Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. If you don’t want you car to get the windows smashed or your nice car stolen find something else don’t get me wrong the place is nice and cozy but there’s nothing secure in here at all I totally regret moving here. This hood rats 🐀 don’t have respect for your personal belongings

If I could give this complex 10 stars,I would. I have been a resident since feb.19th,2021. The COMPLEX is VERY clean and beautifully landscaped. The pool and spa are both cleaned and the water is crystal clear, facilities well kept. GREAT JOB Maintenance and grounds crew. Julio,Paige,and Kate(when she was here) are some of the BEST Property Managers Ive ever encountered..Very professional, and accommodating. Not only are they business oriented,buy care about us as tenants. It is VERY apparent that each tenant that resides here is very carefully selected because the complex is quiet and at peace 24/7. Its a really cool place to live, there is so much space and there is this jungle to visit.

I am a resident at the Villager and its been a pleasant experience. Management has been responsive and kind. Maintenance is fast and thorough. Everything i need on the property seems to be close by and easy to access, trash, laundry, mail box and so on. Living in my apartment at the Villager has been a quiet, cozy and comfortable experience. I also like that the manager offers a cup of coffee when I run into her in the mornings, makes me feel like my neighbors have been my neighbors for several years.. I really like it here!

One word. LANA. She is the best Apartment Manager! She goes above and beyond to get you the answers you need. She is just the sweetest! Maintenance is great as well. They always takes care of the repairs i request. The property is always nicely well kept. One day the laundry reload money machine broke down and they had it fixed within an hour. I havent had an issue here since i moved in, in October. Great Job Staff!

The management team is always gone. Many times 2 hours go by and no one is there to serve you. Manager walked in on us @ 4:30 am without notifying us 24 hours on paper prior to entry. Raised her voice meanwhile we were trying to wake up. Did not wait on door, just walked in. Still trying to figure out how to solve this civil matter. There are a lot of Laundry room issues when it comes down to the cards. It seems to be like the place is falling apart! Plumber issues all the time. Its very disappointing. At night; there are children and people walking around screaming after 10:00 p.m. and the security company is never around to aid in that matter. Ongoing blower from gardeners @ 8:00 am on Saturdays.

I was there twice to visit my girlfriend. The maintenance workers are extremely unprofessional and their work shows it. Never in my life have I seen someone paint counter tops especially in the bathrooms. They paint the fiberglass showers .Air conditioners are from the 1970s along with the heater. This place is a damn shame. We tried to use the pool area but I guess its a private club for the elite members. The grills are disgusting because they are left with food still in them and they are always empty of propane. The laundry rooms are filthy, thats if they even work. This place needs a Board of Health inspection among other things. I highly recommend you dont rent here. There are plenty of places that will give you more for your money. This place is a DUMP!

I had a tour of the apartment and I was extremely impressed.

For the safety and peace of mind of your family, please do not rent an apartment here. I will try to make this as short as possible, but I would like to detail the traumatic incidents of theft that we’ve experienced at the Villager Apartment so no one else will have to go through this too.When my boyfriend and I returned from a weekend trip, we realized an envelope of cash we had not yet deposited had been stolen out of our bedroom dresser. This really shocked and scared me because there were no signs of forced entry. We had locked all doors and even barred our windows before leaving that weekend. I had no other option but to think that it was someone who worked for the apartment and had copies of the master keys.I went to report the theft to the apartment manager, Lana, the next day. She confirmed that she and maintenance have copies of the apartment keys. She suggested that I file a police report and insurance claim, which I did. She told me there was nothing much else she could do for me, so I asked to speak with someone from corporate about terminating my lease because I did not feel safe staying in the apartment anymore.Veronica from the corporate company, Arnel, finally agreed that we could leave the property, but we would still be responsible for rent up until they could find a new tenant. This being the best option we could get and feeling endangered staying at the apartment, we agreed and began moving out. We had moved most of our stuff, but decided to stay a last night to finish up. My car was parked in our usual car port. That next morning, I found 2 of my car windows smashed and several items stolen from my car.Again, I reported the incident to Lana; again, she told me there was nothing she could do. There are several cameras in the parking areas, but she never once offered to take a look at them. I filed another police report. When my boyfriend returned the next day to finish cleaning up, one man from maintenance told him that his car was also broken into. When I brought this up with Lana and Veronica, it was never addressed.In light of the emotional and financial stress these incidents have caused my boyfriend and I, I requested that we be prorated the days we were out of the apartment. Veronica assured me I would receive a refund in the mail. However, after taking my security deposit of $650 as well as the prorated amount of over $400, they are now attempting to bill me another $281.I sadly write this review in hopes that no one else will have to go through such a horrible experience. The apartment has done little to nothing to amend the situation and is now trying to take advantage of us because we opted to not do a walk through since we did not feel safe on the property any longer. Please do not put your family through the stress and trauma we went through.

