So, the hotel is great! Beautiful hotel. Great rooms. BUT we had some weird stuff come up I feel the staff needs better training on. We arrived at 11 and had to check in earlier to head to Disneyland and got charged $85 for such. When all other hotels let you check in early for free. If the room is available, why charge so much more? Then secondly I was checking my account and got charged $50 for parking, when we flew in and didn’t have a car. So I just called in now and upon inquiring why I was charged for parking when I did not have a car parked there, she lectured me on why it’s better to have a credit card and not a debit card. I never leave negative reviews but I’m very much so disappointed in the staff of this hotel. The hotel is fantastic, as for the staff and all these random charges, very unprofessional. Do not lecture me on how I go about my money, especially since I just paid and stayed in YOUR hotel. I recommend this hotel but you need to work on your staff as well as the random charges here and there.
The rooms are a great size and it is super newly renovated and clean. We also had a great concierge named Alexis who was very nice and remembered who we were. She remembered it was my boyfriend’s birthday and helped make it special. This hotel does not get 5 stars because unfortunately room service left my room door open when they serviced and when I got back at midnight it was open. Luckily nothing was missing. They were also inconsistent with cleaning. Also, it is a far and inconvenient walk to Disneyland, especially at night since you have to walk under an overpass.
Im very pleased with the service, cleanliness, look & feel and amenities at this hotel. Its a 4-star hotel and feels like exactly that. It had everything I needed and wanted for a stay with my family. Its very close to Disneyland and central to many great eateries. Right off the freeway, I can get back home (to Los Angeles) and anywhere else (like South Coast Plaza) with ease. The rooms are spacious and the room I had was excellent for my family, with a bunk bed and table/bench for eating in addition to the normal couch chair and desk for working.I will stay here any time Im in Anaheim! No complaints.
I wish I could give it no stars. How was the stay? I guess I cant really consider it a stay seeing as the ladies at the front desk had the police escort my two friends out. After booking a room for two nights my friends, who I was getting the room for, needed to put a card on file for incidentals they said. Which is another $100 per night charge. Okay, sure. Not a problem but It took them about 15 minutes to move the money around as to have it on a physical card since they would not take mine over the phone or use the card I booked the rooms with. I guess the staff grew impatient waiting for them to do this so they literally called the cops on them. Canceled the reservation and refused service to them. At this point all my money is tied up waiting for the refund this hotel promised so I cant book another hotel and my friends are stuck on the street with all their luggage. I called and spoke to whoever does security and they refused to give me any information about why they were denying service to my friends and she was quite rude. Very very unimpressed. Save your money, youll have a much better stay at a cheaper hotel where the staff is more personable.
The staff go above and beyond making each guest feel special and their needs taken care of. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms amazing. My new favorite in Anaheim
I am a hard critic. The hotel is definitely still in it’s infancy stage with a conservative mindset.Taking today’s politics & mixing it with hospitality it’s extremely difficult.Overall, ALL the hotel departments were very respectful and professional. Great price, environment, & location. Before your trip be sure to plan ahead!*Schedule a shuttle from hotel to Disney (Tripshot). Kevin is the best shuttle driver.*Book hotel amenities prior to checking in.* Door dash food and hang by the pool after Disney.Keep up the good work. The hardest part isconsistency. Looking forward to returning.
Beautiful Hotel! The pool was amazing, the rooms were beautiful and clean! We normally have a hotel we always stay at but tried this one for the first time and now will be the only Hotel we stay when in Anaheim! The Art bus was perfect stopping right in front of the hotel! Cant wait to go back!
Great stay, you can schedule the ART bus to stop by the hotel to pick you up if you need transportation. Goes to major areas including Disneyland. Didnt get a chance to check out the adult pool up top, but the general access pool was excellent. Great for younger kids and beginner swimmers. The deepest point is 5 ft, thats at the center of the circle, and it comes up to 3ft around the outer perimeter of the circle. Heated and very pleasant to be in, even on a slightly colder day. Beds were comfortable, we liked that they put a disposable plastic cover on the TV remote, things were very clean all around. Friendly staff. Definitely would recommend a stay here.
Great Beautiful Hotel! But amenities say Pet Friendly where can you take them ? Even to the restroom? Very hard situation with them Unfortunately, Prices on drinks and food a lol bit too high, overall Beautiful Hotel Very Clean
Our stay was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Blu sky bar is amazing! Shout out to Danny! His service is exceptional. The room was spotless and very relaxing. My only minor critique is the soap and shampoo dispensers in the room. The way they sit in the wall does not allow for the soap to be pushed out. I heard other guests talk about the elevator being difficult to use, but we figured it out pretty quick (just use your room key then select the floor). I think this is actually a great security feature. After our stay at the Radisson we went to a double tree in San Diego with our kids and realized in comparison how much better this Radisson was. We will be back!!!
