I rented from this place last year, and forgot that I didnt write a review after they were so helpful. We only had a day to ourselves and needed a last minute rental car to get to the beach. The staff was super nice and made me feel very welcome. I loved that they let me drop the car off when they were closed. Thank you again and cant wait to visit again soon.

1st Time driving in California was a learning curve but once got the hang of it all it was a dream. ( apart from middle of LA at night LOL )We hired a 12 seat mini van from Fernando and he was absolutely fantastic and such a nice chap.The van was great to drive as we headed up to San Luis Obispo for a couple of days stopping by Solvang and Santa Barbara on the way back.The rental process was a breeze, no issues at all... it was a case of theres the keys, this does that that does this...off ya pop !!!Van was left on hotel car park and collected by the rental guys when finished. I would not hesitate to use again on our next adventure.Thanks Guys ;)

I rented a car from Anaheim rent a car this past weekend to take my trip family to their 1st trip to the beach. I had the pleasure of dealing with Fernando who was super professional and helpful. He gave me a great rate on the car and stayed in perfect communication throughout the time. I would seriously recommend this business over and over and over!! Amazing service. Completely saved my trip! There was a mistake at the big branch rental car company and I was left without a car on a Saturday night when I needed that car to take my kids to Universal Studios the next morning. I was referred to Anaheim Rent A Car by my hotel. The owner literally picked me up from my hotel to do the paperwork. The total cost ended up being LESS than the big branch would have cost, and the car was much nicer. If you are traveling around Anaheim, and you need a car, forget about the big branch and go with this company!! A+++++

The service here was great. They picked us up, and we dropped the keys at our hotel. Super easy. I called to check on availability and unfortunately all the convertibles were out and booked. I received a call from Fernando about 2 hrs later stating he just had one come back. The car was perfect and it made our trip much more enjoyable. The Challenger was an option, but convertibles are much cooler when you have a 17 year old daughter with you. Thank you soooooo much.

I highly recommend this business as your first go-to when renting a car in Anaheim and its surrounding cities. The service was impeccable, staff was personable and rates were very reasonable. On our trip something fell from a bridge and cracked the windshield; the owner quickly was able to find an inexpensive windshield replacement service. The point is, even with this minor inconvenience, it was handled without a hitch. Two thumbs up!

We took a weeklong vacation to Disneyland and had a blast. But my all-time favorite ride was that sweet little Mustang convertible from Anaheim Rent-A-Car! We drove it to San Diego to attend my nephews wedding. I wanted to make this trip exciting for me and my wife and, MAN, did Fernando ever deliver! We cruised that pretty pony on I-5 with the top down like a couple of teenagers on a joy ride. The quick, courteous and personable service was impeccable. We had a great experience renting from Anaheim Rent A Car. They picked us up from out hotel and we were able to simply leave the car at the hotel after we were finished. Great selection of cars and they offered a discounted upgrade. I would definitely use them again!

Mr. Fernando was amazing and very helpful. I called in the evening for the next day rental, when all of the car rentals were closed, and he immediately assured that next day I will have someone to pick me up from the hotel to take me to they rental location. I was greeted very nicely and explained everything about the car. Is worth renting from them. They are serious and transparent. This was the best car rental experience ever. I was picked up at my hotel free of charge and greeted by the friendliest person ever, Fernando. The paperwork was simple and done so fast. The car, a Mazda3, was in great condition. Best of all, the rate was great. I was also dropped off at my hotel when I was back from my trip. A++++++

I rented the Mustang convertible shown in the picture. Very reasonable rate, friendly staff, easy as could be. In for a work thing with a family member, we had a day to cruise along the coast in style. Very convenient to have been picked up at my hotel and to leave it at the hotel when finished.

Quick. Easy. Fastest paperwork ever at a car rental. Small business, friendly staff. I took a shuttle from the airport then rented from Anaheim once I got to my hotel. They picked me up, and let me drop off the vehicle back at my hotel.

The staff were very friendly and were able to help us out on short notice. They picked us up from the hotel and then they also picked up the car so we did not have to drop it off. Feels like borrowing a car from a family member rather than a rental agency. Also like their mascot!

They claim fame on customer service, guess customer service took the night off when I made a reservation. I submitted two different reservations as the 1st one seemed not to submit. Then two separate emails hit my account stating success with my rental and an representative would be in contact very soon.So a half hour passes and I decide to call in being they close at 10:00 and I’ll been done this road with Enterprise, Hertz, and Avis representatives. The agent answered and in short say there are no vehicles and sorry about the email validation but no cars and phone tomorrow for help.Mind you it’s still 8:30 in the evening, leaving over an hour to find a solution to my false online reservation. Anaheim Rent A Car maybe retrieve that customer service statement claiming 100% customer satisfaction to 99% . You easily just dropped theball and lost a $800.00 sale.Keep up the great work!

We rented a minivan this Febuary. The vehicle was in very good condition and was clean. They were very flexible on terms, and the staff were so kind and accomodating. The manager was very friendly and he even gave us some tips on the places we were about to go to. As arranged, we left the vehicle near LAX. Overall, it was a good experience with them, and Im definitely recommending them to my friends on vacation.

It is a Thief the owner apart I take money from my card Beware people DO NOT rent cars with this thief give the beaten cars and then cling to that one fatal damage is stolen and very bad service RATS please do not rent in this place
