I have been sing Victory Cargo for few years and I have always been satisfy with their service. At times it takes a bit longer but most of the time is reasonable but most important to me is the condition of how my items arrived. I have enven send a TV and I can only say it arrived in perfect condition.I will continue using them for the time being.

I use to like victory cargo but I learned the hard way why the wont accept insurance on there shipments. I sent a 40 inch tv to my wife in Dumaguete. Its been 4 months now and Erick at victory cargo wont answer my calls or text messages and there contact in Manila also wont reply to me.So you know they stole my tv or sold it to someone. They are crooked people and dont deserve to be used. I will report them to the Federal trade Commission and the Better business Bureau. This company really sucks but I still do biz with them...sounds stupid, right?Coz it costs $54.00 for a Jumbo bbx 2Metro Manila if U deliver (no box traded), darn.But if U let them pick up your box then itll cost $65 and they will give U a box(if U buy the box, they charge $6.00 for it *still making a buck for a box). Hence, its pretty much the same...Eric, the owner feels like he can bluff every customer with his different alibis (ie, whenever there are delays then hed use DHS inspection as an alibi,whenever your box is not taped properly then hed reject it or hed charge U extra and say that all boxes are arranged properly...something like that.AND he doesnt even have any Social Relations at all, not even a little mercy to even give U a courtesy replacement box).Bottomline, I wont get surprised if this company folds up...but hey, Im saving a few dollars. At least its reliable that my bbx gets delivered even though there is delay a few times even they claim that the Pinas delivery people is theirs too (its obviously subcontracted though its just another lie by them).