Oh wow we loved this place! Everyone was so nice, the room was amazing and clean, it is super close to Disney so every Uber ride there and back was $7, and it was all around an awesome stay! I definitely plan on coming back :)
Great new hotel! Staff was amazing, very friendly and accommodating. Its a new hotel by Disneyland, but outside of the other resorts in the area, so not really walking distance from Disneyland, but just a couple minutes drive away. They have a pool and restaurant on the roof and also pool on the ground floor and restaurant in the lobby area as well. Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. I guess they have bigger rooms on the penthouse floor. I will definitely stay there again and will recommend it to everyone.
Near Disney Park, walkimg distance 30 min. You can watch firewiorks from your window or parking structure. Nice big rooms.
Had been curious to stay in this hotel for a while now and finally had the chance. This was a week before 4th of July. Really nice looking hotel, although the main reason for my booking this hotel was to have access to the views from the rooftop. Although when I checked in I was disappointed to find out that the rooftop is closed Sundays and Mondays. Even the restaurant in the lobby was closed. So as much as I really wanted to enjoy the views on top I had to settle for the pool on the main level. Overall really great looking new hotel, just double check to make sure all the amenities you want are open.
Stayed for 5 days and it was just awful, honestly. Upon checking in we were told we were fined $209 for being “no-shows”. When we booked the room we added a day on the front end because we were arriving very early in the morning and didn’t want to wait around until late afternoon to check in. The person that booked this said that was absolutely no problem. We were supposed to be refunded that fee as it was a “system error” but never were. Now they’re acting like no one ever promised the refund which is just disgusting of them. When we got to our room there was a tick in the bathroom, we were told it likely fell off of a pet. We had to wait hours outside of the room for housekeeping to come “check the room” for more ticks/bugs. So the extra day we paid for was completely useless as it was nearly 3pm when we actually got to use the room. We spent that money just to sit in a hallway that smelt like a barn for whatever reason. Our shower and sink had no water pressure, it was like washing in a sprinkler. One of the ladies at the front desk was extremely rude when I tried to get help with something because I’m disabled. She told me she had “way too long of a line to help”. When I went down less than a minute later there was one person in the lobby with both this lady and another hotel employee helping them. I could go on and on it was one thing after another. Save your money and go somewhere they’ll respect your business.
The hotel is clean and modern but not worth the price. Parking was free but every time you wanted to leave the garage you have to take your key to the front desk to be validated, which was time consuming. The $100 deposit per night seems excessive. I’ve stayed in nicer hotels that do not charge outlandish deposits. We thought that because we had a bunk bed family room that the hotel would be family friendly but it really wasn’t welcoming for kids. There is no carpeting in the rooms so sounds echo really bad and if little kids trip and fall, it hurts them a lot. My baby woke up and cried and the people next door blasting loud music banged on the wall several times. I called down to the front desk to complain but the music never turned off nor did anyone come up to our floor to check despite the “no partying after 10 pm” rule that is posted. The elevators are terrible because the key reader barely works and the elevator will start going a different direction before the correct floor can be selected. There are no microwaves in the rooms, the toiletries are difficult to dispense from, and rooms are only cleaned and trash removed every 3 days. It seems like this hotel is charging a lot but cutting costs in any way that they can.
Rude staff after being parked out front waiting for rest of our party to come down a staff member approached us with an attitude and demanded our car be moved then proceeded to take our license plate number and said hed call the cops. This is when no other cars where there no one had came or left the whole time we waited and I drive a newer 2019 Mercedes Benz so its not like we were in a raggedy looking car that made the place look getto. So for that particular staff member to come out his way and ask that the car be moved immediately from out front of the hotel was completely unnecessary, rude, and insulting in the sense that it made us feel as if we werent good enuff to be there or unwelcomed
Clean roomTop floor ... fireworks from DisneyLove outside firepit
Absolutely loved this place! Will definitely be back! Even though I didnt get the view I paid for they definitely refunded me immediately
Went there for a wedding, and I was pleasantly surprised. Im not much of a OC fan in general, but boy oh boy do do I need to eat crow about this place. Impressive! From the moment I arrived and was greeted by Ryan at valet, who was very friendly and very knowledgeable, help me up with my things enjoyed the talk with him the entire way. The front desk was very warm and inviting when checking in. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and clean its like no one has slept there before. The bathrooms were impeccably clean, lots of towels and you can take a long hot shower! Everybody was just so friendly. Luke, the bartender at Firelake amazing! Matt our server at Firelake, definitely need to ask for him ! You cant miss him, he has the most amazing blue eyes youve ever seen LOL Anyhow they will definitely take good care of you. They have two different pools one for family On the ground floor and one for adults only on the 12th floor. And talk about being close to Disneyland! Check it out, good price, great rooms, amazing customer service!
