My family has lived here around 24 years because we love it here so much! I really recommend anyone to come here. Great service, great management, and lots of activities! You can go to the pool, jacuzzi, tennis court,gym, and even play billiards!

I lived here for 2 years and thought it was one of the best apartment complexes to rent a 2/1 apartment. The office staff was always helpful and informative. I only had to move because my daughter was going to a different high school. The maintenance staff also did repairs in a timely matter. The best thing about this property is how quiet it was. I worked overnights so I needed to sleep in the middle of the day, and never had a problem with noise. Miss this place already!

Ive lived here for almost 6 months now and so far its been pretty great. Management and maintence are both wonderful, there was few quick fixes I needed in my apartment and both times maintenance came that day to fix it, parking can be an issue sometimes but management is always very understands and has taken action with any complaints. Temporary guest parking can be hit or miss but I often have friends over and they rarely have a difficulty. The amenities are great and its cute property, its close enough to many freeways which is good if you drive a lot like me. The apartments are very spacious and clean. Apartment living always has its unique quirks, but so far Ive enjoyed living here!

Terrible place. Theres no parking. Ever. Regardless of whether or not you live there. Walls are very thin, you can hear everything outside and your neighbors as if they were right next to you. I lived there for about 3 months and left.

I loved living in these apartments! The office staff and management are amazing! I had issues with a bad roommate and they really worked with and helped me!! The maintenance staff also amazing! They treated me like I was family! Im very sad to leave but hopefully I will be back!

This is my second review after two years. They have improved a lot. Clean laundary, prompt maintenance on request, wonderful office staff (Stacy) and workers . Manager is really nice and noble person. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends.Although little costly and limited guest parking spots is an issue.

These people are crooks! They asked us for $1,100.00 deposit. Our credit score was 680. We left the apartment clean and top condition. We had no kids or pets. We lived there for a year. We had to leave one month early because this place sub rents to people who come to Anaheim to go to Disneyland! We used to hear 6-15 people upstairs and their noise. Groups coming and going to Disneyland and airport. These people have no respect for anyone. They need their apartments rented and do not care about the current residents there.Yes, the laundry rooms are expensive and always broken.Now we expected at least $300.00 out of our deposit, we even washed the carpet before we moved out. No holes on the walls, no damages. Bathrooms cleaned and kitchen cleaned. But they used up all of our deposit and we ended up paying for gas? Those apartments have no gas. Utilities? New Carpet? Even for towel rails? When the apartment was left in great condition. So we ended up owing $472.00. When we already had paid utilities prior to leaving. Everything is dirt cheap electric appliances. I mean real cheap.With all the sub-rentals there is no parking, vans come in and out to pick up tourists. Parking is horrible. One time we had to wait 3 and half hours to find a spot.Pool wise, all the people from the apartments in front of the Parkewood Village go in there all the time.Crooks! Crooks! Crooks! Bad place to live. Better not deal with them! We are happy we moved out. Imagine - they eat up the deposit on false things to replace and leave you with a $472.00 to pay!

Beautiful apartment complex with great amenidies SO close to places like Disneyland, Anaheim Angeles Stadium and local breweries. The staff is courteous and knowledgable. Very impressed.

Im living here from 14 months ago, and I have plan to stay for next year. I have one bedroom with 822 square feet. It is really spacious.There are very nice people in the office of building:Manager and all workers.I changed my appartment to a more expensive one,with same price that I had on my contract. They even transfered my deposit completely after 8 months. They are ready for helping as much as they can.We have always clean and quite area. I like everything in this building.

