This is one of the most convenient services Ive come across. I dont like my mailbox being filled up with unnecessary mail and this gives me the option to only receive the important documents, bills, etc. I get a notification showing what I received and if I want it forwarded to my mailbox or not. Its easy to use, inexpensive, and extremely conducive for me. Great service!

PostScan has an amazing service that has streamlined my ability to check my mailbox from anywhere in the world with the click of a button.As someone that travels often, it is often inconvenient for me to check a PO Box, or have a friend stop by my house and pick up my mail while I am gone. PostScans virtual mailbox has made my life easier, and it is so easy to set up. I sent them my notarized postal consent form, forwarded my mail to PostScan, and let them handle sorting through the piles of junk mail and circulars.I receive an email when any of my mail is delivered, they open it, sort it, and scan it for me, and I can view it at my leisure - what an amazing concept! Once I am notified of my mail delivery, I can decide if it should be shredded or forwarded, and I can sort my mail in folders in my digital mailbox.They have amazing customer support and they have very competitive pricing. To me, this is the postal solution I have been looking for!I would recommend their service to anybody!

I am very disappointed with the service we are receiving from PostScan Mail. We are travelling the USA and chose this company to collect our mail and packages, notify us of their arrival and then forward the mail onto our current address. There is always a problem with our mail!The most worrying was 2 packages containing important medication and my MBA text books, worth quite a lot of money. They were confirmed by FedEx as delivered to Post Scan Mail, however the center could not find them. 2 weeks later the packages were found and we were promised to be shipped overnight to our location. After three days the packages were still sitting at Anaheim and had not been posted.When dealing with the customer service department, we are given the care factor zero treatment. Our calls are never returned. When you want to escalate a complaint the supervisors are never available and do not call you back. As you can imagine this is very frustrating and worrying, when you are trying to get hold of important documents or parcels. There is no one there who wants to help you. Also when we finally spoke to the supervisor, we were lied to, just to try and get us off the phone.With our past 7 months experience with Post Scan Mail we have experienced this unprofessional, rude and disorganized service on 3 separate occasions.With a mail collection and forwarding service you want reliability, safe keeping and prompt service. None of which we have experienced with Post Scan Mail. Its too risky having our mail forwarded here, so we will be taking our business elsewhere.My advice, if you care about your mail and use someone else!

I love this company! I travel a lot for work and it gets hard at times to keep track of all my mail. Now, I dont have to worry or second guess myself about whether or not I received something. I get a notification letting me know when anything has arrived.The fact that I dont have the hassle of having to shred my mail because PostScan Mail has an option for that is a bonus!I have even gotten my family to become customers and they cannot stop talking about it.If I could rate PostScan Mail higher I would!!

I have been a customer of PostScan Mail for about 2 years now. There service just gets better and better! I must take time to write about there exceptional customer service!! This is such a lost cause in so many businesses, that I am so pleased to speak to a human when I have questions, but yet I get one who really goes out of there way to help! Even if the prices were higher than the competitors out there, (which it isnt) I would stay because of how helpful they are. I’m so satisfied with PostScan Mail! I did some research and I found ou that what the company offered would match exactly what I needed.After their excellent customer support and the fair cost comparing to the competitors I decided to signed up and rent a mailbox box with them. I had to send a notarized postal consent form to them so I could be able to receive all of my mail and package deliveries at their facility, simple process.PostScan Mails interface is also very simple to navigate and you are able to open and scan, shred or recycle your mail. When you are traveling or away from your home office, you are able to forward important mail and package deliveries to yourself.You receive an email notification whenever you receive any new mail, once the contents of your mail are scanned the system automatically sends you a PDF and you can also log into your account and organize everything into folders.Now I feel that it has been so much easier for me and my company as I’m more traveling around the world than staying in my home. It’s totally convenient, safe and worth it!

90% of my mail doesnt arrive, ever. Forget about debit/credit cards and checks, those dont arrive 99% of the time. They are supposed to be on top of their game but they arent and they couldnt care less. They have some sort of broken system where USPS forward the mail form their po box to the Anaheim headquarter but that happens almost never and in the process half mail gets lost or stolen and sent back for whatever reasons, either the USPS doesnt like that a po box is used for a million people or the office doesnt like to process too much mail and they get rid of half of it. Its a shame because the idea of a real po box address (not a commercial address) where they scan your email is unique and fantastic. Unfortunately they just dont make it work. They should physically go at least once a week to open the po box and dont wait for the USPS to forward the mail. If a letter does miraculously arrive for you in the hands of PostScanMail and they decide to notify you, expect that letter to be 3 weeks late and expect it to be all permanently ruined by the person who process it with bunch of numbers and stickers because they refuse to use stickers that you can peel off later on and they also refuse to use pencil that you could erase later on.

I learned about postscan mail when I was leaving for new york for a couple of months. I live in California and I started obsessing over my mail especially that my sweet neighbor who normally takes care of it wasn’t around. Wow, I really wish anyone told me about it earlier. This filtering feature is outstanding. Junk mail has totally disappeared from my life and to them I’m grateful. They get rid of it without bothering me. I came back from new york and I still enjoy the service. Others are sorting my mail and I receive online notifications. It just feels great. Thumbs up :)

I was skeptical in the beginning because I had a bad experience with an Hispanic customer associate but Helmy the CEO is absolutely fantastic. He is a good man who will try to accomodate your needs should you have issues. Dont be afraid to escalate if something needs attention, he will help you and fix everything that needs to be fixed.

Not recommended. This is the second online mailbox I have had. Significant software issues as well as non compatibility with mobile devices were issues from the beginning.

They were slow to respond to my messages. It is difficult to get someone on the phone because they are very busy.

Sadly they do not have a real street address for Los Angeles, only a Po Box. For users who need a place to ship (and pick up) packages in LA a Po Box wont work.

Im from Egypt and PostScan Mail helped me to shop from store which dont ship out of the US. All I had to do is to ship to my PostScan Mail US address then forward to my address in Egypt.