Beautiful Hotel! Please note the hospitality here at this hotel is also superb! Kudos to Romeo but Most Importantly Michael at the front desk!I enjoyed a suite with Theme Park View that did not disappoint.I also dined at Blu Sky Bar which had the most delicious lobster paella. The Drink were also amazing. we sat inside but after we dined checked out the outside sitting area. i dont think Ive ever seen the sunset look so magical on Friday night from my room but I sure did ! Room 936 is definitely a room ill want to revisit next time Im in town. See u real soon, Blu Radisson!
Overall I think its a great place. Its a fairly new hotel so everything is clean. Although its next to the highway, its not too noisy and we got to see the Disney fireworks (our room was facing the highway). Theres no free shuttle to Disney so expect to pay for two Uber rides every day (~$30 per day). Theres nothing to do around the hotel - walking distance - but you can drive and enjoy the city (parking is $25 per day).
Daniel, Food & Bar Manager, Jakq’e Asst. Manager & Chef Edgar Beas are AMAZING!!I highly recommend this Hotel the stay was wonderful, we celebrated our Daughter’s 10th Birthday & the Fireworks, Pool, Hotel decor & Front Desk staff specifically Laura were the BEST!!Chef Edgar Beas served us a 5 Star Quality Dining Experience his Vegan dishes are to die for!! The attention to detail on every dish was 5 Star we highly recommend Fire Lake Grill & Cocktail Bar our Server was also top notch last night!!!! Also, don’t forget to try their cocktails they were excellent!! Thank You so much you guys are the Best we had a great night!!
To start, the Skybar and restaurant were amazing from the time we were arrived til we left, all the staff greeted us with a smile and welcomed us! Besides that the food was delicious and so were the gin and tonics! When we checked out we went to another hotel for breakfast and I discovered that my hearing aid was missing... after two hrs. we returned to the hotel to see if we could check our room and the young man at the front desk was wonderful and had one of the staff take us back to the room. It had been cleaned!! The staff member called housekeeping and it had been found and it was returned . They made my day...thank you all.One problem however: the area rug in our bedroom had a corner that was curled up that was close to the closet that I kept tripping over . The maintenance man came up and tried to uncurl it, but it it didnt work. Long story short, still tripping over it called again and the answer was There,s nothing I can do! I didnt fall, but maybe the next customer may. Still, it was a wonderful stay.
I loved our stay everyone was so nice we did not mind having to order Postmates sense it is around so many restaurants 👍🏻 I loved that the pool on the roof top is no kids allowed 🙌🏻the security deposit was not a bad price compared to others hotels I have stayed at witch require more. Our original room was over booked but we were offered an upgrade and now I think I’ll keep going to that same room for next visits also we did not want to go home the next day because we were so tired from Disney and the staff was very nice to find us a room last minute at 12 am other hotels around that area are so out dated for higher prices! I do think I will be coming back more often once I get my magic key for Disney this hotel had literally everything you can think of plus it’s near a 24 hr Walgreens and the bath robes are so comfy I almost thought about asking if I could take one home with me.
We stayed here last night. We did try this hotel when they just opened few months ago. Back then they had city shuttles to Disneyland. It is funny we called them again last week to make sure the shuttles are working and the construction is finished in front of the hotel; the front said yes to both questions that there is no construction and they do have shuttles to Disneyland every 20 mins. Yesterday after we checked in we waited for 2 hours for the shuttle but of course it didnt show up. The worst thing is this: we asked the front desk and the bellhop and they all said the shuttle does come. At the park, we asked the shuttle manager who confirmed this hotel is not in their list. I am more disappointed with being lied to than waiting for a nonexistent shuttle I guess. Finally we supposedly were given their best room last night which was basically a nice view of the highway. Not coming back for sure and I will tell this to all our friends.
At first I really enjoyed how the hotel looked when walking in, i was really excited about it. Just finding out that both rooms we booked came out with $1.6k than we usually stayed at the usual hotel close to Disneyland, much cheaper and comes with complimentary breakfast. I wasnt aware that it was going to be $760 for both rooms for two nights. I clearly asked many times on the phone, how much it’ll be for both nights and rooms, told me it would $750 for both nights. Lack of communication. I also got charged for another $200 for incidental charge which was confusing because I’ve never been charged for it at any hotel. Also knowing that they do housekeeping every 3rd day which is like disappointment but thats my fault for not researching and asking more about it. Thought it was like a normal hotel. Just expensive for staying just in a room. I’ll have to stick to the hotel i used to go.
Great hotel. You will need to ask all questions at check in so you know. They didn’t volunteer any information. Everything was pleasing, like how updated it is, the size of rooms, the beds, shower, water, parking, safety, cleanliness. It’s not a walkable area with food or stores nearby, so I’m glad we had a car. The Blu Skybar was fantastic, with a great view and delicious food. The charred octopus appetizer (forgot name) was surprisingly delicious! All pricey though, and I recommend reservations. The pool was great and always busy. We came for Disneyland and drove there very easily, as well as to any restaurant in the Disney area. Disney fireworks are at 9pm (used to be 9:30) each night and we had a room with a view, but could go to the top garage floor and watch too.
