Narendra took the initiative to inform me what the lowest shipping price would be for an international package. He made sure to minimize the amount of packing material I was using to save me money, and he also used the packing materials I brought without trying to sell me his supplies. My sister needed me to return flu vaccines from her clinic the next day with a UPS return label, so I knew where to go. Narendra packaged it all up, and I didnt have to tape it with my own supplies, like I always do at the official shipping retailers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HEREI use this place to drop off my UPS packages a lot. Today, I forgot to print return label and the Indian guy told me I can do it for you. He didnt say he would charge. He asked me to forward the label to his email. After he printed and asked me to pick it up, he charged me $2! One piece of paper!! I will not drop any package here again!!

We used this service to ship an antique leaded glass window across country. It was inadequately packed and arrived damaged. We purchased the additional insurance and have sent pictures of the damage and information from glass companies that it ca not be repaired. They refuse to pay and now do not respond to calls or emails. Do not use this service! They are incompetent and the additional coverage the sell is a scam.

I had a very expensive set of Cartier China I needed shipped to Florida Narendra did an amazing job of packing it and it was shipped fast! I will use PakMail for all of my packing and shipping needs in the future and recommend you do the same!
