Not very customer service friendly, very unwilling to allow for any sort of changes to the shipment. Dispatch doesnt respond to inquiries. One would think they would be more accommodating to long term customers.

Also tied to Fresno, they dictate a lot of nonsensical behavior that make customers uncomfortable. Get your act together.
