Called and set up appointment. Emailed form and was in and out in under 5 mins. Very professional. Took longer to find building than the appointment. Building is directly after Allstate insurance building. Plenty of parking in rear of building.

Adam was extremely helpful in a very stressful situation – my wife and I called him 8minutes before closing time and explained to him the need to get a scan that same day (Friday). Adam agreed to keep the store open for us and was extremely gracious as we battled traffic to get to him. He was professional, fast and very kind and understanding. The process was quick and easy. Thank you Adam for going out of your way to help people – that’s the true essence of customer service.

Quick and easy. A little difficult finding the building due to google. It’s the big white building across from the animal clinic.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I tend to see this type if hateful reviews with businesses ran by individuals with accents. This guy is strictly business. Does his job and does it thoroughly. Straight to the point. I was in and out in like 15min. Addressed me as sir. Said please and thank you. No attitude like some other places ran by people that speak perfect English.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! These guys have no customer skills. Don’t waste your time and look for a better place where you’ll be treated with respect and consideration. I don’t know how someone can be so rude over the phone with a prospective customer. At this place they work as if the customer were an enemy. Look for another place where they have a sane person to answer the phone.

Horrible and rudeJust went to the closest Live Scan location to my home. I wish I would not have and had read the review prior. Indian Couple running the place was rude. The equipment they have is old and the owners made me do everything myself. Worthless. I recommend going somewhere else.

Glad I didnt read the reviews before calling. Found them on DOJ website. Called the number listed and they answered right away. The man has an ascent, but it was not hard to understand him. I called at 2:20 and was in by 3:00. He explained everything he was doing step by step, had me double check all info before sending it and had me finished in no time. A great experience overall. He even wore a face mask and gloves due to the covid19 problem. He also has one of the lowest rolling fees around. The building is a little old and showing its age, but his office is clean and has A.C. Great experience overall and would recommend to anyone needing a live scan done.

Was told to call this company for a life scan for the school district and the owner of this company is a complete a hole! Do not waste your time calling this company they are so rude and disrespectful and he hung up on me when asking for the cost.

SUPER RUDE!!!Imade an appointment for live scan over the phone with the guy. I couldnt hear him clearly on the phone a few times, so I asked him to repeat and he sounded very upset. When I came in, I gave him the instructions from my application for live scan then he said he doesnt need it. Okay!! Then I asked him please let me check the information before submitting because if its wrong, I would have to pay another $75 and my application will be delayed also. He put my first name and middle name wrong and wouldnt let me explain why it was wrong even though he typed it straight from my form with typed first and middle name clearly. He made a big deal out of it and ripped my receipt off and said go somewhere else. He stood up and tried to get me out of his office when I was still in awe why correcting the information on the laptop so hard for him. He said he has been doing this business for 11 years and I shouldnt tell him what to do. I have done live scan a few times already and none of them was this bad. Please dont come here if you dont wanna pay extra money for the service that you pay but get it done wrong and get frustrated later. And the building where this office located is kind of shady.

Total sketchy place with a sketchy guy. I went to do a simple finger scan, had a couple questions and the jerk told me I was wasting his time. I started feeling like it was a scam and didnt want to take a chance on ID fraud! Save yourself time and spend an extra five bucks at the police station or the OC sheriff… Much safer!

Very rude staff. This guy screamed at me over the phone when I asked the difference between rolling fee and the full price. When I asked to cancel the appointment, he said nothing is free and hung me up without saying goodbye. Im not asking for this to be free? I spoke to him in a polite manner, and this is how they treat customers, like trash. This is not how you supposed to do business. Very disappointed by the attitudes that they show to customers.

After getting a call from my gf explaining how rude this guy was to the point that he hung up on her, I had to experience it for myself. When I called and requested a manager, he said he was the manager. So after asking for an explanation as to why he was rude to my gf, he proceeded to scream colorful profanity at me before hanging up. This guy is angry at life. He needs to take a trip to Disneyland or something.

How about being open like you advertise you are. And how about having a working phone line.Wasted my time to come here only to have the door be locked and the phone number out of order.This is how not to run a business.Do not give this place your business.

Do not use this company. Be weary too as they keep changing their name due to poor rwviews. Now listed under Fingerprinting and Notary. Look at the address and avoid any on Katella in Anaheim. The owner should not be able to work with the public.

Ive never felt the need to write a review for a service but this place is the absolute worst. How can service be so incredibly bad. The one guy working yells at you for running 3 minute late (he didnt even have customers and I can see why). He was so rude I didnt want to go to him even before I entered his office.. Tried being patient with him since I know people have bad days but seriously regretted coming here
