His preventative treatment for insect control is so thorough and has proven effective year after year.Recently, I found large amount rat droppings and called Jeremy for an inspection. He came and explained similarities and differences between rat dropping and lizard dropping which he found everywhere around the house. Just to make sure he even inspected attic space and bought our family great relief.Scheduling a service is a convenient process and Jeremy has always been accommodating. We got bed bugs from a family member and Jeremy came and helped us. It’s been about 2 weeks since the treatment and no bites!! His service was great and every one on his team that I talked to were also great.

Like all the other reviewers say, Jeremy is very professional and responsible. When we met for the first appointment he gave me a thorough introduction of how it works and what my expectation should be. He was swift and efficient. We had to call him back because we still saw some ants inside after a few days; he picked up phones over the weekend, came out 6:30am Monday morning to inspect inside and spray more indoors. We no longer saw any more ants indoors since. Hes definitely A++++!!!

I had lots of ants inside and outside of my house in Villa Park. Jeremy came and did a spray. That solved the problem! Jeremy is very polite, professional and always on time. He came from time to time to check on the house before the next scheduled service. I highly recommend Jeremy!

I highly recommend Villa Hiils Pest Management. They are honest and reasonably priced. I heard rats in my attic and called them. Jeremy came out, did a thorough investigation, and gave me all my options. He suggested I wait and see if I heard them again before going to the expense of setting traps. He then came back and closed off all the areas where they might be getting in. I was expecting the fee to be much higher. What a relief to have peace of mind. I would give them 10 stars!