My wife is Radisson Gold. No room upgrade and only a 30 minute late checkout when Golds could get up to 2 hours. We were a bit disappointed, but we are OK with this. What we were not OK with is that getting 2 free bottled waters is a published benefit for Golds, and we didnt even get that! Weve stayed in a lot of hotels, and all other elite programs (Hyatt, Hilton, etc), when they publish that elite members get 2 free bottled waters per day or per stay, weve always gotten it. Radisson Blu Anaheim was the first to not provide this. Not to mention the In Room Amenity that Golds are supposed to get; didnt get that either.Other than that, the property is new and nice. The pool areas are great (the Oasis Family Pool) has these nice cabana areas. Rooftop pool and jacuzzi is adults only.It was a treat to go with the family to Blu Sky Bar at the roof for drinks and a snack to watch the Disneyland fireworks for 4th of July.I asked my wife if she wanted to give this place another try on a future visit. She said she would not.
I am a gold member which comes with a free room upgrade and I was not offered an uograde. I was almost charged for early check in which is also included in my membership.5 stars for staff hospitality in EVERY department. This is a smaller hotel so there is no coffee bar on site. The restaurant: again staff has EXCELLENT service food is 6/105th floor facing freeway has an excellent view of Disneyland fireworks. This is a pet friendly hotel so hopefully you dont get a barking dog next door. They allow dogs in the pool area and the guest allow their dogs off leash and some guests dont carry poop bags.We stayed in 9/2021 hotel is brand new. Very clean, very modern look. Nice size rooms. Beautiful roof top bar, pool side beverage and food service. I didnt see anything walking distance (Target etc). They have a shuttle to the park that runs every 30 minutes. 6 dollars for adults 3 dollars for kids. Very nicely decorated for the holidays, heated pool (in September.)5 stars for security. You need a key card for your floor. Love that!!
Disappointing to say the least. We showed up early to try and check in at 12:30pm and were turned away, which is totally fine. Our sole reason for wanting to stay at this hotel was the rooftop pool however. We were told to come back at 4 and we could check in then. We asked if we would be able to use the rooftop pool and they said we would. We checked in at 4 and went to our room. Immediately changed and tried to access the rooftop pool and were informed it closes at 4pm. Its only open 9am to 4pm. We had to leave the following morning and wouldnt be able to utilize it before we left. This was really disappointing but thats life. We got back to the room and we realized it smelt like someone just smoked a joint in there. As I started getting more unpacked I realized I was getting dive bombed by a handful of Gnats. I went to take a shower since we had gotten back from the pool and there was lotion or conditioner literally stuck to the walls. The socket I plugged my phone into wouldnt work and it just continued. The hotel is gorgeous and the room is awesome, but the help in the front and the cleanliness was really disappointing. The downstairs food was closed as well and there just seemed to be any reason for something to be going sideways. The bellhop was excellent however. The people working the desk were less than easy to work with and just kind of told us that it was how it was in regards to the things we were upset about. Definitely not the experience I was expecting for the price we paid. Not even close.
Nice new hotel super sleek and modern! The front desk staff were very nice and helpful, room was spacious and clean, shower worked great too! Loved the wall of Lego mini figures super cool and artsy! Also being a huge Starwars fan the Stormtroopers display was awesome! Didnt get to go swimming but wish I could have the pool is on the rooftop looked amazing and is for adults only with a bar, there is also a family pool on the ground level thats just as nice! I Will definitely stay here again when Im back in town!
Hotel is clean, honestly had a few issues here as soon as I arrived and I had placed a very detailed poorly review but I decided to change it for how diffierent they were after I told them my concerns it took a Little bit of demanding but everything worked out and will definitely come back after I know several rules of the hotel and restaurant that you need to reserve in order to have dinner here. I like the hotel hope they keep the great customer service!
