This location is by far the savior of my trip to California . Initially I tried ordering a rental at hertz and others but required a credit card which I currently do not have . Gina had helped me with a rental with my debit card . Although the deposit was a bit on the pricey side I felt it was still the best choice as they were able to provide me a great car to use for my vacation immediately . Ive been able to travel to Disneyland, San Diego, Los Angeles and La Jolla cove with this efficient Kia optima 2019. I cant thank this place enough for making my trip worthwhile and smooth for my family . I definitely recommend this facility for its speedy service .

Friendliest and most efficient rental car experience I have had in a long time. Quick check in at airport and then they helped us to our car. Easy check out and a good price. Return was easy too. Will definitely try them again.

Rented a car there last May with body damage that was not brought up, then when I returned the vehicle my $500 deposit was taken for damages I did not make. Filed a complaint through better business bureau and didn’t respond to anyone. I’ve left several messages through to manager and not one response back. No wonder why they have a locked door before entering. I’m sure they’re hated by many. Their own body shop guy admitted to me that they’re scam artist. I’m surprised they’re still in business

I rented from ez 2 rent last week and it was the best rental experience I ever had!!! I came in after closing and they were so kind to stay after and accommodate my rental. Ive never experienced the type of warm hospitality that every person in the building gave me. I just paid a quick visit to EZ to get a car to rent since my vehicles oil pan got destroyed from a speed bump. The process was very lax, time efficient, and convenient. The customer service was extraordinary and the employees were easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them for transparency and efficiency. I got a car within the hour of visiting.

Truly was EZ 2 Rent a Car. Being 20 it was hard to find a basic car to get around in but they were happy to accommodate. The car was very nicely kept and Clean. I definitely would use them again!

Very helpful. Picked me up from my hotel so that I could get to the office to fill in paper work and dropped me back to my hotel when I returned the car. This might not seem much but it really made things easier. Car was good and rates were very competitive.

I always like to support small business and this company is also family owned. Their office is beautiful not your typical car rental office and I was surprised with the nice collection of cars they have. I used cash deposit and paid using my bank car. The transaction was nice and easy.Thanks

Ive been a long time customer. I can say that the customer service is great and I have never had trouble with their cars (except this last rental- which had very low tire pressure and came with only a 1/4 tank of gas and so it cost me $55 to fill it up on the day that I rented it). However, I will not return, their prices are astonishingly high. It is more worth it and money wise to open a credit card account and rent from a major rental company. EZ to rent is very hassle free but after finding out that my rental only came with 100 mile limit per day and cost me an additional $120 in charges for going over the mileage, I will not return. It is also not very cheap to rent from them anyway, especially if you dont carry your own insurance. I would have to say that I wouldnt recommend them.FYI: I overheard them giving someone a quote for a week rental with insurance included and it was going to cost $498, just to paint a picture of their prices for you. My 3 day rent was $236, yes, I am obviously stupid or lazy-since I just havent felt like opening a credit card. Even if you have credit issues, if you can afford to put down their $400 deposit and pay $498 for a week rental then you can afford to open a secured credit card for $250 or $500 and then do yourself a favor and rent from a major rental co for half of the price.Nothing against this business, nice people but these prices are robbery.

Rented for 2 days in September. Everything was great; specially checkin. When compared to checking efficiency to Europe and specifically to the UK, this was my best experience. Took a few minutes only. Gina as the business owner was very kind at dropoff and offered for a ride to my hotel. Great service for good price, well done!

Wonderful service!! After going to both Enterprise and Hertz Rental for a (1) one day rental for my SUV needs for my family to go to the mountains and being told that both Enterprise and Hertz now need to do credit checks and need a major credit card (no debit cards from major bank) in order to rent to us, I decided to look elsewhere. I stumbled upon this hidden gem! What great customer service!! In and out with a SUV rental in 20 minutes AND for much cheaper than it would be through the other guys. Had no problems renting to me with my debit card and no credit check was needed! I highly highly recommend this family run company and will for sure be using them for any of my future rental needs. Go with Ez 2 Rent-A-Car and you will not be disappointed!

Had a small fender bender and needed a car for a few days. Easy deposit, got a nice Nissan and it was super cheap. When the body shop needed an extra day, the folks at EZ told me no prob, see you tomorrow.

The only car rental that puts a 100 miles limit per day. I had to pay extra fees for the extra miles. Customer service was great though.
