Cant thank these guys enough for their help. We drove down from Canada and I was having issues with the car tracking straight. I arranged to have new ball joints mailed to the shop before I arrived and they took excellent care of my car while we spent the day enjoying Anaheim. My car is lowered and they have the right equipment to take care of it properly.

When I arrived in need of front end alignment the shop manager on duty explained actual cost of the work and got me right in a service bay. They corrected my alignment problem, made sure my tires were properly inflated and pointed out and showed me my rack and pinion was loose due to bushings holding the assembly in place were damaged due to transmission fluid leaking on them. They gave me a quote to replace the damaged bushings.The staff is professional, service done and needed is done with complete transparency and helpful courtesy. These guys clearly know what theyre doing, theyll show you the part(s) that are causing your issue and explain to you what exactly is going on with your vehicle. Sadly not many places do that anymore, so when they explained to me that my brake pads werent placed correctly in the calipers and that was the cause of an annoying chirping sound whenever I pressed the brakes it was a relief knowing I wasnt being sold services I didnt really need. At Firestone I was estimated over $1,000 for all new brake pads, rotors, brake flush and an alignment, I go here and they say theyre able to do it for a little over $600! I not only saved over $400, I got my car back on the road in just a few short hours. My 2008 Mustang now zooms down the road with only the purr of the engine

Checked online for tires and prices. Had Michelins but they no longer make tires in the size I needed. Found size in another well known brand and price I wanted on the Allen web page. Called the local story and they honored the online price so I got a set of 4 from the store on Harbor Blvd in Anaheim. The store manager was great. I wanted to make sure the tires were recently manufactured (read somewhere that some places sold new tires that were years old) and he showed me the code on the tire that tells when the tires were made (within 4 months). Got a nail in one tire a month after getting the tires and they fixed the flat and re-balanced the tire at no charge. I am very happy with the initial installation and subsequent flat repair.
