I would not go here even if they would do the scans for free.The guy who does the service is very rude. Being rude is unprofessional to me. Luckily, I ended up going somewhere else. Check the google reviews under california live scan (all small letters) in Anaheim. Its the same company with same address. Please avoid going to the address 1811 W Katella Ave. The place has horrible reviews. I wish I had seen that before.

If you use LiveScan, use anyone other than this place. Really poor customer service. Had an apppointment at 1pm, showed up over 30 minutes early and than threw a temper tantrum and left when we were not ready for him by 12:45. When you have an appointment at 1pm you really should stay until then as that is when people are scheduled for. This guy should not be able to work with the public.

I came in for livescan. The owner does not know what to do with livescan. Crossed out my livescan request sheet and very rude person. Do not waste your time. Does not do the work. My friend went in and had arguement with the owner. He charges $20 for his service not $15 to $20. Beware!!!

The place provide horrible service! The guy serves there has no professional manner at all, I thought he was going to assault me, and I was ready to call police! Maybe in their culture they treat people like that!Dont go there...horrible place!
