the owner addressed right away and even credited us for on our bill but we couldnt have asked for a more magical week thanks to that wonderful place -and it was so close that we could literally sit out on the patio and watch the fireworks at night! What a magical magical week we had -no small thanks to this place we stayed thank you so much Magic Mouse!

We have thoroughly enjoyed a previous stay in the Magic Mouse Townhouse #3 and we just booked a return trip for the Magic Mouse Townhouse #1. We have stayed in this complex many times and the location of these homes simply cannot be beat for proximity to Disneyland. A short walk and youre there, no need to hassle with parking, Uber, etc! Cheryl is top notch and does an excellent job keeping these units super clean and comfortable for her guests! The Magic Mouse Townhouses will always be our first pick for trips to Disneyland!

We have stayed at the Magic Mouse Townhouses for years! We love the convenience of having a kitchen and bedrooms for our kids, while still being walking distance from Disneyland. Cheryl is wonderful to work with, and we always have a great experience!

This was my family’s first time staying at a rental instead of a hotel for a Disney trip, and I am so glad we did! It definitely feels like home away from home. The condo was super clean, well decorated and very relaxing after a long day at Disneyland.

This is our favorite place to stay when we go to Disneyland! We have stayed at 3 of her properties and they are wonderful. Very clean, good beds, well stocked kitchen, great decor. Cheryl is very responsive and takes care of everything. We cant wait to go back!!!

We stayed here for a week and loved the proximity to Disneyland. Was an easy walk. Saved us money as were were able to come back to the condo during the middle of the day for a nap or for meals. Decorated very cute with Mickey mouse decorations and was very happy with experience. Nice to have a free parking spot and access to pool and hot tub.

We have stayed multiple times with mrs. Mouse (Cheryl)! First, Cheryl is fabulous to work with! Second, you can’t get much better for location, quality, and cleanliness! Third, the theme of the condo/house depending on where you stay is great! If you go, I highly suggest staying here! We will return in December again for our 12th wedding anniversary and will once again stay here!

Room clean. Clean pool too which I really liked. Pool party and movie night on the weekends is what really did it for me

We stayed at the Magic Mouse Townhouse and it was amazing! As a family of 8, it was convenient to be located close enough to Disneyland that we could walk home and take a break when we were tired. Amenities were convenient, the hot tub after a long day was perfect, and we always felt safe. This easily became our go to Disneyland getaway!

We stayed at this location during a family trip to Disney with 3 young kids. The location is perfect as the walk wasnt too much for the kids. Unit was great and I would recommend to family and friends.

Another great stay! We have stayed here every year for the past 5 years. The location is perfect. We love the comfortable beds and super soft linens. The huge sectional sofa is perfect for relaxing in the evening after walking at the park all day. See you again next year!

Best condos to stay while visiting Disneyland. Easy walk to Disneyland from all three condos. Self check-in was smooth and easy. Owners were a delight to work with. Unit was very clean and had all the necessary essentials you would need including toiletries and paper products and extra towels and linens too. The swimming pool was nice as well. Would highly recommend to families visiting Disneyland.

A bit small, but fairly priced and clean. saved a bundle staying here then well known hotels, and yet still fairly close.

The place was nice enough. Great distance from the park except theres a very busy street you have to cross with your little ones (no crosswalk). The place was smaller than it appeared online and we got multiple complaints from the neighbors, that our family was too loud. We spent a week there, I have four kids under 9 that were excited to be in a new place and go to Disneyland. The kids were not that loud to me, we told them to keep it down, but we didnt even spend that much time in the condo because we were at the park and spending time with family. So it wasnt as family friendly as expected and the parking was terrible; very confusing and difficult to get in and out of.

Hi. I am currently staying here and very much is disappointed for it. The house looks dirty on the outside, but on the inside it looks clean and all, but on a closer look it’s nasty. The whole highlight of the house, is when we’re able to leave. I woke up with bug bites on my legs. Would not recommend staying here. Also the owner will say we didn’t stay here, but we did. We can prove it if the owner would like to email us about the matter.

Comfy and homey. Love the disney theme. Also pool was great and walking distance to disney was short . Had a great time.

Condo was clean, spacious and fully furnished to allow us to do anything we need! Just a quick walk to Downtown Disneys main entrance.

Since Disneyland had closed down for the month this place will not give a refund and only offers 25% off future stays. Ill never stay here and Ill make sure family and friends know never to stay here as well.
