Brought in the SUV in to Firestone for routine wheel alignment, previously replaced diver side front inner tie rod, outer tie rod, upper control arm and passenger front inner tie rod, outer tie rod, upper control arm, also drained radiator fluid and refilled with radiator fluid, also drained transmission fluid and refilled transmission fluid. Had a 2:00pm appointment arrived 40 minutes checked in at 1:20pm SUV pulled in at 2:45pm, pulled out at 3:05pm technically 1:05 minutes

Warning!!!! Attention everyone!I gave them my minivan to do alignment which doesn’t require taking the wheels off. Shortly after driving my vehicle on the highway, the front wheel CAME OFF!!!!Horrible accident where about to happen 😡, careless and irresponsible people.Upon confronting them, they refused to investigate or check whose fault was that. Even the car has not been Aligned properly.Go there only if you need to get your life insurance cashed out😡.Save your family, don’t risk it by going there.

Frank was a great help and explained options for me to tackle paying for the necessary repairs on my car. He even showed me the areas under my hood and explained what was going with my car. Both Frank and the other individual whose name I didnt happen to get, treated me and my car with respect and care. I called on a Friday to set an appointment for the next day to mount a pair of tires I bought online. I was told no problem and I could bring it in at 9am. I arrived at 9:15a and was told I didn’t have an appointment and that I was just scheduled for an AC check. (I had asked - after confirming the tire appointment - about ac work while on the phone on Friday but told them not to worry about it and only needed the tires mounted. Who wants to pay $200 for just a recharge?). It took until after 4pm to get my truck back. They did not call me to let me know it was ready. I had to call them. I can’t say they did bad work, but it shouldn’t take over 7 hours to install a pair of tires, especially after doing the diligence to set an appointment.

I have many bad lucks with Firestone, but still get tires from them. First time was when I bought a live time alignment with them and they never got it right, its a waste of money. Second they lost my Honda dealer wheel lock key and replaced it a cheap lock they can get from Auto Zone. Latest they fixed my flat with they quick fixed kit and it leaks from that same hole after 1 year I have been adding air every few weeks or so. Today I went there are 3:30 pm but they are too busy to check. If I want it checked out, I had to leave the car there and maybe they can get it done by 6:00 pm. I will have to wait out until then. I dont have time to wait that long so I brought to other mechanic place to get it fixed right with proper patch from inside of tire for $20. It should not leak air from that hole again. Ive learnt my lesson with Firestone. No more,!

This place is so wrong drop off my car when it opens to fix a flat and all day my car was not even looked at. Never Go To This Place they have the worst service. Don’t waste your time going there.

Went to get oil change and I guess I was assigned a rookie or something. He stripped the oil pan bolt using the wrong tool and I had to take it to my old oil change spot to correct there mistake. Don’t recommend them. If they couldn’t do a simple oil change I wouldn’t trust them with any other job on my car. Skip them and find new shop

Like other people say, they try to scam you. The dude was talking to me like I didnt know anything about cars. He tried telling me it would cost $1600 to replace my tie rods and rack and pinions. I job I know at most would take two hours. They tried charging me $800 dollars in labor. $400 an hour is insane. Its a 95 honda civic, not a diesel truck. I would only use their alignment services and go somewhere else for mechanical needs. Horrible service

I blew out a tire in front of Disneyland at 2 am. Got towed into Firestone at 5 am. On a Saturday. Owner/ manager showed up 6:30 and even tho they open at 7 am they helped me out and got me back on the road greatly appreciate the amazing work and feel safe using their service

I went there to have them check my a/c it was blowing hot air. They told me my compressor was bad. They wanted min. 1,000+ to fix it. Of course l couldn’t afford it so l went home and suffered the heat that summer. Well get this. I took it to another place and they told me that all l have is a small leak and it only cost $450.00. New valve and freon. Don’t take your car there ever.I’m back to tell you that nothing has changed don’t go there.

