I lived here with my wife from April 2018 to March 2020 and it was a great first apartment for us newlyweds. If we ever had any utility or pest issues, the manager (Rosario Lapé) was amazing about getting things fixed within a day, if not same-day. She actually lives on-site, and is very accessible.I would (and have) recommended a friend to live here. Great price for the square-footage and amenities, great manager, and quintessential California architecture/landscaping.