Ive been here a year now, and it was Better than what I expected, to be honest hahaThe parking was better than I expected, the rent Well Priced for the Size of the apartment (which is pretty Huge for a 1Bedroom) & the Amenities you get, Well Maintained & Clean, and the staff has been Great. Stacey & Erika are Sweethearts; Very Helpful & Nice. Maintenance was on top of the service request whenever we submitted them.So All & All, Parkewood Village has 2ThumbsUp from me =)

This place sucks! Neighbors are loud and inconsiderate with your belongings. American cockroaches everywhere and seems many neighbors dont care or actually welcome roaches with doors wide open.Management is ok except for lazy manager with bad attitude. Never follows up on anything he says he will. He purposely doesnt answer phone after 4:50 or 4:55 so he can go home on time at 5pm. Yells at residents or customers if you try to even ask a question at 4:59pm.Stray cats everywhere and David the manager just sits on desk doing nothing. I think he just surfs websites all day and get minimal work done while he makes associates do all the work.Stray cats sleep on cars, pee on them and scratch paint as they slide off side of car or walking on them.Maintenance is ok but half the time they are called the 2nd time to do the 1st job right and do it with bad attitude sometimes.People dont even play tennis and just lounge there being loud every night.Other residents using storage next to my parked car even scuffed the left front bumper but moved denies when I confronted after acknowledging he brushed it. Then says, you dont know me. While he is looking like a Hells Angel he claims he has integrity to admit if he did it.Utility charges are way expensive and they say because no way to monitor and you pay the proportion of the unit size and number of residents. 1 person in This 1/1 apt is more expensive than my old 2/2 apt.Dont rent here!!! Look somewhere else or at least until new manager or management.I forgot to mention, parking here sucks if you have a 2nd car or for any guest parking. Forget having more than 1 guests over because its too much of a hassle and you have to request a guest parking permit every time you have guests while my neighbors guest parks in front of my car everyday and I have to ask them to move it just so I can leave.People with dogs dont train them or know how to raise so most bark all day long and dont pick up after even when bags are supplied.12/18/18 - UpdateUnfortunately, I had to sign a renewal as moving would be more costly. But fortunately, things have improved. Dave did apologize before being let go last year and it seems management improved overall and everyone on staff are kind and friendly. Neighbors have improved with parking but management did ask residents not to park in car port areas for a long time or at all.Guest parking is still limited and very bad. hard to have guests over due to parking.The roach problem will never go away but can ask for pesticide treatment from management to keep roaches to a minimum but once in awhile they always get in through vent or pipes.Stray cats are still a problem when sleeping on your car and leaving scratch marks when climbing on and off your car. The same cat that sleeps on my car from time to time since I first moved here just slept on my car last week when it rained. Need to scare it by chasing away and spray cat repellent around car to prevent it from sleeping on car for at least 1 month then back it comes.Due to some management improvements but same roach and cat problems, raised rating from 1 star to 2 stars.

This place is so fithy I broke my lease and moved out. I thought at first it was just the usual apartment living but I was so mistaken. This place is full of roaches and Ive seen rats also on the property. Spiders here are massive. Not mice but rats. Thought it was a baby possum but it was a rat!!! Then I saw another right by it. Nasty !Their bug problem is just out of hand. They have no control of the bugs that own that property.Theres gangs in the neighborhood and also lots of tweekers as well. One of my neighbors got their bike stollen of the 2nd floor balcony. That guy climbed up into their 2nd story balcony and actually took their bike at like 2 in the morning while they were asleep in their place. He could of went into their apartment for crying out loud.There has been so many vehicle breakins as well. They keep doing it cause the management does nothing to prevent it. As well as other stuff.Management...shady and uselessThe maintenance staff... Poor workmanship and clueless.The laundry rooms are tiny and the machines are so old and most if them dont even work.The gates are always broken and open so it being gated doesnt mean anything. Tresspassers all the time.If you like to smoke marijuana this is the place to be. So many people that live there smoke pot there that you can get 2nd hand smoke and get high just walking through the complex. They have a problem with that there. Feel sorry for the kids.Parking...roflTheres a huge dirt field right behing the complex and I looked over the wall just to take a look and saw about 25 gang members going at it like crazy.This is not a safe or clean environment for anyone to live in.You think thats bad? Check the national data base of all the regesterd sex offenders in that are and those are just the ones who have registered themselves. OMG :oThis place sucks :(

Staff are not professional at all, apt is not well maintain they are just looking how to screw you over.

Over priced apartments trust me Im a tenant here! Just keep searching for more apartments online and it will pay off. Theres always problems with laundry, maintenance and especially PARKING!!!!

We dont have any issue with management, but big problem with roaches and very small fitness center