We had the luxury of visiting at the end of May when the hotel had been open for only a month so therefore was incredibly clean and felt fresh. My partner and I had been waiting for a more boutique style hotel to open near the parks and we loved our two nights spent at the Radisson Blu. Our days were pretty filled with Disney so we didn’t get to enjoy the restaurant or pool but did visit the bar and the view is gorgeous. Love the design of the lobby and rooms. High ceilings in the room made it feel much larger than the ground footage. I personally prefer a hardwood floor in a hotel room, feels more sanitary and stylish. The use of pastels throughout has been done so well without it feeling like a nursery. Feels very chic in a playful way. Loved the abundance of Disney inspired art throughout the hotel and within the rooms. Front desk was friendly enough. At the time of our stay the Anaheim shuttle was being offered for free but we had difficulty figuring out the app front desk told us to download (and thats coming from two tech savvy people) and we never shuttled and instead walked. The walk there is a nice warm up for the park. We timed it at 17 minutes. The walk back was fine enough but path back is fairly dark. Prices (so far) feel right for the space. It’s a little heartbreaking to see all the harsh reviews for this new hotel. I have faith they will work out the kinks. At least I hope so as we have annual passes and now have dates booked for stays in October and December!(◠﹏◠✿)
So first of all this place looks nice, kinda far from Disney but was okay. Front desk was great in the AM, allowed us to check out bags so we can go over to Disney. But we where told we would get a call when our room was ready, no such call came all day, we arrived back from Disney and the front desk people where different. Acted like we where bothering them, got to room, AC didn’t work, was next to a barking and screaming dog. Went down to get moved, front desk again acted like we where inconveniencing them. Took 30min!! To move us to a room that had 2 bads and a bunk bed! There only two of us! Bed was hard, sheets where like sand paper and AC still didn’t work, fridge was warm they couldn’t fix and said they didn’t have rooms to move us. Very unhappy with the service and won’t be back, if you stay test your luck, spend more time at Disney. Oh only people nice and caring where the ladies in the gift shop!! They are awsome!!
The room was clean and tidy. In addition, there was a miscommunication about parking and I was charged $86. I contacted customer service and they fixed the situation in a timely and professional manner.
Friendly staff, modern rooms, and overall incredible experience! Definitely stay here!
Our stay was actually amazing. We were able to check in a little under 4 pm. We spent a few hours at the Anaheim packing district. The staff were friendly. I believe they were only running half the room occupancy at the time I went. The grounds and parking was clean. There’s a nice theme of the interior of each floor and in your room. If you never been at a high end hotel and need to use the elevator, you wave your key then press your floor number. Read a comment about he needed directions for elevator. < Lost Cause. Lol. Anyways. The parking meter wasn’t up and running 100% but they buzzed us out when we needed to leave, didn’t have to pay. The rooftop pool was nice and the rooftop food was amazing. The negative comment I have is that I would have fired or never used the landscape architect on this project. Either he rushed the options for plants or he didn’t care. Rooftop lounge suffers from the bad planning of trees which pollinate and get all over you. The trees used by the pool were badly planned as well. The seeds are lodging into the pool drainage system which can cause serve blockage, high maintenance cost, and can cause a backup or even flooding.
This hotel claims to be Disney Friendly which was far from my experience. Unfriendly staffrestricted pool and market hours- Mostly closed.Difficult access to Parks - with zero staff support or help navigating.Restricted roof top access to pool or patioExpensive, reservation only Sky Bar restaurantClosed main level restaurant.Restricted hours of mini market. Not open past 5pm.no room service or clean towels.Terrible elevators- hard to navigate. Not located near any walk to shops, restaurants or convenient stores.Had to Uber in water and food.
Just checked into the Radisson hotel and Nicole at the front desk was on a whole other level of awesome cuz of my job Ive been a lot of hotels and you dont see customer service like that anymor. So professional helpful and welcoming great person to have at the front hopefully the hotels as good as the service
My husband I wanted to stay locally for our anniversary. We watch the hotel being built and thought it would be a nice place to experience, especially the rooftop pool, bar and restaurant. Unfortunately, our stay will not be remembered for the excellence, but for the pure absurdity of it all. The amenities are what draw you to a hotel. Such as the rooftop pool, unfortunately it closes at 5pm. Restaurants, theres only one onsite, if your a seafood eater your golden. Room service? Dont ask, not available. Complimentary water in your room, not even, you must go to the gift store or a vending machine. Grab and go food, closes at 11am. Parking? $25 a day, to leave the structure, you have to have them buzz you out from the front desk. Ive stayed at other hotels during covid, these are not covid issues, they should rethink whether or not they should be open until there ready. And whats the smell when you first walk in? A new hotel smell?
Great hotel! Room was so clean and slept extremely well. This may be my new favorite hotel to stay at in the Orange County area.
Great atmosphere. Everything brand new. Sky Lounge food and drinks were amazing. Staff is the best Ive experienced in a long time and you cant beat the view. Well be back for sure.
We stayed here on our Wedding Night. Its one of the best hotels weve ever been to. It was beautiful, clean, quiet modern, beautiful view. I cant rave enough about it.
I don’t really write bad thing about places but this time I couldn’t take it anymore. The people were nice but the service not so much. They told us every 3 days they will come and clean our rooms cause of COVID and that’s understandable, But when it came for our turn they didn’t clean anything just the trash that is all. They reused our sheets and did not replace them for a new one and they didn’t even touch the bathroom. I felt so uncomfortable staying in this hotel. The rest is up to you if u wanna spend a lot of money into this hotel which doesn’t do a very great job.Good luck!
