We rented the car at John Wayne airport in CA. Service was great and the vehicle was clean and fuel efficient. We needed a car seat while we were there and that was available. Thank you ☺️.

Great filipino couple are fast and nice as can be. I feel like family.

They dont inform you on any paperwork or contracts and they dont request authorization but they run your credit if you pay with a debit card. This is an FCRA violation and Ive reported the action to the CA DFPI.

They offered the best deal out of all the rest of the car rental agencies. I was looking for a sedan or economical car and they had a Kia Optima available. I took the Optima home and soon noticed that one of the tail lights wasnt working, I immediately called the place back and the representative told me to bring back the car and that he would get me on a different car right away. He gave me the option to upgrade it to something better (more expensive) at no additional cost as a form of apology for the inconvenience.He was very helpful and polite and would recommend this place.

We were ripped off. Paid for the rental car before we went to LA then paid more fees when we dropped the car off. No-one could tell us what the charges were for

Price is good but their cars are never clean. Like never. Been here 4 times and all four rentals were filthy.

Car was given to is with 30 miles left on the tank. 1 guy running the shop and we had to wait 4t mins for him to return and give us our car. Not even in budget uniform.
