Don’t have matt cut your hair if you’re looking to do it a certain way. Does not try to understand how you want your hair cut. Cuts it the way he likes it.

I would have given 5 stars, but I was highly disappointed with my last haircut. I told my barber exactly how I wanted it cut, and how I style my hair. He did not cut it the way that I instructed at all, if anything he did the opposite.

With all hair salons, results vary depending on the specific stylists. Ive been here twice. First time was not very good. Uneven hair! My wife thought I cut my own hair. Ugh! Second time though, that stylist was no longer there so I got a cut from someone else. Good cut.In general, SportClips establishments are fun. Sports on TV. Shampoo and scalp massage. Whats not to like?

I went to sport clips because the barber shop I usually go to was super busy (over an hour wait) and I needed a haircut. I went into sport clips and was greeted by the staff, I signed in and was taken to get my haircut immediately. Since I haven’t been to this sport clips before I got upgraded to the MVP experience for free which is a haircut, they wash you hair, give you a hot towel, and you get a nice massage on your head and shoulders. Overall the cut was perfect and just how I like my hair to be cut, the service was great, and staff was very nice. I have already recommended this place to a few other people!

I have visited this location three times since my first visit on opening day. I love this place, it is better than any of the other many franchises. Today I saw Sarah, but normally it is Miranda. Both are amazing stylists. I feel my hair looks better after a cut here than anywhere else.I always go for the VIP, it is worth the couple dollars extra to get the shampoo, hot towel, and massage.

Friendly staff-Great haircuts! My husband & three sons enjoy coming to Sports Clips Anaheim Hills. The boys love getting the MVP treatment! The girls are super accommodating & everyone leaves happy with their fresh cuts.

A sport clips fan. Love visiting different sites to see if they all can do the same and for the most part all of them get it 90%. Anaheim Hills shop was no different son who is 4 got his cut and looked good. Thank you keep it up!

I am a long time Sports Clips customer. I had just moved here from Seattle and had tried local barbershops because I was fearful that my Sports Clips experience from Seattle could not be replicated, not only did it replicate it but it exceeded any experience I have had thus far. Christie was kind, caring and attentive to detail. I will not be going anywhere else. I highly recommend this Sports Clips!

Your online check is application is a complete joke! It is misleading, provides false information and is a poor customer service tool. I utilized your online check-in and had a suggested arrival time of 5:07 PM. I arrived at 5:05 PM and walked in to a wait time of 27 minutes for the stylist I requested. You promote online check in, people utilize it and your staff completely disregards its purpose. The “assistant managers” response of “well it changes when people walk in” is completely unacceptable. Don’t offer the online check-in service if you are not going to honor it.