Excellent accommodations and staff. Pool on top of hotel excellent. Can see fireworks at Disney.
The facilities are very appropriate. the room is complete but without a doubt the SkyBar is the most special as the fireworks that are seen at night from Disney. the SkyBar staff is super attentive. unfortunately the hotel staff is very rude and they never cleaned my room
The best hotel Ive been too, nice and clean rooms. And the views 🤩 out my hotel room.
Great experience and very clean. The rooms were comfortable and the beds were great.
The absolute WORSt customer service and stay! Beware and do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!! First, I tried to do early check in and was told they had a room ready. Then I was told the room actually wasn’t ready, they were looking at the wrong reservation. Then I was told that the rooftop pool is for 21+ only. Which was NOT stated anywhere on their website. This trip was for my daughter’s birthday and she can’t even go to the pool? False advertisement!! I brought this to the management’s attention and was told they would change the wording online. Okay, well that does nothing to help me with my stay. Management told me they would understand if I wanted to leave and book with another hotel. This is the response from the manager?!! Unacceptable. Also, you pay extra for a Disneyland view and you have a view of the freeway with Disneyland so small and far away you can barely see the top of the Ferris wheel. This is not a Disneyland view but they sure charge extra. Also, the incidentals deposit is $100 per night. Ridiculous. Please don’t waste your time staying here. I had to cook with another hotel the same day because I will not stay at a hotel with management who does not care about their guests or a hotel that false advertises online.
I booked this last minute as our other arrangements fell through. I was very pleased to see thia hotel and the accomodations that it offered. I was able to get 2 rooms as there were 7 of us. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel itself was in amazing condition despite the fact that theres construction going on next door. I could not hear the noise so it did not bother me. Its proximity to Disneyland made it that much more attractive for our stay here. It within walking distance to food and refreshments if you dont mind walking a few minutes. If you are brave enough and like to walk you can walk to Disneyland Im about 20 minutes and its not a bad walk. The roof top pool is amazing despite the fact that they close at 5. I think they should leave it open so you can watch the fireworks from Disneyland at night. All in all a.great hotel. The only downside is I booked this thru a 3rd party site and they are not giving me points for the 3 nights I stayed here on my Radisson Rewards Membership.
Its missing a microwave and an actual fridge but other than that its a lovely hotel and its great and my kid loved the bunk bed that was in our room.
This place is WONDERFUL! They actually upgraded our room and we are so impressed!
Great swimming areas and wonderful staff. Thanks for making vacation great!
A terrible experience. Water flow in sink is horrible, a five star grade hotel being silly and saving on water, the bed was cheap from China with all bungy and springy noises. Cheap lights directly coming on your face in bathroom and table . Tv was not aligned in center with the bed. Cheap tiles in room, no carpets and terrible view of aircon roof. Shower glass doors need super power to move, the sitting table and chair was a horrible design idea . Not even a great location, nothing was in walking distance, next to shabby construction area with all the dust and noise. The stupid main door had a key entry, if you are out without the key to pickup your food at night then you are stucked as nobody to open the door for you from lobby. The key sensor in lift is a China product with ridiculous system to enable your floor.Don’t stay there —-
Very clean and super nice employees, we will be definitely back
Stayed with Courtney W name on reservation and there was a live tick in the bathroom upon arrival. They charged her a full extra night (non military discount btw when shes a veteran) due to miscommunication and there was a LOT of computer errors and miscommunication. She still have the extra night charged on her credit card. The staff was okay some were very rude to us and had bad attitudes so that takes a star. The tick takes a star and the charge takes a star. Our sink had almost no water pressure and the cold side did not put out cold water. Not worth all the money even with the military discount imo Ive stayed at nicer places like many Best Westerns
Excellent hotel and fantastic rooftop bar. Great views of the Disneyland fireworks show.
Rough start with check-in rules and regs, but overall my family enjoyed their stay.
This is the number one hotel in the Anaheim area. Clean, rooftop pool and bar. Just a great place to relax, eat and have drinks.
Beautiful place I stayed on a king suite on 8th floor, unfortunately the bar and pool where closed on the rooftop due to a private event I spent over $600 and couldnt enjoy that view.
