Sam was beyond helpful. He assured me a call back on a slide I had been looking for since the beginning of 2021 - He kept his word. I received a call back from him the same day letting me know they would have the slide available for me in 2-3 days. Some thing the manufacturer wasnt able to do in less than 175+ days, which was their current lead time even though I had already waited 120 days since my original order through the manufacturer. Anyway, definitely check these guys out. It wont hurt to contact them.

This company has the rudest customer service representative I have ever dealt with! By far!I have ordered a pool slide on the 5/6/2021. Today is the 30th of July and I still havent got it. They sent it with roadrunner freight which lost it various times on the way to me. For 2 months!!When I called TC Pool the guy (there are 2 of them, 1 is nicer, the other one is unbelievably rude) told me straight that he wont waste his time checking on my slide, that he has other things to do and that if I want, I have to call Roadrunner myself (which I did probably 50 times but they would just tell me that the slide is lost and they are looking for it). I asked them to send me a new one as my pool was under construction and the builder was putting pressure on me as they had to stop mid way and CHARGE ME EXTRA for me delaying things. The same guy told me he wont send me any other slide and that if I want to wait I should wait, if not, they will cancel my order and refund me (after 2 months of waiting and wasting my time and nerves!!!).He also told me that the reason I am a stay at home mom is because no one would hire me as I am very rude :)) (after I finally lost it and raised my voice telling him THEY need to do something about the situation, not me as I didnt hire Roadrunner). He also told me that Roadrunner found the slide but they are dumb and thats why they dont bring it to me...So, you judge for yourself if you want to deal with this company or not.By the way, this is the FIRST TIME I ever write a negative review for any company but this one really deserves it!

This place is great. Knowledgable and fantastic pricing. No matter what this is my first call every time. If they dont have exactly what you want in stock ( they usually do) they will have a solution on hand to deal with your problem or in my case upgrade. I upgraded all 3 pumps to Sta-Rite and new Sta-Rite DE filter.. No only did they have everything in stock, they had the best price too... And note to self.... check to make sure its correct before you install anything!!! Not just pool equipment.

There are some big internet pool equipment sellers online, most with not so good reputations, much less try to contact them and the old covid prevents us from shipping anytime soon excuse. Based on Yelp & Google reviews here, I gave TC Pool a call (I live in New Mexico) for a $2000 Glacier Pool Cooler. Told me they had it in stock, answered my questions, then ordered it online on a Monday. They shipped it out on late Tuesday via Central Freight and got the package (strapped on a pallet) delivered on Friday. Highly recommended!!

This company is awesome and great to deal with. At a time when retailers are being lazy and not willing to assist with finding hard to locate parts, TC Pool Company went out of their way to find an Ichlor 30 for me with one phone call. Had it on my doorstep in 5 days from out of state. The rest of the pool supply companies should take notes on how this company does business. Thanks again for not being the typical sorry were out of stock, excuse laden company. Highly recommend this company.

Tom is so helpful and price is reasonable. I only paid 9 dollars more than amazon for a replacement switch that I didnt have to wait three days.

I was looking to replace all our pool equipment, heater, 2 variable pumps, control panel, salt cell etc. Our local distributor pricing was $2k more expensive through our installer. I was concerned with ordering on line vs staying local, but got comfortable in talking with Tom, the owner. Other sites seemed more like sale people just pushing a sale.Tom was able to talk through the questions I had and options I was looking at and offer opinions.He was very responsive and helpful.It was also important to me, that my initial order of $6,500 of equipment, was shipped from Local distributor in Atlanta where I live, vs from across the country in CA where TC is located. When I needed to add another Variable Pump, he was able to give me the same pricing and I was able to pick up at a local distributor to get in time for my install guys to finish the next day. I really appreciated he was able to do that, since I know it took personal time to track down for me locally the extra pump where I could pick up from the distributor. Had a problem with the wrong thing being sent. Installed it and it did not work with my pool. They will not accept a return since it was installed (how are you supposed to know it will not work unless you install it?). Talked to the manufacturer and they said this is happening A LOT with online sales and vendors not verifying the product being shipped. Pentair validated this product is intended for commercial use. Got the correct pump from a local dealer and all working perfectly. Geez, pump was only on 1 hour. Pentair said this is a HUGE problem with online sales.

