I am saddened that they will be leaving this location for 30 years my mother, father and us kids and grandchildren came every weekend during Oktoberfest. Great memories. My mother and father were the first on dance floor and the last it kept them going her at 89 and him at 90 they loved to dress in there German attire.

This past Saturday, I was fortunate enough to attend a reunion of Disneyland cast members, most of us retired now, and rarely do we get an opportunity to get a bunch of us together, especially with COVID cases so high last year. I want to thank the Phoenix Club for having such a great venue, large enough for all of us, and for all of the terrific food! There was a marvelous variety, & the desserts we so yummy! The staff kept everything clean & full. A special thanks to bartender Zachariah, who did a great job! I hear that the Phoenix Club may be moving up to Brea, which I must say is fabulous for me, since I live in that city! Ein Prosit! 🌺

Great vibe. Pub was like a taste of Europe. Food was great! Lots of beers to try out. I took my mom and sister because my mom loves German food. It reminds her of her parents. It was a great Saturday afternoon after The Phoenix Club!

I understand you didn’t make any money from Oktoberfest last year but this year you are gouging people for a $10 beer absolutely ridiculous

Great service, food and drinks. Its the prefect place of you want authentic German food. They have seating inside and outside. Its definitely a place to try. And for what you pay you get a decent amount of food. They also have s kids menu so its a place you can come with if you want to bring your whole family.

October fest was great. The band, food and beer are awesome!

Delicious, fresh food and great outdoor dining. We sat in the beautiful cazebo. The pretzels and the cheese were a hit, along with the sides.

Man how Ive missed some good German food. Dining al fresco was quite enjoyable with some surprise live entertainment as well. I had the schweinschniztel, a pretzel and apple strudel and must say, other than the pretzel which was quite ordinary, it all came off as quite authentic and delicious. Definitely a great place to bring the family or a date.

Great experience! The food and beer are a must, Ive been to other and this one is really good. They have a lot of open seating and the music and food and beer is good. Make sure you bring cash since every transaction is in cash. The ppl there and security are really cool and will help you out with any questions you have. overall is good

Great place to enjoy outdoor dining and drinks. Food was really good for our banquet. Service was mediocre. Really needed more staff to refill waters etc.

We went during Oktoberfest, but chose the restaurant rather than the tent. Weve eaten in most of the Southern California German restaurants and this is the best of all that we tried. The sauerbraten was unusually good. There was an raisin bread that we had not seen before that we all enjoyed. One of the beers offered was black beer. It really was black in color, but the flavor was not strong. The apple strudel could have used more apple and less raisins.

Excellent assistance! When it comes to any food you like, this restaurant was the finest to visit. Theyre going to cook it new for you. The level of service they offered was fantastic! I am highly impressed by how they treated the operation professionally and without any problems at all. So many thanks to all of you! Well-done work, guys.

The food was excellent, authentic and very affordable. Glad to have found this hidden gem.The Schnitzel was huge, see pictures and the Rouladen were perfectly tender.

I pass the Phoenix Club about once a week but not usually during the hours when theyre open. Today was different and I had a small reason to celebrate so I stopped off for a snack and a nice, cold, tall glass of dark Köstritzer beer. Always nice to take a break and relax with good food and brew.

Constant party at the Phoenix Club during Octoberfest! We went right before a Ducks game since its walking distance and had a couple of beers. Very fun adult and kid friendly environment...dress up so you fit in!

As GERMAN AS IT GETS.One of the best GERMAN restaurants in Southern California. Has banquet facilities and outdoor dining. Very good food. Service is great. They naturally have a large selection of beer.Facilities are clean. Lots of parking. A giant swamp cooler to keep the patio cool.

We love The phoenix Club. Happy hour is a great deal with amazing authentic German food! We had a couple of snotty waitresses in the pass, but we keep going back for the beer and food.

I loved this place from the minute I walked in. It was around brunch, place had regulars which says a lot. The food was delicious, service was courteous and fast, and the beers were cold.Definitely try the apple strudel!

I love this place. Having lived in Germany and enjoyed the food there, I can honestly say this place offers some of the most authentic German food around. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and the beer is almost as perfect as it is when I visit Germany.

Making the most of an eclectic menu, we got ourselves a wide set of dishes, each of which nearly disappeared soon after making an appearance.and steak stood out as clear favorites, the food and service overall, were excellent.Their first come first served approach doesnt make it easy but this place is worth visiting and repeating.

Food is ok, but service is unorganized, therefore slow, I had to ask for tabasco sauce twice to two different waiters, and it took forever for one of them to bring it to our table. My first and last visit, all my guest (3 more prople) had the same opinion. I took a very small cake for my sons birthday, they were going to charge me a $5.00 USD cutting fee, of course I agreed to pay for the fee, well... we waited and waited, and Noone showed up to cut the cake. We end up leaving due to we felt ignored.. I had to cut my miniature cake on the parking lot,, because we all live in different cities, and we all were far from our home.. Sad experience for my sons birthday.

Phoenix Club hosts a great, family friendly Oktoberfest. I have a 7 month old son and it was the perfect place for a family outing. I have attended similar events in the past that would not have been suitable for children, but it was nice to be able to do something that I enjoy while feeling like my son was in a safe and family friendly environment. Great food and drinks!

If you crave authentic German food, this is the place. I thought nowhere could be better than The Amanas in Iowa, but I was mistaken. Best German meal Ive had outside of Munich!

My company hosted their holiday party at this location. It was a great time. We were in the Pavilion room which was easy to get to at the back of the facility. Overall experience was pretty favorable. The room was a bit toasty and once the party was over departing out of the overly packed parking lot a little trying, but all in all it was a Great night

We enjoy to go out. Last night we went to this excellent place which friends told us about. We enjoyed a lovely experience there with fine dishes and an efficient stuff and a great chef. We added this venue in our phone list and we shall no doubt return soon. Highly recommended.

Had a gathering of six (4 adults, 2 teens) for Farthers day dinner. Weve been there before and the food was awesome... This time, the overall experience was a 4 out of 10. We ordered from the menu and the food was lacking in quality this trip.. Service was no better...had to get up and go seek out our waitress for missing items that were part of the dinners.... Girl in yellow dyed hair needs a new profession.. It was my idea to go to the Phoenix Club but it ended up being a $230 mistake.. I apologized to my guest.. BTW:Im not bitter, just disappointed... Those employees really dropped the ball this one day..

Went there for a conference meeting. Buffet lunch served was delicious and well organized. Conference room was spacious with comfortable chairs & tables. Coffee, tea & water were readily available & continually refilled. Restrooms were always kept cleaned & well supplied during the conference. Very efficient staff.

I celebrated my birthday last night in this excellent restaurant. Well we enjoyed a astonishing evening and the restaurant was undoubtedly one of the reasons for that fruitful evening. Good location right off the freeway. Nice big ballroom for a banquet style meeting/ gathering. A pavilion for smaller groups. The food selections are variable and pretty tasty. Good sized bar for a refreshment or a quick bite to eat.

I will give 5 starts for the food in a heart beat.But service is not that great. A server called Robbin is slow and rude. Unbelievable that managers let a rude server by herself on a busy day. Too sad!!When they Change the way they treat people, I will certainly place a 5 star here, Because for sure good deserves it.