Nicole at front desk deserves 5 stars for her outstanding people skills. She was so friendly and very enthusiastic about her job. The hotel has very nice interior and it’s very clean. For the first 20mins that we were at the hotel, they deserved 5 star all the way but I can’t say the same afterwards. After Nicole gave us our key card, we went to our room to find out that our room was still under maintenance; which, was no problem. We went back downstairs for another room and Nicole was fast to get us another room. The room was spacious, clean and the extra bunk bed was a plus. We had a blast here even though there was no hot water from 12am-4am for 2 days. So, we stayed for 5 days so we buy and saved a lot of food so we can eat at night due to daddy, little sis and myself are all munchies people; I took off one star bc there was no microwave in the whole facility. I took off 2 stars because on our 3rd day while I was trying to shower; there was no hot water… so I called front desk and the person told me there should be hot water by now because it was fixed the day before. We went back and forth; mind you I was wet. We came to a decision that we will change room, which, was ok to us. After moving so much stuff to our new room. I made the biggest mistake EVER!! We took everything out of the bag and food into the fridge but didn’t check to see if we had hot water or not. I went into the shower after an hour and to my surprise; the water was barely warm (that was the reason I took 3 stars off). At that moment, I just gave up. We only had 2 days left that’s why I gave up. Shower in the cold and went to sleep. I do love this hotel and the people that’s here but the price that we’re paying and the stuff we went through is just horrible. Until next time!!! Peace
Would NOT recommend staying here. Checked in, could not connect to WiFi and it turns out we were not properly checked in although they were able to somehow charge my credit card. Room was dirty/dusty upon arrival. Stayed for 5 nights and room was not cleaned once. Phone did not work. Had to continuously go down from the 9th floor to ask for towels & for our trash to be removed. Was charged for parking when we did not have a vehicle. No security that I saw as there were many homeless on site. Felt unsafe for a family with small children like mine.
The reasons why I don’t give this hotel a 5 star are the following: First of all, when I arrived at check-in, the room we pre-paid and reserved wasnt available, so the front desk clerk gave us an “upgrade” to a higher floor but two beds instead of one king... And also gave us a complimentary breakfast (which isnt the best, but we were okay with that)PROS:• Property is immaculate, close to Disneyland (we took an Uber both days we stayed $16 round trip).• Rooms are spacious and comfortable!CONS:• They require a USD 100 deposit each night. So be ready!• They dont clean your room unless you stay 3+ or more (ridiculous)• The shower shampoo, shower gel, conditioner containers are tricky to use; bring your own.• No Valet; Parking was quite a walk.• Keys were reprogrammed twice.• The room refrigerator does not work well.• If you prepay your room through a 3rd party, please be aware that you might not be guaranteed that room.
What a beautiful hotel Staff is so accommodating and professional. New favorite in Anaheim
Im not one to give poor reviews, Im one to find a positive in most places I review. This place though. First our room was over booked so when it was time to check in there was no room ready for us, mind you it was 5. My wife and I with our 3 kids. We were all tired from our trip and we needed a room to rest. I booked a room with 4 beds and they gave me a room with 3 beds and a roll out, smh! It was made clear to me that the room would be cleaned on the 3rd day and it wasnt. We came back from a long day at disney to trash, wet towels, messy beds again smh! On the second day i request for the trash to be taken out and frrsh towels, we got the towels but the trash was still sitting there. I only gave the 2 stars becaits a nice looking hotel but to be honest i regret my stay at the radisson blu. Shouldve gone back to the Hilton.
Radisson Blu Anaheim4 days, 3 nightsI really wanted to like this place.I walked in with lowered expectations because of Covid. I already knew they were understaffed, and that my room wouldnt be cleaned until my 3rd day. I was fine with all that and was excited to hit the rooftop pool!First impressions were that the hotel was stylish and lovely. I was excited, smiling and happy when we approached the front desk. The guy didnt greet us at all. No smile, no welcome, no hello. Just asked for our ID and credit card.It was a little off putting, but we shrugged it off and headed to the room.We had put in the reservation requests that it was my 40th birthday and we requested a room with any kind of view. A view of the park would be a bonus. We got a 2nd floor room, and when I looked out the window I had a perfect eye level view of the air conditioning system for the hotel. It was just under us, it was literally right there and completely ruined any other possible view we could have had. We had to keep the curtains shut the whole time to block it out.OK. I need a cocktail. Get some ice, pick up the ice tongs and stop quick! Theyre filthy. Crusty food all over them. Gross.Ill use my hands, at least theyre clean.Go upstairs, the saltwater pool is small but awesome👌. Nice music, chill vibe, great views, sofa lounges, fire pits, cool bathrooms...no bar. Doesnt open till 5 when most people are done swimming. We noticed while we were up there that we had been charged a $400 deposit on the room and that rude kid at the front desk didnt bother to tell us about it!! People budget on vacations! You cant do that! It was back in the account the next day. Totally weird and unnecessarily made us worry.Went back down to my room for more drinks. Not even water available up there. By far, the pool was the best part of the hotel as its 21 and over, and the hotel was SWARMING with hundreds of teenage volleyball players for some meet up.In the lobby, the elevators, the halls, and the restaurant was constantly full to the point where as a regular guest, you just didnt want to go in there, but it was closed for their private events anyway.Which leaves you the little cafe for breakfast options, because the only restaurant in the immediate vicinity was an old burger joint. The restaurant upstairs was closed for breakfast, and closed by the time we got back from the parks in the evening. That cafe was the other only good thing about this hotel. They were polite, friendly, attentive, and actually seemed to care about guests experiences. On the first night, we go to lie down and my boyfriend says his pillow stinks like armpits...Gross. Makes us wonder if they changed the bedding at all after the last guest 🤔.We were woken up at 5:30 a.m. by an automated wakeup call leftover by the previous guests to stay in the room.We finally complain the next morning, and are given vouchers for the cafe, and the bar upstairs. The voucher is good for a drip coffee and a snack. We cant use the bar vouchers because were at the parks when theyre open.I also asked if they would just mind grabbing my trash as my small cans were overflowing.Trash was not collected.Second night: were awoken by the same wake-up call.We make sure its turned off this time. More vouchers. Great.Third night: We go to the park, come back in the evening to a hot room. AC is broken. Were so over this place.Call down..wind up doing a back and forth with them trying to fix it on their end, its not fixed, call back again 3 times. I wind up going down there exhausted in my bathrobe. The lady already had key cards and informed me we were changing rooms.I told her we are checking out early to go to the airport, are tired, and our stuff is everywhere. We wound up throwing all our stuff haphazardly in suitcases and moving down the hall. She comes up and hands us more vouchers AND a card for 50% off our next stay. Lol.We wont be returning.
