Small business owner. Also sells water and other miscellaneous items. They also do finger prints and PO boxes. Employees include the owner and his son so if there are other customers you may have to wait a while but they are very nice and helpful.

Mr Omer very helpful and respectful, what ever you want you will find it there, sometime going there to ask about the shipping and business and he like to answer and advice no matter what even sometime when he busy. Thank you sir.

If i could give 0 starts i would!This place is messy, a disaster but worst is it’s disappointing. The guy at the front desk was very rude and seemed a little off. Maybe under the influence of some sort. (No judgement) but you could be a little kind and patient. Maybe even acknowledge your gust.

This is THE WORST EXPERIENCE of my life, I have sent a package (an album) to Philippines 3 MONTHS AGO they charged me even more because “first class service” and the package has been stuck in LA for 3 MONTHS. I contacted USPS about it and they only “can’t give further details” about it. This is the WORST place and service.

Came to pick ups a U-Haul here at the postal place. Yes, you heard it. U-Haul. But they also have, notary, water, kinck knacks and whatever else you might be in need of.Our customer service guy was very pleasant and explained our truck wasnt present to pick up because the person who previously rents the truck hadnt returned it yet. He apologized and kindly sent to us to another location that had a truck.I recommend this place.

Everything you need under one roof. Owner is present every time I visit and is eager to help. U-Haul rentals, key cutting, printing, banners, mail boxes, shipping, moving supplies, even fancy alkaline water. Sign is hard to see from Magnolia, so you have to look closely to see it. Southeast corner of Magnolia and Crescent, look for the U Haul trucks. Will refer friends for sure.

Ive always dealt with the owner and hes always been on point with his customer service and prices, he even knocked some prices down because i didnt have the cash to cover the tab. very kind. i recommend this place 100%

Rented a U-haul truck. This foreign fellow tried to rip me off via overcharges and a doctored invoice. He tried to gouge for extra miles, and extra day, and 80 dollars for 1/4 tank of gas. He altered the contract and demanded the extras. Luckily, I found the copy I made of my original contract that proved he was trying to rip me off and probably put the money in his pocket. Notifying U-haul and never setting foot in there again.

Rented a u haul from this place, Omar the owner tried to say I drove the truck over 100 miles. I dropped of the truck after hours and he tried to pull a fast one on me. good thing I took a pic odometer at end of night. I have opened a formal complaint with U Haul and American Express to dispute charges.Sam Pina

I go here quite often to fax, print or make copies. I usually deal with the owner. Hes a quiet man & some might say rude...I guess I choose to view his personality in a different way! The owner has always been very kind to me & has always treated me with respect. There has been a couple occassions where Ive been in to fax or to make copies for urgent matters & didnt have the exact dollar amount to pay. Both these times the owner either put in the money for me or he just overlooked it and said not to worry about it. To me, thats a man with a kind heart despite everyone elses bad comments! The owner went out of his way to accomadate me when he didnt have to. Im a true believer of treating others the way youd like to be treated! I will continue to use this location for all my postal needs and despite the bad reviews Ive had nothing but help from this place!

Waited outside for about a half hour waiting for someone to come in because they said they were open and no one is coming in. Either change your hours or get workers who come in when they’re supposed to.

Service is horrible. Prices are not posted. Once service is completed they inflate the price that was never posted or disclosed when asked. Do not use this place.
