Had our vehicle towed to this location. Good customer service. Everytime I called they were very helpful. But if you have your vehicle towed here, just be aware that your property will not be there when you pick up your car.

Got my car out quickly..didnt charge me for an extra day because it hadnt been 24chrs yet

We went there to pick up my things from a car that was towed, the girl at the front was very pleasant and the guy that took me in was very accommodating as I had a lot of stuff in the car and took a long time.

I understand that they are just doing their job when they come tow a car. Its the cops or property owner that usually orders the impound but the people that work there are very rude and disrespectful. Its like come on my day is already not going very well, obviously or I wouldnt be at the tow yard. they could at least have the common decency to be courteous and treat people with respect or at least in the same manner that they are treating you.

Amazing service. The manager is extremely accommodating and friendly. Its really hard to find a good body shop where you can fully trust the employees and this is the place. Best in the business.

Could not get extension to get my truck out for DMV was closed do to the virus and to make a appointment was weeks away by then my truck was sold at auction This tow yard and Buena Park Police the worst . I know for my family had a towing business ( Rivera tow and transportation) in Los Angeles Ca.

I found this place the hard way thanks to Buena Park Cops but I was treated nicely and professionally so, I would love to conduct business with them in the future.

This place is a joke total rip off! if your car is towed here get it as soon as possible and do not believe anything anybody tells you there the staff has no idea what they are talking about! they will say anything to run the price up having you chase after something that not real! if they have you in a corner your screwed!

My sons car was involved in a car accident and was towed there ( my son requested to store his car)Went to get his stuff . The young lady, in the office, was helpful and the employee in the yard helped me get my sons stuff out. Thanks