Exceptionally upgraded new hotel! We had an awesome stay and very close to Disney!
Would give a zero star if that was possible. Dont waste your money
They added 25 for parking shoulda been included. Front desk employee zero guidance or direction on how to activate elevators . They didnt state everything was closed except ground level floor. A/C wasnt working needed engineer. Fridge warm. Sorta garbage for $255 to spend the night. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND. The 3 times i went to front desk they made it feel like i was bothering them. They neex to learn customer service.
Very nice manager very nice staff in the ladies that are very nice are bussers and people I work with from their my company and just a really great place and fortunately I was not feeling really well they kind of knew something was up button right I hurt my knee is jumping off the bus back home to LA Register personal LA Care by star great place to work Oakland new future Ill be at work at again what theyre going to near future hopefully
Place is so sick... You better be a guest if your parking in the parking garage there... Security is ON it!
Amazing view. Awesome staff. Fair drink and food prices. Always a super fun experience!!
Too much to stay not a good experience. but ending ok.
Need outdoor bathrooms. But a nice hotel.
I don’t usually write review unless it’s super bad! Their check in on the website said 12pm, we showed up at 2 pm and the front desk said check in time is at 4pm. We came back at 4 and she said the room was not ready for another 20 minutes. We waited in the lobby for another 20 minutes and she said it was still not ready, we told her to call us when it’s ready and we went to eat. No call and no one picks up the phone when we called. We came back at 7pm and it still wasn’t ready!!! we finally got our room at 7:30pm! Ruined our plans for the day. Do not stay at this hotel!!!
Awaful check in time. An no reason to the long waite
They haven’t promised to check in the time they said with you on their policy and they haven’t no room when you check in . They asking wait for 30 mins but when i come back 1 hour they still have no room available for me I waiting from 4pm to 6pm to get the room. They broken what they promised what they said with us. Unprofessional and poor customer services. Smoke alarm has covered by plastic bag when I check in.
Extremely pleased with our stay! We will definitely stay here again.
Hotel is great staff is less that desirable.
Awesome place.. Recommend 100%
This hotel was the worst of all. Not one staff member cared about what my family went through for our stay. They don’t care about anything. So sad. I will never go back and I will for sure let all my friends and people know don’t EVER book your stay here. Book somewhere else and not here. Stay away from this hotel.
New hotel great location
Poor service, we could not get anyone to call us back after emailing and leaving several messages with sales to book our wedding. Not a great experience at all.
It was great only one restaurant was open which is not good because everybody dont eat that type of food but overall the restaurant was great the employees were great will be returning in the near future
Food terrible need hiring goodChef! I ask everything fromThe scratch not answering 👎👎👎👎👎
Food excellent... Staff excellent... Service excellent
Awful experience! Arrived to check in at 8 pm, they had over booked, the room I reserved wasnt available, and none of the rooms were cleaned yet. The staff at the front were either not trained well or a bull dozer when talking to people. The coffee pot had a used Pod left in it, so after waiting an hour for my room to be cleaned, turns out it wasnt really cleaned.
Really nice pools.
Very neat and fantastic
Wrost customer service with NO courtesy or professionalism. Last stay ever. I would there was a NO star review.
Late check-in and did not accommodate an early check-in.
Amazing rooftop pool
Nice hotel.
A reserved room was not ready when I arrived at 10:00 PM. Housekeeping had to clean the reserved room. Breakfast was not worth going leaving the room.