Poor management and heavy transient traffic. Although it is a gated community, it is very easy for passersby to enter the property, rummage through trash, vandalize vehicles, etc. The lack of consistency and communication of the staff worsens this. I have seen 7+ people who call themselves manager throughout my 3 years. These managers lack basic training and management skills. They never take responsibility for what goes on here. I have had a parking tag stolen and manager #4 simple stated through me like I was a pane of glass. Arnel has no contact information to repost negligence by the on-site staff.I have regularly been overcharged for rent. Whenever I have fought this, it takes weeks of follow up to remedy.I regularly have roaches. Even the laundry room has roach infestation. This year, two dead rats were rotting on my patio for weeks before I could locate them by smell.This property is in an excellent location, but is not worth the hassle.I am VERY glad to be moving out.

Since I moved in its been a horrible ! A lot of homless walk around in between cars early in the morning Ive made several complaints and even called corporate and still nothing ever is done here! I got my mail box broken into my car broken into inside the complex thats safety Community for u and my carport storage broken into because no security or any maintenance upgrades ! The storage has old rusty locks hookups and thin old cheap doors ! And no one dose anything . Oh lets not forget the infestation of spiders and roaches in the vents 😅 newly remodeled apts do your research guys !!

And if you need your car doors to be opened by anonymous people in mid night you are welcome happened once to me, btw the property dont do anything about it.Though rare occurrence you get to meet roaches,bugs inside your home & develop some allergies because of laundry odors in the air around. After spending more than two years and paying lot $ as rent in sum, yet dont give security deposit showing small reasons its greedy for free money. Basic thing you need small expenditure maintenance if someone lives years, that is why we pay rent.This Property lack values and dont respect their tenants hard earned money.I am not only writing because they didnt give my security deposit, but also for some reason we were not Happy. And Security has been always a big concerning question. So had to leave this place. If you dont respect others money, it becomes pure business with no morals & no one will promote at the end its an ethical FAIL.Bottom line - When Values does not live everything wasted .

AMERICAN HORROR STORY: ARNEL ....Honestly where do I begin? This place has been a total and complete nightmare. We were infested with bugs crawling out of our walls. Infested with rats so bad we couldnt use our back yard. They even made their way under our bathroom and kitchen sinks. Then our carport was infested with bees.The water is constantly getting shut off. We had hot water pipes rupture under our floors and leak HOT water everywhere TWICE. Both times this happened we had to stay in a hotel so they could dig up our floors and repair the problem. Hotel costs were paid out of our own pocket. Plumbers replaced the pipes and left a huge hole open right outside our door both my 1 year old son and husband fell into. We contacted Arnel and never heard anything back. The only way arnel will ever speak to you is if they want money. If you have any issues you are completely out of luck. They absolutely do not care about their tenants. We gave them a months notice when we moved out and still havent heard anything back. Please please do not live here! Living here was the worst decision my husband and I ever made.

Ive learned over the years anywhere u live there are going to be some problems. I lived in S. OC gang was starting up down there. Ive had some problems here but it was addressed. It a very quite place to live . Everyone has there on opinion Also, there is two side to every stroy. The manager is very nice its a well kept apartment building. The people who work here lives here. My surrounding are very clean or else I wouldnt live here believe me I can livee somewhere else. We have new BBQ pitts there making upgrades as to the apartments when people move out.

A package was wrongfully delivered to the manager of this complex. Not saying it was her, she said she would check with the resident. When I called back and said I had to file a police report, she asked me if it was signed for, I said I didnt know. She said they have thefts constantly and no cameras on this side of the building. Sounds very unsafe!!!!

My brother lives there and its being a nightmare for him, he gets robed constantly its unsafe to live there, the houses across the street are full of gang members. There are few cameras and no security personnel. Very expensive with no trust.