I have been in the market for a new heater. I was given TC Pool Equp from my neighbor in Meridian, ID. I contacted the store and was helped by Sam. He dilegently worked on finding me the right product. I then recieved a call from Tom to let me know the heater we were looking at was unvailable, the impressive part of this story is the tenacity Tom had working to find the right product for our use, via phone and email continuous communication and knowing customer service Tom, Sam and TC Pool Equipment get five star rating. These guys cancelled my order because they thought I was fraud even though I emailed the customer rep. Then they refuse to let me reorder even though Im obviously not fraud and exist. I think they used this as an excuse because they really dont have the product. These guys are not a legitimate professional establishment. Stay away!

I very much recommend TC Pool Equipment. I was cleaning my Hayward filter on a Saturday morning when I realized the filter elements needed replacing. Hoped online to research prices and shipping times and realized it would take at least 3 days to a week to be back in business - no way I was going to wait that long when the weather is heating up. Did a quick search for local pool supply stores, and came across TC. Not only were they open (another one closed at 11 AM) but upon calling, they had a set of replacement filter elements in stock. Hoped over to the store and got great in-person customer service. He (assuming it was Tom?) not only helped explain why the old part went bad, but proceeded to install the new elements onto the manifold for me in his store. All that, and sold at a very reasonable price. Saved the day, our pool is back to a normal flow. I now have go-to place for replacement equipment, thank you!

I needed a pump ASAP, Tom was so informative, patient, responsive and helpful! He went OVER AND ABOVE! I had my pump at my doorstep in 24 hours! And at a better price than the competition- with shipping! I am so happy I found his company and will be a repeat customer for sure!

Called to get some help on a Hayward navigator and it was obvious that from the start He was irritated with my questions, finally said “we don’t work on them, but I’ll sell you parts” had just one more question and that was going to be, “what the life on these” and before I could get that out he said let me put you on hold never to return.I was hoping for just a little more guidance and a new place to purchase my pool needs, well my quest continues !

Tom & TC Pool Equipment Co. came through for me when I desperately needed a part for my pool. Tom took a lot of time to give me instructions and pointers for my DIY replacement and it was all a breeze thanks to him. Tom & TC Pool Equipment Co. also had much better prices then all the competitors and I enjoyed the visit to the warehouse where I could physically see/compare the part and speak to someone about my concerns. Great Experience and I highly recommend them!

They have always provided excellent, honest, knowledgeable and competent service. Over the years I have referred TC Pool Equipment to my friends and they have reported back that they too have been more than satisfied with their services. Unlike other pool equipment companies, TC Pools has always been honest about our equipment needs, including letting us know when things can be repaired vs. replaced in order to save us money.

My experience was that ordering online was difficult and the information given as I ordered was confusing. The phone call today was much clearer and friendlier than the comment below.

Tom is a great guy, knows alot about pools and mainly about equipment and how to use it, as well as ways to save money and have more efficient pool systems.

Stay away!! Stay away!!I pray you never have to return any product to this guy. At first he was a very nice guy. When i went to return A bad Hayward product that he recommend, he was the most obnoxious rude person I’ve ever had to deal with. He pushes you to the manufacture and doesn’t want to deal with it.

Excellent prices and service. Had a new pump and filter installed and was cheaper and faster than the major chain stores. Ordered parts and installation on a Thursday and the job was done the next Tuesday.

I highly recomend TC Pool Equipment. I was very impressed with the honesty of their sales guys. They also have the low prices. I was shopping for Hayward backwash valve, I didnt know that all I needed was just the valve casing. I contacted several suppliers. All of them wanted to sell me the whole valve. TC told me I only need the casing. I bought from them new cading with warranty and saved $65. Thanks to TC Pool Equipment.

Bought Pentair EasyTouch for very good price. Discussed converting from my Compool system and Tom gave me very helpful advice. Went in with no problems. Will get colored pool light next.
