Jason and Conor run a tidy and well stocked store. It seems recently the company added an online purchasing option. Now the stores are told they are going to get some parts and they end up not getting them because the part went to someone who ordered online. This is a bad deal when the store actually has to have the in store customer pay in advance.

Got info on swimming pool pump and filter installation

I recently went here for a water test. Pool looked fine. They told me ! My Phosphates where extremely high. Recommended I buy the concentrated Phosphate Remover. Very expensive stuff. They now tell me after inquiring about pool condition being worse off. That I should drain pool a little. They never told me that. Just it’s mentioned on the paper and it was option. I guess 3 bottles later and over $240. I chose that option. Instead of draining. Right !! Well, I contacted them now explaining my pool has black algae and never had that before or any pool issue in 27 yrs I’ve owned it. Finally a pool expert. Told me stop using that product. Drain pool some. Dble shock it with filter off for a day and metal brush it. I’m now back to normal. Sometimes when pool chlorine and PH is good and pool fine. That’s all it matters. Dont waste your money. I shared my concern with Jason store employee. All he would say. It was an option on paper. Lmao. Then he hung up on me. Won’t be back.

Went here to buy a pool pump had very little insight about what to buy, Jason walked me through the process of getting what I needed and went above and beyond and helped me out. It was not just about selling me pool equipment but making sure I was satisfied with my purchase, and answered all my questions.

I love this particular location for Leslies Pools. The guys that work here are so friendly and helpful! They make you feel welcome and like youre an old friend. Very knowledgeable about problems I have with my ThermoSpa. I buy my chemicals bulk here because theyre way cheaper. They are always ready to lend a hand and help you with things in and out of your vehicle.

They have excellent service and have always provided me what I need. I found it it’s good to ask the manager if you’re having some problems with your pool. He was able to take care of mine even after the problems I caused myself.

Jason, the manager, has this store humming. Hell help you get your pool/spa set and ready to go. His staff is knowledgeable and just as helpful. Do yourself a favor and sign up for the rewards and email. Its a great way to save and stuff you lost likely need consistently.

I recently purchased a house that has a pool. Never having owned or taken care of a pool I stopped by Leslies. Wow..Jason, the manager was awesome. The customer service was great. The store is clean and fully stocked, prices are a little on the high side but I wouldnt go anywhere else because Jason is extremely helpful, always willing to share his extensive pool knowledge. Hes always willing to help you in any way he can. He will teach you to do things the right way so you dont do extra work and you can enjoy your pool year round

Just had all new pool equipment installed for our pool. Had some issues initially with install but the great news was Leslie of Anaheim resolves the problems. I have been going to the store for a few months and they have really helped me out from being a newbie to doing my own weekly pool service. They have a good monthly pool chemical program and pretty much hold your hand until you get the chemical process down. Great customer service in the store.Nothing like a company that can resolve the inevitable issues that may arise with old pools and new equipment and trying to identify the leaks. Happy with the equipment and the commitment Danny made to resolve our issue. Nothing to do with Leslie but in addition to the equipment we need to invest in a new pool skimmer and replace some copper pipes from a 50+ year old pool.

I highly recommend Leslies Pool supplies in Anaheim as the best place to go for all your pool needs. They have a great staff working there, Jason the manager as well as Kyle whom often times helps me when I go in the store. Both are very knowledgeable, courteous and always willing to help their customers. I cant say enough great things about that store and staff.

Ive been a pool owner for over 50 years and have not found a more knowledgeable person hands down than Jason at the Anaheim store. Older pools are at times a pain to maintain. Tell Jason whats going on with your pool and rest assured he has the solution. He takes time to explain in detail and its obvious he speaks from hands on experience. I recently upgraded my pump and filter. I could not have had a better installation. I dont remember the installers name but like Jason he was knowledgeable and an asset to Leslies Pool Supply.

I am a first-time pool owner, and was perplexed by conflicting information so I decided to go right to the source and go to a pool place. I was having trouble with understanding the use of the different chemicals needed to keep my water clear. The man at the register tested the water that I brought in and told me what I needed to do. He was very patient and very knowledgeable. It is such a pleasure to go someplace and have people with knowledge and experience helping you to solve your issues.