The guys working there are honest & work in a very time efficient manner! got an oil change as well as a road trip inspection as i’m preparing for a long drive from southern california to oregon next week, & during the inspection they recommended some things to look at like getting new rear shocks, but they were honest in saying that i only *really* needed new rear tires. they gave me various price options & the benefits of each, and installed my new rear tires on the spot. they said my car would be ready at 12pm, & they were right on the dot!besides being honest with me about my car, (which as a young female & clearly not being very knowledgeable about cars, is something i can really appreciate) they made sure to apply as many discounts as possible. overall, they worked quickly despite having several other cars in the shop & the cost of everything i got done today was a lot less than if i had gone to the jiffy lube down the road!if i weren’t moving, i would definitely come get an oil change & have my car serviced here again! with that being said, i would definitely recommend getting your car serviced at this firestone. 👍🏼 one of the best car service experiences i’ve had in socal.

I trust this guy and his very honest . First I brought my car in because of a wobble but no noise. The tech didn’t listen to me when I told him might be alignment because Jeeps are known for that. He recommended brakes he said that will take care of the wobble. He put new brakes and rotors. Next day really bad god awful noise coming the front wheels. I bring it back in. Spoke with Rafael said to bring it in. After driving it and finding out what is wrong, the passenger front axle is broken. Rafael says to me here’s your problem we fixed the wobble no issues with that right? We can’t fix that.I had no issues with the axle until I went there. And if that was a problem how come they didn’t notice that and say something when they had the car. I think they broke it and don’t want to fix it.

I dont know how this place is still open. They run this shop by scamming people and theyll smile and shake your hand while they do it. Dont tell me I didnt warn you. Read the other bad reviews. They are all true.

Very good experience! Joe is the nicest man and he doesnt try to rip you off he gives you top of the line care. He knows what he is doing. He and his crew stayed over time (2 hours) afters they close for my daughter. I highly recommend you,go to him!

Ive come here for years. Mostly tires and alignment but brakes as well. With an appointment, they have always meet the scheduled return time. Free WiFi and coffee, clean waiting room, good service managers.

I dont own a car any longer. When I went to Firestone in the past the customer service was always good.

Do not bring your car here, you will regret it. Brought my Ford focus in for a busted brake line and on the 4th day I had it towed to another place to have it fixed. 3 days went by with the service advisor telling me everyday that part would be in the next day and the car will be ready. I got tired of waiting so I towed my car somewhere else and had it fixed by the next day. Not only did they not fix my car, they ended up busting up my wifes car by backing into it with another customers car on the day that I was towing my focus out of their shop. I was told that a claims advisor would contact me to get my car fixed, no one ever did. I called customer support and filed a claim. They then dragged their feet to get my car fixed. By the time I was contacted ( about 3 weeks later) I had already been gotten my wifes car fixed through our own insurance. Hands down the worst customer service Ive ever had. Do not trust Firestone/Bridgestone with your car.

Had an appointment for 3:00 today to get a brake inspection and hopefully work on my brakes because theyre bad. I was told they couldnt do anything, not even the inspection because they were closing early and that they wont honor the coupon I had (only good for today) so why even make an appointment if youre going to turn me away? Im beyond livid I wasted my gas and time going here. Never coming back. Ever. And definitely dont reccomend it! Rude. Rude. Rude.

Typical tire/mechanical shop. Always trying to upsell services and making false recommendations. I love the new tires on my two vehicles, but their time to return my cars to me was off by about 3 hours, per vehicle! I wont be coming back...

This specific Firestone branch has screwed me over. Long story short- my car parts got stolen and my insurance recommended I go to this Firestone branch so I did. Firestone did an evaluation and gave the estimated amount I would owe them. An adjuster from my insurance company went to this Firestone branch and spoke with them to assess the financial amount Firestone estimated in order to write them a check. The adjuster needed their tax ID number in order to write the check and a worker told them they did not have it- which is illegal because they are required by law to have their tax ID displayed at the store. Now, my insurance adjuster should NOT have written them a check without the tax ID number but he did. The following week, I show up and sign the check and the check does not go through their system. This is where I met the manager, Lee, for the first time. To cut this story in half, my insurance writes a second check- Lee calls me to tell me it did not go through AGAIN. Lee asks me to come over and go with him to make sure the check is good in order to prove that this issue is on my insurances side- not Firestones fault (to be 100% honest I hold BOTH Firestone and my insurance at fault). So I, the customer, drive with Lee, the manager, to two different banks. We find out that the check IS good however because it is written to a company and not an individual person Lee could not cash out the check. Lee takes me back to the shop where he tries to convince me to see if [I] can qualify for credit that way if I do qualify maybe I can use that money to pay and get my car while I wait for a third and hopefully final check from my insurance. Lee made it sound like I could just check to see if I can qualify and see how much credit I can get. He even told me that if I didnt qualify for much money I could have my boyfriend check if he qualifies and gets a higher amount of credit. So I end up checking to see if I can qualify. It turns out i did qualify but the amount of credit offered to me was not enough. So I told lee he can keep my car and I would wait to receive a third and hopefully final check from my insurance. And I did. I got a third check, cashed it out, went to firestone, paid, and got my car. I thought everything was over UNTIL I received a credit card a week later. I did not know that checking to see if I qualify meant I automatically would be given a credit card that would post to my credit account. Now I have to cancel this UNWANTED credit card and its cancellation will be affecting my credit score. This is literally the icing on the cake to the unprofessionalism of manger Lee at this Firestone branch. I am giving two stars, instead of one, because I know my insurance was partially at fault and also because Lee did provide a rental service and had that amount deducted from my total bill but only after my boyfriend haggled him.

They tried charging me $140 for a regular oil change a few months ago. Then tried “explaining” why it was so much pretty much insulting me like I was stupid.

Best place to get lifetime alignments done. They do good work.

The alignment tech here is lazy and does a poor job. Every time I go in for an alignment the steering wheel is a little off and when I check under the car, both steering rack boots are twisted up like a churro. If they cant do a simple alignment job right I wouldnt trust them for any major jobs.

Very dissatisfied with the service at Firestone, will never go back nor will I ever refer friends or family members. Lack of experience and knowledge, they will charge you and still refer you to your dealership for repairs. Save your time and money, just go to your dealership the first time. It’s happened to me on two occasions for both of my vehicles, the first time they charged me and still referred me to my dealership for repairs I thought ok, maybe it’s because of this type issue. But when they did it to me the second time with my other vehicle I kicked myself. Firestone charged me a large sum of money $1,000.00 and yet didn’t fix my vehicle and referred me to my dealership instead. Firestone should rename their business from Firestone Complete Auto Care to just Firestone because they are not a complete auto care. VERY UPSET THAT THEY CHARGED ME A LOT OF MONEY FOR NOTHING!

John and Joe are the guys to see here. They are the most caring mechanics i have ever met. They make you feel like you are a part of their family, they explain everything and make you feel comfortable through the whole process. You will always feel welcome, not just like another customer. It shows how much they care about you and their job.This firestone is the best shop I have been to mainly because of their staff. The mechanics working on my car were also fantastic and thorough, they took their time and they never once pressured me to buy anything extra. They are the only mechanics i can trust in SoCal. I will always bring my car here when it needs work. And i highly recommend this firestone to anyone.

I had a very good experience at this shop, after getting ripped off at another local shop, the staff here fixed my Van so that I could travel back home across states. John who works inside, went beyond out of his way to make sure my van was good to go.

Stay away from this location! Been taking my car to firestone for 25+ years. Never again! They couldnt even install brakes properly. Ended up taking my car to another mechanic. Firestone said they turned the drums. They didnt! They didnt put grease inside the drum either, which is learned in mechanics 101. Furthermore, the aftermarket pads they used didnt fit right. New mechanic grinded them down on the sides to fit, turned the drums, and used grease. Cost me $50 for the other mechanic to get it right. Cancelled my firestone credit card and never going back!

When I addressed the situation I was asked to wait until the manager could refund me my money and that I would have to return to the store to receive my refund. I have been called by the manager to return to the store to get a full refund. Ive decided they can keep my money, I dont want to deal with them or set foot in their store. Beware.
